We love Jarred! He does such a good job with our 2 pups. We were told by another groomer that our younger one was anxious while being groomed, but he handles her so well she's had no issues at all. They both love him, and look so nice and fluffy when they leave!

This place is the best! Our dog is a very particular Chi-poo. As a rule, she does not tolerate people. Not the case with Jerrid. He is amazing! Not only is he patient and gentle, but his skills are top-notch. Our dog always looks fantastic and is never stressed after a groom with him, and that is huge.

Very disappointing experience with grooming services. Took my long haired cat in for matting removal and the groomer apparently accidentally cut his whiskers and then denied doing it until pressed for explanation.”I never noticed.”Over phone conversations with grooming manager, I felt I wasn’t being taken seriously until I forwarded the pictures of my cat. The whiskers were “bluntly cut.” After waiting for a return call today that didn’t happen I reached out again to the grooming manager. I received a call back tonight and was told I will be refunded. I will never return for services.Only positive was Lisa, Tabby and Jacks store employee. She listened to my concerns and did what she could to help me out.

Super awesome NOT. Make an in-person appointment back in March to drive the 25 minutes and NO groomer. Haley blocked her calendar but failed to have anyone let us know. I felt she was rather rude on the last visit but was going to give her another try. Never again. We are done.
