Came to Bills today to have some pipe threaded that I purchased and sized elsewhere. I’ve done this a couple times prior. Today (I believe the owner) was a bad experience from a typically good one with Bills. Man was quite rude to me for trying to be his customer and getting there assistance with a project. Now I’m on my way to Frattalone Hardware to start a new relationship.

Couldn’t be any better of a reason to buy local than shopping at Bill‘s Ace Hardware. We walked in and were greeted by the most kind woman named Brittany. She paid a ton of attention to my nine and 11 year old kids and went above and beyond from start to finish to make our experience so good it is all we talked about for the rest of the day.

Love this place! Also love the crew, always friendly and helpful. Sometimes when i am working on a project and stuck looking for an idea I will go into bills, look around, pick the staffs brain and usually walk out with a brilliant solution to my project needs. they bend over backwards to help you find what you need. also any place with 25 cent popcorn is cool ;)

They've been here forever! My grandma and I shopped here often. That staff was so good to us over the decades that we came when she lived here. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. And prices are more than fair. We always enjoyed coming here versus traveling to Stillwater or Walmart.

I went in here on 7/13/22 to buy a seal for the bottom of my 9' garage door. Looking online they had a price of $12.99. When I found it on the shelf it had a price of $19.99 so I grabbed it,but at the check out it rang up at $24.99. To be fair about it they did post on the door when you come in that the prices on the shelf may not be correct due to the wonky economy.You have been warned...

Simply the best local hardware store! We go here instead of Menards as much as possible so much easier in and out. They pretty much have most of what you need for projects and household needs. Super friendly professional and helpful- you walk in they help you find everything if you're not sure where it's at -fast seevice -Love Bill's Ace!

This place is my mini- BIG BOX store because they have everything I need, Can you imagine all the merchandise this store Has!! And the best part is they are very competitive with their prices to make us keep coming back!_____UPDATE !! Been shopping around at all the BIG BOX STORES, the ORANGE ONE , THE BLUE ONE, and the other chain that's going out of Business, and compared the prices of the Appliances, What I found was that I was actually buying my new washing Machine 40 Dollars less at My Bill's ACE than elsewhere, exact same brand and model. So don't go thinking small town business is going to have jacked up prices when it's actually the opposite! Thanks Bill and Co.!!

Since the onset of the 'big box' hardware stores, Bill's is the last local hold-out to meet the real and actual needs of the handyman customer.If you don't find "it" at Bills, he can either order it for you, or you just don't need it! We love you Bill!

Nothing beats the small town hardware store when you need actual hardware (nuts and bolts) the big box stores like Menard's & Home depot sell everything in packs you can't buy just one bolt. Small town hardware stores also don't look at you weird if you walk into the store with a piece of your project to check fit on whatever hardware your looking to buy.
