Never Forget our puppy Brynn! We miss her everyday!!This was my 7 month old puppy Brynn that lost her life as a result of improper anesthesia during a routine spay. Brynn's heart stopped as a result and was only revived after 5 minutes of no oxygen to her brain. I was not informed of this situation until 3:45pm. They said that they could not keep her any longer and that she needs to be picked up before their 6:00pm closing time. They told me she was in “stable condition”. They advised us we could take her home or bring her to the animal hospital for further care. We were given a quote of $2,000.00 for 24 hours of hospital care.We arrived to be given our puppy in a towel now blind and a vegetable. Not responsive to anything. How could we have even brought this dog home? They lied to us telling us she was stable and could get better.? We were charged $3400.00 for hospitalization in which little Brynn continued to have brain seizures. It was at 2:00 am that the hospital called us to tell us that she was not going to make it and that it was time to put her to sleep. We were not even there to say goodbye. We are so hurt at how this was handled and the poor care our dog received here. We have no puppy and are out $3400.00 we would not have spent if we were told that only .06% of dogs survive this. There was no care call to see how she was doing the day after. I will not bring another animal to this vet. I hope they learn from poor Brynn’s death on how to be honest about the true condition of the animal and take responsibility for their mistakes.Would you want your animal to have a surgery done by a doctor who was out of school less then 6 months and a Vet Tech with no experience as shown in their ad located on their web site? Check who is doing your animals surgery and who is assisting them in surgery. Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Scheduling is easy and we never have to wait too long to get in, whether for a vaccine appointment or urgent situations. After care is also fantastic - our dog had to have surgery and they answered all of our questions and checked in with us a few days later to answer any additional questions that we had encountered.

Will not be going back after I was told my dog needs training he is going to get ALOT bigger. This was at 4 months old and by the rudest Vet tech! Don't recommend!Beware they are scared of BIG dogs when they are puppies!!

I couldn’t say better words for the staff, service, and communication with the Osceola Vet Clinic. They were able to squeeze in my pup to remove a lodged 2.5 inch stick that was stuck in her mouth. I was able to admit her for the day and we got her back around noon! I am so thankful for these hard working veterinarians and techs!

The veterinary technicians are very helpful as well. They strike a great balance of being personable, quick, and honest with their assessments. I have really enjoyed getting detailed emails of my pet’s visit and medical history. They also have great extended hours. I would highly recommend!

Wow, this place is so amazing. We recently put down our beloved cat.. he meant so much to us and they did an amazing job with trying to save him and putting their all into his health. When we put him down they put him in a beautiful urn and also gave us a ceramic paw print. Im beyond happy with our service there. We will be loyal to this place for a long time. We have used them for over 20 years, with all of our pets & EVERY situation imaginable! Most recently our cat was diagnosed with diabetes and they got him on insulin routine, & watched him closely! They would call / text me for updates to check on him & have gotten us from super high doses of insulin to really low doses as it's being controlled! They are AWESOME! I just moved over an hour away & STILL will bring our pets there! No one better to care for our 4 legged family!!

Dr. Bruce and Dr. Tim are the absolute best. They know their fields and are extremely educative and when needed - outside the box thinkers. They care for the animals (and their people!) with responsive attention. The care teams are cohesive from our first call till end of appointment. They are helpful and provide a best experience with each encounter often going the extra step for details they probably don't need to - but they do! They have been the best vet office we've used since adopting dogs and horses as far back as 1991. We moved to this area in 2007 and have enjoyed and stayed with this office for their consistent and amazing animal care.

Had to use this vet as no vets near me open before 8:30 am (WHY IS THIS?????) I had one of my Great Dane pups need immediate euth after a complication 2 weeks after foreign body surgery. They had doors open for me and Dr in the room ready to put my dog down as soon as I entered the building. The Dr let me ask many questions as to why this might have happened so suddenly I wish this review was under better circumstances but I could not be more please with my experience at Osceola vet and will recommend them to anyone.

Our entire experience with Osceola Veterinarian Services was nothing short of phenomenal!! We have a chicken that had a massive eye infection. We called at least half a dozen veterinarian clinics in the area and couldn't find one that would work on chickens. Finally, I was referred to the Osceola Veterinarian clinic. They got us in the next day, removed the infection, communicated with us constantly and we were able to pick her up that same day. They gave us thorough instructions for her post-op care, and even checked in with us a few days after seeing her to check on her progress. The service we received was top notch, everyone was so friendly and helpful and the whole visit was very reasonably priced. We are so thankful and if we ever need any veterinarian services in the future we won't go anywhere else. I have referred them to everyone and anyone who will listen!

Awesome staff worked us in as a new customer when our dog had a seizure, and our vet of 14+ years couldn't see us. They were amazing and compassionate later that week when we had to say goodbye to our beloved Isis. The best vet we've ever been to! They answer all our questions and do a thorough exam for our dog every time. We've been to other vets and they just don't seem to care the on the same level.
