Family owned. Dang it! I wanna buy stock in this chain. Blows everybody out of the water. The donuts, the dinners, the Parm "stinky" chicken alone is worth the stop. And they happily make the stuff TO ORDER? FRESH RIGHT THEN 24/7?!?! Don't see mashed potatoes and gravy at 5am? Ask and they'll whip some up. And great semi parking. Beat spot ever!

Just bought 10 elite car washes on a preloaded card and they never expire. They have an amazing selection of food from healthy snacks to hot meals to essentials and gourmet treats. Hand sanitizer and masks are provide just inside the door. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. We are thrilled to have this addition in our community.

Vanessa basically threw my change in my hand and some landed on the counter. And they let a dog in the store who was clearly not a service dog since it was barking at me as I walked in. Just cause it has a vest on, doesn't mean it's a service dog. Boo

Never any food out when off work at night heat racks only have on average 2 stale cheeseburgers and a pretzel and if youre lucky a single slice of pizza, this is the oniy place open at 2am in the area and its. A bit disappointing

Well, I have never had a bad experience at a Kwik Trip before until today. I simply asked how long it would take to make breadsticks, and the lady was nice and asked in her headset how long it would take to cook, and she politely asked twice (assuming they didn't hear) and this other gal across from the hot food snapped at us yelling, (obviously annoyed at me for even asking) I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG THEY TAKE I'M CLEARLY NOT IN THE KITCHEN. I said okay well I can wait for them to cook, to the nice lady, and the rude gal yells over us, "MY OVEN IS FULL!! 😠) Totally uncalled for, disgusting rude behavior, all over a simple question. I don't normally complain, but I was really baffled by it all. Don't work customer service if you can't even pretend to be polite.

Very awesome people at the registers. They helped me get something that was too high for me to grab because I am short. I love the rewards program. I have earned 75 cents off per gallon just for buying certain things and visiting. Download the app and use the rewards card, it will save you money! Amazing place to get gas, food, beer, just about anything you need. Very convenient too.

Tina is rude. Big time. I have had numerous experiences with rude people there, but she takes the cake. The food quality is tanking, but the prices are rising. I love Kwik trip normally, but this location leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Nice new location. Staff were very friendly and the place was very clean even when it was extremely busy.I love that they have so much to offer from meals to donuts. It would be nice if they could make some of those take home meals a little more healthy for families that have heath issues but sometimes need a quick meal. Ex. Protein and vegetables low carb and sugarsAnother item I love about there stores ate the tire pumps. You just enter the pressure your tires need and the machine beeps when it gets to that pressure. That is pretty nice feature and the do not charge either. Love that!!!Car wash is fantastic. You get to choose soft touch or touch less. Personally I love the soft gets the vehicles cleaner. I also have used other car washes and I feel that theirs is much better than any other I have tried.

Cashiers here are rude, incompetent. They have new people every other week. Nobody knows how to do their jobs. They make you feel like burden instead of welcoming. Can’t figure how to prepay diesel at the island, can’t figure out how to print phone cards. Don’t call for help when line is long. Have extra employees standing behind the counter that stare at the lines but don’t help. Will move the yellow sign to help another employee but not the line of customers. I’ve been to far better Kwik Trips. Eau Claire is good 😊 Isanti mn and many more are good but Osceola is terrible. I would score it negative stars if I could.

I’m a LaCrosse native whose shopped KT since the start. This is the worst Kwik Trip in re employees I ever experienced. Every time I walk in there are 4-5 employees behind the counter with only one register open. The 3-4 employees who are not running a register often look at the line forming while they chat amongst themselves. If you’re lucky, one will move the big yellow sign and take a few folks out of the line. Unlike other KT employees in all other stores, who make you feel welcome, these make you feel like a burden. The unfortunate incidents don’t end at the counter. These employees don’t mind cutting you off if they’re stocking shelves or if they’re heading on break they have no qualms cutting you off at the soda machines. Even more frustrating is that those employees heading on break get that big yellow sign moved so they can checkout fast while the rest of us wait in line. While this won’t ruin KT for me overall it is really sad that my new hometown doesn’t get the same experience I enjoyed for years.

Me and several other people in the store went in to buy chicken tenders today. We noticed that the chicken tenders are now 2 per pack instead of 3, but the price is the same as the 3 pack was. We all walked out without buying anything.Just thought I’d share, from one KT chicken tender loving person to others.Update 8/5/22: The Somerset location has the 3 pack of Jumbo Chicken Tenders, as does the Hudson location, for the usual price.
