Got a great deal on a new Galaxy Watch here. Customer service has actually improved. I used to be in there for 20 or 30 minutes waiting g for help.An associate actually approached me for help within minutes. I was happily surprised.They did a decent job of helping.Checkout was a breeze.

The greeter at the door was super friendly and asked if we needed assistance and let us know if during our shopping if we needed assistance to let her know and she would send someone.We had some questions about the open box products they had available. The first person that helped us was not very knowledgeable and did not provide much information for us. The second employee that assisted us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

Beware of purchasing items for pick up. Items show pick up in 1 hr and are not available once you arrive. They do not have any way to contact another location on their availability before sending you to another location that shows it may be available. Don't waste your time. Order online or go elsewhere. Best buy needs to give their employees access to reach other stores to help out their customers.

We waited quite a while for help as there was no one in the television section, but they helped us find just the right universal remote. Easy to set up and works great on all three devices, and we didn't need to buy the most expensive one.

They cancelled my online order after delaying it for a week with no explanation. Called and still didn’t get an explanation. Could’ve went to Walmart and gotten a TV three weeks ago and instead we’ve been without one because they decided to delay my order and then cancel it for no reason. The TV I tried to purchase is still listed on the website.

Went to the store to buy a computer specifically for GoPro videos. After expressing to the salesman when I upload my videos to my current computer they are all choppy he says I ill help you out. Great. He says the Dell Inspiron will work great for you. They don't have it in stock so I wait 3 days for it to come in the mail. It finally arrives I plug in my SD card from the camera the videos are so choppy I can't even watch a single video. How does someone working in the computer department have no knowledge what they are talking about about. Very disappointed

Careful when you buy unlocked phones, if something is wrong with it or it's not right you have 15 days to return and they keep $45 of it. Got to read fine print. Plus on many electronics it's the same thing just they keep 15% of your return fee.. scammed me. And their warranties have so many limitations you can pay 100+ for a warranty and there is so many conditions you probably won't even be able to take what is under the warranty back. False advertising

I bought a laptop here as I was starting college & paid to have insurance on it incase anything were to happen to it. I ended up with a small crack in the top corner of the screen & immediately went to Best Buy to get it fixed. This was in September. The man at the desk over by geek squad said he could see on my receipt and in their system that I had paid for insurance but said “I don’t know how but your insurance just disappeared and isn’t there anymore” how does a person pay $200+ for insurance & it just magically disappears? They then asked me to pay $100+ to send my laptop in & get fixed. When I declined they then tried getting me to buy a whole new laptop while I waited for everything to get sorted out. It took 3 months of going back & forth with customer service to finally get my insurance back. Thinking that was the end of it I brought my laptop in to get fixed which they took & sent it out to be fixed which we were told it was being sent to Kentucky to be fixed. Which would be fine but when they sent it back they sent it to the wrong address. So my laptop got sent back to Kentucky to be reshipped to Best Buy in Oshkosh. When we called costumer service two weeks later they said my laptop had arrived that morning to Best Buy & I could go pick it up. When I got there to pick it up they didn’t have the laptop, & they couldn’t tell me where it was. I told the lil curly haired guy at the desk by geek squad that I had called & they said it was for sure delivered there. He laughed & said “you didn’t talk to anyone here” so I went home & called again where they then told me I could drive to Kentucky to pick it up myself if I’d like. Like what???? So the next day I go back to Best Buy & they indeed had my laptop & after months I finally got my laptop back. I went from September till the end of January without a laptop. That was an entire semester and part of the next semester without having what I needed to be successful in school. Although I do love my laptop & think it’s an amazing laptop, everything else about the experience was terrible. At this point I genuinely wish I could have just gotten my money back so I could get a laptop somewhere else.

Amazon had me go here to return something that I bought from Amazon. Any bad things I have to say is Amazons fault so I won't bring them up here. Customer service was a bit confused when I first started explaining what I was trying to do, but that is likely Amazons fault. Oops, I just said I wasn't going to say that. 🤷The BB employee figured out what was going on quickly and she was friendly. I was in and out in about 10 mins.

Called green bay store and asked if the lady was in the store bc I was looking to purchase a specific computer. She said yes and there was 1 left. I purchased and then sent someone on an hour drive to pick up. They did not have the computer nor were they able to help. Went to the oshkosh store to try and deal with the issue and they were just sorry that this happened. Thats all. Nobody had a solution. There was not a manager to apologize. Well there was obviously a manager in store that approved the giftcard but definitely wasnt willing to come up and speak to me. Nothing. They looked for different computers but weren't willing to make it right pricewise so that I could have the computer or something similar that i needed today. They don't do ship to store either. They offered me a $50 gift card for my trouble and asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to drive to a further location for this computer. Can you even buy anything in store with that amount of money. What a joke. So sad that such a big place that people go to make expensive purchases can be so uncaring. You are not that busy that you need a call center, at the very least have them admit they are in fact NOT in the store. I will be giving my gift card to someone else and will never shop there again.

My husband and I went to Best Buy.. I would never go back for having a radio installed by them. They told us we had to have special tools and do some cutting to make this fit..Well my husband put this together himself without any special tools or cutting the dashboard.. .. I will never ever go back . I would go else where ..

I don't know a lot about electronics so I go to where I think I will get the best advice. I certainly don't like feeling stupid and I should know better. I feel like I'm bothering them when I ask for help. They give you that hollow look it the eyes like they wish we were talking about something else. This whole subscription thing really bothers me. Why should I pay $150 to get the best price! Just give me the best price because you want my business! I may not know how wifi works but I know when I'm getting screwed.

I bought the PlayStation Platinum wireless headphones a few months ago at a different Best Buy store, but I was having problems with them literally right out of the box.After putting up with it for a while (and the world shutting down, preventing me from making an exchange) I finally went and swapped them out for something different today. The exchange was very fast, no hassle at all.

Tried to cancel total tech- had to verify by phone- then wait for confirmation, did four times over a months time because after every phone verification with live person they still charged me in the end, then a huge run around to have it canceled “for real” and get a refund- had to call BBB to finally get it to go through- not worth the time and efforts. Complete scam!!! They act like it will be canceled with no intention on actually cancelling- you always have to call corporate for everything. I can’t write enough about the delivery shenanigans etc for appliances etc. go else where there are many other places with local help and a little dignity.

I used to love best buy, but since they've implemented the queue system it is virtually impossible to get someone to unlock an item or grab an item from back stock.Today I left after an hour without purchasing the items I went there to get. A color laser printer, a laptop, laptop sleeve, and an m.2 ssd. Bought on Amazon instead, and I hate Amazon.

They want to violate your 1st amendment, and if you want home security and know what you want, they want to sell you something else!!! Wow. I would not go to this chain store if they were giving security systems out for free. One star is way too much for this pos business

I have no idea how people buy anything here. I only counted like 2 other customers in the store when I walked in so I waited a couple minutes before checking into their queue system. I left after not getting any help whatsoever in the twenty minutes after checking into their system. Went to Van Vreedes and bought my dishwasher in less than ten minutes, that was a $1300 sale they lost out on. I was also going to purchase a dashcam but when you can't get any help to spend your money you go where they'll actually help you. I foresee Worst Buy going the way of Circuit City, down the crapper. Also why are there 3 or 4 employees at the Greek Squad area in the corner by the service desk if not a one actually helps anyone? Doesn't that kinda defeat the purpose of having "helpers" when no one actually helps the customer?

I'd stay away from this location and try one of the Appleton ones. Especially if you need something from geek squad. Its impossible to get ahold of the store via phone now. They make you schedule appointments just to talk to someone there or sign a couple papers to drop off items to get repaired. I thought repair was taking too long but the item was at the store the whole time and they never called. The store is really going downhill. The convenience of the protection plan was the last reason to shop here since they don't lead in discounts anymore and you have to price match everything. Hopefully they get some new leadership to turn things around.
