I love their Alaskan gear,the pants have zippered pockets and the waist area stretches with a steel button,not some cheap plastic.The expedition gear is the same material but different name.I did not need anymore jackets and I was browsing the store and came across an Alaskan fall jacket with a hood, this jacket has two different shades of blue that I just love, The jacket has two zippered pockets on the outside, the zippers are nice for keeping important things like phones and keys from falling out, the inside has 2 giant pockets.I usually have a work jacket but I love this coat so much I wear it everywhere.

I received a few items as holiday gifts that I needed to return for a different size. I stopped in and also shopped the outlet store. I ended up leaving with exchanges and a pile of new items from the outlet store. The store has a great selection of items, good deals and quality clothing. "Fern" was the associate who assisted with my exchanges and new items. Fern was fantastic! Super helpful and friendly; true customer service. I will be a return customer!

I was truly impressed by how the mangers and associates all worked together in a friendly and helpful manner to better serve customers in the Oshkosh store.I needed an outfit for an unexpected occasion. The people working helped me match.It’s nice to walk into a business and still find individuals who understand what “customer service” truly means, i.e. not by pointing a finger and saying it may be on aisle 67 on the right when you’re standing in aisle 24 looking completely bewildered because you’ve never stepped a foot in the building before today.Everyone in the store was helpful, polite and friendly, which encouraged me to purchase more than just an outfit. Love the warm accessories!Thanks for making my day just a little bit easier!

I had a pair of fire hose pants get damaged, I don't even know how. I took them back in, this is 8 months after the purchase, and they gave me what I paid toward a new pair of pants. This is definitely good practice and standing behind the guarantee. It has moved me from the maybe I'll buy another pair, to definitely. I say that because I come from the school of buy cheap so if it gets wrecked it isn't any tragedy, but I see that these will be worth the price.

This place sells some of the most indestructible, versatile and utilitarian clothes you will find. I make an annual pilgrimage to this store to get more work pants (the flex fire hose are great for standing up to mill work long term). I want to stress that I do not need to replace any of the pants I have bought, because they do not need replacing, but to rotate new pairs in place of my old regular jeans. Hence the need to only go once per year. My most recent acquisition was a vest to help keep out the cold under my coat while snowblowing in the frigid negative temperatures here in Wisconsin's winter. Love it! Side note: Duluth Trading has a much more realistic availability of sizes for you to choose from. If you shop big and tall, you won't have a problem here. All of this is available on their site as well if you don't want to go to Oshkosh, but it's a great way to make sure everything fits and a can't miss for anyone with a more physical job or lifestyle.

The store is nice, clean, and welcoming, but the younger girl I got at the front counter today was not.I came in to pick up an online order and asked where to pick it up and she just pointed super quick and said "over there". No other direction than that.Turns out it's in the back and the lady back there was super nice.

I love this store! The staff here was so friendly and helpful! The store is clean and tidy and very easy to shop. My daughter was looking for a black belt and they didn’t have on in her size (they even checked the mannequins!). The associate sat right down with her and ordered it online with her and had it shipped to our home. Above and beyond. Great place.

I have to say, I've bought their items for years. The products are good, and built well. However they have increasingly been neglecting bigger guys. Very hard to find a 3x jacket in store, then ordered one online and it doesn't fit. I have previously purchased a 3x jacket several years ago that fits fine, but it seems like they are having trouble making clothing for bigger men like myself. This will cause a decrease in my business with them.

Had the pants I wanted in the size I needed. The firehose pants are worth the price. I wear them every day and they still look like the day I bought them 2yrs ago. Fitting rooms were available and plenty of room in them to try pants on before purchase.

Wow, I placed an order online and received an email that it was available “in stock” at this store. Since I needed to return my previous order I elected to come directly to the Oshkosh store. Upon arrival I found an email indicating the order was canceled and my item was no longer in stock. Thanks to Carol and Jordan, my exact item was actually found, but they really had to search every nook and cranny. In the time before the discovery, Carol took a great deal of time searching alternate items in my size. Their extra effort is/was very appreciated! Please seek them out and mention they are exceptional and set the Customer Service bar very high!

The clothes are good quality and I like the fit. However they way oversell the perceived value of their "No Bull Guarantee". Apparently it only covers workmanship for one year and nothing else. I'm not sure how my clothes would randomly fall apart. It's certainly not the no questions asked return/exchange program I was lead to believe it was. I understand if they can't do that just don't make it sound like that's what it is then.When I looked on the website (at the time of staying this anyhow) the FAQ section says the following "Can I exchange the products I ordered? Yes! Within one year of purchase, an exchange can be made, subject to the same conditions that apply to all returns and exchanges. We provide free shipping both ways when exchanging for a different size or color." However, when I went into the store (within the year fine frame) I was told that infact I cannot exchange for a different size or color. The guarantee only applies to workmanship like a seam coming open or something like that.Not only that but I discovered that some items I purchased were not registered to my account even though every time I make a purchase I ask to confirm that it will be put on my account. Some are some aren't. When I called customer support they said only web orders are added to your account. Not sure how about half of my in store orders got on there then but whatever. I was told in store that they would be added only to find out when I need it that they weren't... Not thrilled but what can I do. They told me today that I need to keep my receipts despite saying I didn't need to when I explicitly asked months ago when I made the purchase. In theory they could just look it up but that didn't work for me at least.The staff are curtious, reasonable, and do their best to be helpful. The clothes are nice but considering the guarantee seems pretty much useless in my opinion are way overpriced. If you like the clothes and don't mind the price go for it, just don't count on the guarantee for anything.

A nice selection of quality clothing, our favorite men's brand being the Alaskan Hardgear line. Conveniently located on the frontage road right off the highway. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Will visit again!

The high quality products, friendly staff, and lifetime warranty on a lot of items keeps us coming back...... Check out the outlet side of the store for even better deals. They are geared towards the rugged outdoor, active, hardworking type, both male and female clothing and accessories. Some have commented on the prices being too high, but I feel the high quality materials, and roomy cut clothes along with a lifetime warranty make the products worth the price.

I'm very happy with the merchandise I buy here. Very well built and the clothing lasts a long time. The prices are on the high end but for the quality I feel it is worth it. I love shopping at the outlet, very good deals! After buying there you don't want to pay full price again! The staff is always helpful and cheerful, makes the shopping experience brighter.

Not your average Duluth Trading retail store. The retail store (front section) is well stocked with knowledgeable staff. But the back half is an outlet - where you can find some great deals if you are flexible as to what you want.

Love Dulth Trading Co. We stopped as we were on a mini vacation as we dont have a store in our home area. Ladies were very pleasant to work with and 20% off weekend helped. They have a large selection and a large discount room filled with discount items.

Nice stuff but pricey. I recently got some underwear that were top notch. They've a good mix of guys and gals clothing and a lot of niche products, like safety razors for shaving and do it yourself books. They carry shoes and very nice men's belts.

The store ran out of the size and style of work pants my husband was looking for so we received help ordering 4 more pairs and the price was adjusted to match the instore sale (that I was completely unaware of at the time)! Overall we were very well taken care of during our visit.

OK so I bought a couple items and one of them were the Dang soft underwear. I literally wore them once! Then put them in the laundry machine once and when they came out they were torn after 1 singular usage! I was so disappointed that I brought them back to get them exchanged for a new one. However, they did not have any in stock. So they refunded my money and then brought me over to a computer and then made me re-purchase another pair and they were shipped to me. If they didn't have a warranty on their clothing and items I would have given them one star. I'll give them another try and see what happens. I am leary on their quality. All their advertising means nothing if it doesn't have quality and endurance.
