Stopped at 6 pm for a pretzel and cheese to enjoy as I continued on my way. It was inedible.It was so dried out and hard that it required two hands to break a piece off. Cheese was cold and congealed. Nearly $7 - right in the trash. (I have contacted corporate, and urge anyone else who has a similar experience to do the same. It looks like this location has big problems.)

My daughter asked to go there after school today. So I took her and my father to try it out. The girl that took our order seemed very bothered that we didn't immediately know what we wanted. My father and I both got the pretzel dog and my daughter got the mini pretzel dogs we also got lemonades.Apparently the girl that took the order left and didn't tell anyone what we ordered. We waited 40+ minutes until I asked about the order.When the order finally arrived the pretzel dogs were burnt on the outside and way under cooked in the inside (raw dough). Even though I really didn't want to spend anymore money there my daughter wanted to try a cinnamon roll to go. Thankfully we didn't have to wait too long for that but unfortunately the cinnamon rolls was quite stale,We won't be going back.

Not impressed. Will drive 20 minutes to the next closest to our home. Pretzel nugget bottoms were burnt. Cinnamon roll bottoms were hard. Things were left in the warmer FAR TOO LONG. Cheese sauce was cold. There were 2 people working and the older blonde refused to help the line of people building up. Instead she told the already busy co worker to hurry up so she can start taking orders again and then left her in the store by herself. Poor service, training, and management.

I used to work here in the end of 2022 and was a great team! All of those workers have since found other employment and the store has gone down hill since! Always close early and at that turn off the ovens 45+ minutes before expecting to close. Always basically bare in the display and have to wait for anything you’re wanting cooked.

Terrible, I don't like to complain but any store at #OshkoshoutletmallIncluding this store has to get their head out of their reer!! How come customer service people can not handle the people that they serve. >paid 60$ for food never got a receipt and then didn't get the correct order! They were not busy at all! Then asked for my receipt, that u never got, to verify order. Two other people were with me and this was just ridiculous!

Well if you are concerned about COVID, do not enter this bakery. They do not regularly clean tables much less follow sanitation protocol, we literally had to ask for a wash rag to clean our table. The restroom is not open to public and they refused us to wash our hands and finally the instant sanitizer was hidden behind the cash register and not available to public unless requested. We ordered a basket of mix pretzel bits and cinnamon bits and they said it will be about 15 minutes, I was okay little long but I thought it would be baked fresh and HOT. We also ordered a large strawberry lemonade and two medium sodas. When we got our food it was less then WARM and tasted rubbery like reheated bread tastes like in the microwave. They also managed to mess up our order and gave us a plain lemonade instead of what We paid for the more expensive strawberry lemonade. At the time we were there our party was the only customers so I am not sure what the employees of Cinnabon Aunt Anne were doing because I saw 3 people, tables were unclean and our food obviously was reheated to Luke warm at best. They did politely inform us that we could not use the restroom due to chemicals stored in it. I hope whoever received our strawberry lemonade enjoyed it at our expense.

Waited forever for our order, then when we got it, the outside of the pretzel dogs were burned and the inside was gooey, doughy and inedible. Had to throw it away.

Very disappointed with everything from the second we walked in. No ice for drinks pretzel bottoms were burnt, service wasn’t great and out of things we wanted to order. Won’t be back.

We decided to take our children here and had the worst experience! When ordering we had to repeat ourselves at least 3 times, we were given cold cheese cups for the pretzels and when we were ordering the employees rolled their eyes and would snicker under their breath. We asked if the pretzels were just made and one of the 7 employees working said “I think so”. Not only was the service rude, the employees were unprofessional with their demeanor and safety proto calls with not all wearing a face mask and gloves. We had to go sit in our car to eat cause they didn’t have enough chairs at a table and when we took our pretzels out they were hard in some areas and mushy in the others like they sat out. Will never eat at this location ever again!!!

Had a delicious pretzel here. It's so refreshing to have another food option at the outlet mall and especially one that is in the strip. It was pretty busy inside and the space seems a bit small for its demand, but the business was new when I went so maybe it will settle down in the future. Only one trash can which was overflowing. But great food!

The prices! Okay, we knew they would be expensive, but yikes! The middle of the roll cups hard, not moist, filled with a burnt tasting caramel, I think? I didn't care for the flavor and the cups were served cold. I wasn't ready for the products to be served cold, even the cheese dip for the pretzels was cold. Please have forks and knives wrapped separately as we don't how clean all the hands are that are touching all the silverware. The establishment was clean and obviously still training, which is to be expected, the staff was friendly.

I was so excited to show my friend how good Auntie Ann's pretzels are, but I felt so embarrassed bringing her here. They only had the pretzel nuggets available, and they were definitely not fresh. I really wanted the sweet almond one, but they told me they couldn't make it.

Food quality is pretty good, but selection of food items may be very small depending on time of day and is a pretty significant wait if you want them to prepare something for you. The staff is pretty young and usually there are issues with how to do something.

It’s Saturday and we drove a half hour to get some thing there. 1145 someone’s inside and the doors are locked. They gave my husband a sign that it was closed. Tried calling and he wouldn’t answer the phone. Real nice
