The best Bath & Body Works location you'll find. The selection is unparalleled with other stores and prices so low you won't feel bad about splurging. Found so many gifts for Christmas and tons for myself. Highly recommend the hand sanitizers, lotions, soaps and sprays as stocking stuffers. Large selection of clearance items you will find something for everyone. September is my favorite time to go because there is alot of fall, harvest, Halloween and Christmas scents. The staff goes above and beyond to help you and makes the atmosphere warm and inviting. There is also rewards so dont forget to give an email! Went home very happy with the products I purchased!

Upon visiting the sales woman had visible tattoos around her neck but no name tag and very poor customer service unfortunately was unable to get her name but for marketing and promoting purposes she should have on a neck leash and a visible name tag and a positive attitude and I helpful personality

Not a huge fan of the new scents they have been coming out with for at least 5 yrs now. Most of them have a "peppery" smell to me. Seems like there's some new ingredient they're working with that doesn't do it for me personally.

I spend waaayyyy to much money here! I think I’m going to have to buy stock in Bath & Body. Love, love this place for all my body care needs. Also I buy the candles and plug ins to keep my house smelling wonderful all year long.

Staff are very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Staff member was aware of product location in store and if there isnt product how to find out what their online inventory is. Very pleased with help when I asked for it. I appreciate this store being close to home and having the inventory it does as well as the great staff!! Check out this store for your needs!!

Great employees that are always willing to go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for or something comparable. They have normally full priced scents at seriously discounted prices-all because they are last year's labels! They have scents from years past at times and things you can't find elsewhere. Check them out! The discounts are so worth the drive.

Prices have gone up and they keep discontinuing every scent I like. The new scents all have something added to them that smells peppery to me. I use to have a hard time deciding what scent to get now I just hope I can find one I like. But most of their soap and hand sanitizers are still good.

Bath & Body Outlet is worth the trip, especially after Holidays or the "end of season." Great choices, sales of 50 - 75% off as well as other sales on popular items, candles, sprays etc.. My go to store for shower gels and creams. Love their quality.

Kayla from the Oshkosh Bath and Body Works store did a phenomenal job helping my mother and me during our visit on 10/1/2022. Even though the store was quite busy and rare deals on products were flying off the shelf left and right, Kayla took the time to find a few extra flamingo candle holders in the back for my mom and me, as well as an adorable pineapple one. Kayla explained that the light-up candle holders could also be used for small plants or figurines. Her genuine, responsive, patient customer service went far beyond what my mother and I expected. My mother and I left the store ecstatic with our purchases and savings. Thank you for making our trip one to remember, Kayla! :)

Wonderful aromas kiss your nose as you enter the store! So many pleasant and purposeful fragrances in soaps, lotions, body sprays, air fresheners, hand sani, candles, etc. Great deals can be found. New rewards program was offered to me. You can also sign up for promotions and sale notifications. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ready to answer any questions.

I love my local Bath and Body Works store.I am happy to bring my extra money here. I had a great time stocking up during the $3.25 hand soap sale. I bought way more than I know I need, but I was happy to do so at such a great price. The salespeople do a great job here, as well; they are always eager to greet me and inform me on the current promotions. I visit this store more than the Appleton mall store because of their friendliness and personal touch alone. Other B&BW locations lack the 'personal' touch, but THIS store knows how to prioritize that excellent experience. Thank you!

Chris is FANTASTIC. He was great detailing about the candles and helpful at which ones give fruity aromas. Last Saturday my sons, husband and I came in and told us what is on sale and told us which aromas were great with people who have allergies. Chris even helped my sons with the cologne. Chris made our experience wonderful and will be coming back. 😁

Helpful staff but make sure your items ring up correctly. We bought their buy so many for X dollar price and it rang up at full price. Cashier couldn't notice or figure out the simple math.

I love the product for gifts. Staff is very helpful. Love the variety of scents. Always disappointed when they drop a scent or change the packaging as it makes finding it a little more challenging. Though understand the need to be fresh and competeive. Price was a little misunderstanding on hand soaps. Not sure if buy 3 get 3 was on only certain scents. Christmas music was uplifting.

Small store and easily overfilled and hard to practice social distancing... cute employees wearing yoga pants however... make it not so bad... otherwise I would normally avoid stores like this at all cost.
