I don't know the name of the associate who assisted me yesterday but she clearly knew what she was talking about and was extremely helpful. She answered all of my dumb questions with astounding detail and helped me get a small tank set up for a beta in the future. Loving my moss ball!

The place is clean and the staff is nice. But, they will not sell more than 50 crickets per house hold. I have 12 reptiles and I need more than 50 crickets at a time. If they have them to sell, then sell them. If you have more customers than crickets then order more at a time.

I am currently taking training classes with Payton and absolutely adore her. During our sessions we frequently ask whoever is working that night to say hi to my dog so he can get used to strangers. Everyone I’ve ever met there is cheerful and friendly. I can’t say enough about the staff in Oshkosh.

Petco always has everything we need and more. I love that they have a vet so my dogs can see the vet at a affordable rate. The people that work their could be a little more knowledgeable about the product they sell at petco. We love going to Petco!!

Recieved a lot of help buying our lil bearded dragon.Unfortunately the live food we needed for him to survive came to the store dead. I don't understand why they were not packaged better to ensure that they were alive.

Scheduled a dog wash online for a medium sized dog the price was originally 36$ but after service price changed to $44 for just the wash $53 after other fees and taxes with no real explanation why. I won’t be returning.

Natalie was extremely helpful and so friendly. She was absolutely the sweetest and honestly it was the best experience I’ve had at a pet store. We had some issues with our online pickup getting cancelled (maybe due to it being a holiday) and she was able to price match what the website had for us. Thank you Natalie I will be returning!!! Also thank you for petting my little white dog

We usually go to this petco for our dogs leashes, collars and tie outs. Reasonable prices. Some may be on the high side...but good quality products. They also do grooming and have a wide variety of treats....Zorii (our sweetheart rescue is happy to come along. Covid conscious....an important factor for me.

Went in to buy crickets and some cat supplies. I didn't notice they had a sign up at the register stating they didn't have crickets in stock. I asked for some. The cashier (Stephanie) rudely pointed at the sign and snarled about it. The rest of the transaction was pretty rude from here. Came back in to return my cart overheard her and an associate complaining about kids being in the store. Probably why I didnt get checked on by anyone while I was there.

Another great experience for our princess (dog). She obviously felt prettier when she walked out, versus how she walked in! Her attitude actually changes after she is groomed up real nice. She knows she looks good! 😄

Went in to get my dogs taken care of for their annual check-ups, went perfectly and everyone there is so friendly and happy.For a place I don't visit too often, everybody there seems to enjoy working there.My dogs Kirby and Kolby didn't really want to leave they were so curious and happy to see everyone.

Very nice location, they have a wide variety of animals. Cages and tanks always look well kept. The stores always been clean and masks have been worn. The young woman cashiering was very kind to my toddler when my toddler decided she HAD to have a conversation with her while she was working and I really appreciate it. The staff at this location has always been great.

I went to Petco today in Oshkosh, and the MANAGER named NOELLE was the ABSOLUTE RUDEST and super unprofessiona! There was a same sale and deal online AND in store but the price was different. The deal was but 2 treats and get 1 free. Online price for the treat was $6.99 and in the store was $8.99. I picked up 3 bags of treats and go to the register and asked them if they price match their online prices. The cashier said yes they do, she just had to get an override from her manager. She calls her manager Noelle up to the front to approve of the price change.As she approached us, she immediately raised her voice. Her tone was loud and unwelcoming. She glanced at my phone for a quick second and immediately said she cannot honor that because of the Christmas deals going on. She then states they will get flagged by loss and prevention and in her exact words, says, “WE CAN ALL LOSE OUR JOBS!” She tells me that I can order it online and and come back and pick it up but she’ll just honor it THIS ONE TIME ONLY! She quickly overrides the price and leaves the front immediately. The cashier and I just looked puzzled at each other because that was super ridiculous! Prior to coming to the Oshkosh location we were in Appleton and they said they can price match as long as I can show them the online price. So props to the Appleton team, you make Oshkosh look like garbage.This is my first encounter with her and I definitely was not impressed with the Petco manager Noelle.
