Ready to checkout and asked the male checker if his lane was still open. As I was approaching his lane, a customer was walking away. He appeared as though he was closing his lane. I politely asked him, "Is your lane open yet?" His response astounded me. Do you know how he responded? Well, if the (lane) light is on,duh...He was so preoccupied with lint and purchased items shedding glitter; he was more concerned about lint rolling himself while he was dusting and blowing away glitter. It's not a good show for Dollar Tree.

Blonde Male cashier tonight was extremely rude! A little old lady had hard hearing so he had to repeat himself at which then he accused her of stealing even though she literally was checking out. He talked garbage about her long after she was gonna and help up the line so he could talk about this lady…. Not professional what so ever.This employee shouldn’t work there anymore if that’s how he is gonna treat customers!

Li used to work here, and I’m someone that understands short staff but to only be paying your employees 7.25 in today’s economy and expect customer service as if it were Walmart in the early 2000s! Companies pay less than dirt to their staff and put so much pressure it’s ridiculous! Today is the second or third time this wekk I’ve come to the oshkosh Kollier st Location and had to go to the “end of the line” mind you this line exceeded the suggested sales isles. With ONLY ONE STAFF MEMBER! She is amazing! Works hard everytime i see her and definitely deserves a raise! They all do but especially her! Chris is amazing and always working hard! Keep your head up girly! Im rooting for you!

Why is the outside of the store so dirty and disgusting looking? Can’t they get it pressure washed? It’s very depressing and dark inside, and always hot and stuffy. I wouldn’t go back.

The cashiers are very nice and courteous. There are so many brand name and other products. I definitely love their Craft section. Great buys for a great price.. Most items are now $1.25, but well worth it. I always spend way too much money, even though I go in for one or two items. Would definitely recommend.

Well stocked store with a great variety. The cashier unceremoniously threw all our items into 1 bag which bent the selection of children's books I purchased as a gift.

Same Cheap garbage higher price.. store always empty. Target is literally right around the corner and cheaper.. used to spend about 100$ a month here. Not any more. Corporate bigwigs just want to keep lining their pockets I'll go elsewhere.. so nice this company doesn't care about their customers. This place should just close..

My go to place for greeting cards. Hallmark cards for 50 cents to $1.00 can’t be beat. Also a great place for any cleaning supplies, plastic food storage and trash bags and lots of other items. They amaze with what they come up with for a buck!

Don't know if anyone actually reads reviews but gonna try lolThe reason for a 1 star 🌟 i go in get my small basket get my few items didn't take more than 10 minutes i go to check out and while he was ringing me up he didn't say a word like how's your day ? So i ask hey how's it going? You know try to start a friendly conversation he said nothing lol and after i was done and ready to go i said hey have a great day oh i will too like I'm talking to myself and his response? He grunts lol I'm like dude you need to work onyour customer service

The girl filled my bags so full and one of the bags ripped and I had my hands full. So all the way out to my car stuff was falling out of one of my bags. Then something fell out went under my car. So annoying. Common sense says dont put all heavy things into one bag. I am so annoyed. Learn to bag lady!

Against policy to fill baloons that weren't purchased there.... Like, why?! You're losing a customer who's willing to pay $1 per baloon and you save the actual baloon cost. This to me is asinine. Party City is willing for a fee, they can have my business for all things related from now on.

Wide variety of items for a dollar store including some freezer/refrigerated food, household essentials, cleaning supplies, cards, crafts, toys, puzzles, picture frames, vases, holiday decorations and treats, hygiene products, silk flowers, office supplies, etc. Often busy so plan to not get in and out quickly.

I needed some mini red ornaments with 16 in the packs ( I knew which ones I needed specifically) so I called ahead to see if they had it and the girl said They have many in stock . So I took the city bus there and went to find it for 20 mins to find out that they didn’t even have one pack . I talked to the cashier and she went to ask the person who answered my phone call, all the girl can say is it’s by the ornaments.... neither of them was willing to help me find it.... both of them just stared at me like I can’t help me when the girl who answered my phone call was clearly doing nothing but sitting. It was a total waste of time to go there and get nothing out of it when I was told there was going to be what I needed there ...

Stop to find a few things and yes I understand it's quarter to 9 and they close at 9 but the store was amazingly sloppy and stuff all over the floors things where they didn't belong employees just standing around amazing to see the lack of respect of their store that they didn't care to clean anything up before they closed

I love coming to Dollar Tree to buy recently discontinued cosmetics. Saw it at Walgreens last week? Yay, now it's a dollar. Also good drawer organizers and wrapping paper.
