Love going here! They are so friendly and helpful. When we went the first time, maybe a year and a half ago, they asked if there was something we wanted, and mentioned this dog toy our dog loves. We went there to browse and the staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The customer service was second to none! They have pet food that can’t be found at the bigger stores, including one that our cat loves.I was pleasantly surprised. We will continue to shop there!

Nashville Pet Products is where we go for dog and cat food. The door to door service we receive makes us feel like the most important customer. They have helped with deciding on what food, treats, and even stress relief for our fur babies. So far all of the products have been a hit. I would have given them more stars if available. Great options for all size cats n dogs. A little pricy but I don't mind since it's local. They carry the heavy dog food bags to the car for you. I didn't know that type of service was still available

From the moment I approach the door from my vehicle to the time I drive away, I am showered with the best customer service I have ever experienced. The staff interaction begins at opening the door and asking what brings me in, then locating my usual purchase and carrying it to the register. I'm reminded of future sales (which is much appreciated during inflation struggles). Then my 25lb plus bag is carried and placed in my car.This business knows their stuff! Nashville Pets have the BEST selection of food for our fur babies - we feed our dog Fromm, they also have the nicest, most knowledgeable employees & I love going here! The only thing I wish they had was more organic treat & chewies selections so I dont have to go anywhere else for those.

My wife and I go to Nashville constantly to pickup dog food for our little fur balls. It's always a nice and inviting time. Ladies are always super nice and always there to help if you need anything. I highly recommend because they always have great deals and great products there!

This place is wonderful. It's not near my home but every time I'm passing through Oshkosh I'm tempted to stop in to get some goodies for my dogs. They have a ton of dog food selections including refrigerated and raw options. They also have a wide variety of toys, treats, and chews. It can be a bit pricey but the service is also wonderful. It can be a bit awkward at times as the employees hold the door for you when you walk in and walk your bag to the door as you leave. If you buy dog food they'll put it in your vehicle for you, which is nice for those who can't do it on their own.

We love this place, we recently started buying our dog food here because of allergies and the dogs love their food! Customer service is above and beyond they open the door for you and take your stuff and put it in the car for you!!

Been going for a while for my pets and recommended at my job as well. No longer going to purchase from here. I went in on Monday for my dog food . I go in every monday give or a take a day or 2. Either way i buy the same food every week. No food this monday was told it comes in Thursday. Bought the food from another establishment, went agin on Thursday for the other food i get for my puppy. Did not ha e my food.2 in a week is very unprofessional. Will be going else where that always has it available and telling clients as well. Not sure why it has go e dow. Hill.

I happened to be in the area and just popped in for a quick look. Ended up finding some supplies I need/want and purchased them. One harness was too small so I returned it. Adopted a rescue from saving Sully Dog Rescue and met up with foster mom and pup at Nashville Pet Products.Staff kept pup entertained while meeting taking place.Many helpful tips, wonderful items, purchased a few ☺️.Love the girls, house kitties awesome too.Very clean, lots of customers, pet friendly as well as people friendly 😀

Every time I go to this store I am always overly impressed. They assisted me with expert knowledge, help, care and hope with my very ill cat. They guided me in a dietary direction that has so far given my cat a better life, in quality and possible longevity. In addition to their recommendations, when checking with my vet, they fully approved.While they have improved and helped my beloved pet, I loved the eccentric vibe of the employees. They made me feel comfortable and almost at home. Visited for the first time today. The ladies working greeted me, held the door, and showed me exactly where the cat food I was looking for was located in the store. They had a wider selection of flavors that any other store I’ve been in locally. Then, when I asked about raw food options for my kitty, they took the time to explain the different kinds, share prices, and write down the various brands. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. I’ll definitely be going back! I got to pet their cute cat too! 😊
