Had a fantastic experience getting a mani/pedi for my dog. They took him in with no wait & had him right back out. My dog can be a bit fussy about having his paws touched, but they still got the nails to a good length. They even helped me get him into & out of the building because I use a walker. Great job!

Best grooming my dog has ever had! A very shaggy golden retriever walked in and a gorgeous dog walked out. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable staff. We will be back again and again! Worth every penny!

Received a voicemail stating my appointment I had to have my cat washed and groomed needed to be cancelled 3 days before set appointment. Reason was "we no longer groom cats". Funny. Called them from another number and asked to have my cat groomed. They obliged. Very unprofessional. I understand my cat is hard to bathe. That's why I thought I was continuing to bring her to a seasoned, professional establishment. I was wrong. Beware. They lie.

Took my dog in for grooming was told 80 to 90 dollars. Picked up my dog and was told $125 was the total. They responded with false information, they called to tell me she was ready to be picked up they said she was a little skittish but never gave me a total, the groomer did a great job but still feel over charged

We have been taking our beloved dogs to Aurora Kennel for nearly 30 years. Arlene has nurtured a staff of animal care givers that always provide quality service and compassionate care. From quality food, supplements, grooming and boarding we trust them 110% Recently our Missy had surgery for a torn ACL. She recovered well as expected, however, she was left with residual pain and just couldnt return to her normal activities. Arlene suggested using hemp oil to treat her joint pain and supplement with Glycoflex This treatment has worked like a miracle and we are so grateful to Arlene for giving Missy and us the privilege of her expertise in this care. Missy is herself again and her personality is energetic and even her eyes are bright. We love everything about Aurora Kennel.
