On Monday I ordered two birthday cakes for my school. Took quite a while to find someone to take the order, but the gal was nice about it. Told her I'd like to pick up my order around 5:30 on Wednesday. I go today to pick up my order and the bakery is empty. I call back through the door a couple times, and multiple employees walked past me and not one offered to help. I call the store and the bakery phone just rings until it gets sent to customer service. The lady on the phone said she would page someone for me...but that never happened, so I went to the deli and asked. He was able to get my cakes for me thankfully. When I got home, I noticed the cake decal was falling off, they were bent and crooked and messy. I'm extremely disappointed, but I know a class of 8 year olds will like it regardless.

I used the self checkout which is easier and faster for me since I only grab a few things. The computer said it thought it detected suspicious activity like stealing. A worker came over and checked it out and cleared it. I was thankful that they fixed it right away because it was a little embarrassing. So scanners are very touchy so just be aware of this. Not all workers might not be so nice to deal with this and I just hope no one gets embarrassed for this. I know they do deal with a lot of people who steal too though.

It's a Walmart. It is close to home, and convenient. There are coolers which emit extremely annoying high pitched beeps, and some aisles are very narrow, barely wide enough to get pass two carts, such as the bread aisle. It is chilly in there, too. They do appear to have an extensive quality control staff in the food section, and I am happy with their food.

The workers seem as if they don't care. I watched an under aged kid walk right out with a case of beer. No one was at the door, and he walked right down the main aisle as I walked in and kept on going out the door. I told a manager right away. His response was that we can't watch everything. He didn't even bother to move.

I don't even feel like 1 star is even deserved! My niece came here to get formula for her twins and she is on WIC, many families are are. A CSM came to the checkout and made the 'oh, you're one of THOSE moms' comment. Like really? Disgusting behavior, you should be ashamed of yourself. Grow up!

Ive alway been a Walmart shopper but this store was extremely crowded and probably my fault for coming on a weekend. I highly recommend shopping during middle of the week for a more roomy experience. Prices are also escalating on grocery items.

This place was so filthy! Trash in the aisles, trash all over the parking lot and landscaping. The aisles are way, way, way too small and the carts are way too Large! Who's idea was it to make larger carts and smaller aisles? People are literally running into each other.I will never be back to this store in Onalaska, WI. There must be different management, and they don't know anything about running a store like this.

It has its moments but not unlike any other Walmart. When organized and everything is in its place the entire place looks great. I am getting concerned over the amount of spoiled and rotted produce that this store gets shafted with. When is Walmart going to top the charts on excellent tasting FRESH produce? Corporate needs to get with it and quit sending pig slop and cheap junk to their stores. Stop it already! Who do you think we are? We don't have to put up with this you know!

Walmart has the worst costomer service ever. There are seems to be employees everywhere, but none of them are in specific departments and none of them approach customers to assist. If we finally are able to find one to ask for help, the point us in a general direction instead of walking is to the product.Also, we have to check out our own items as though we when there, but we dont get discount for the mandatory self check out. Self check out was made to be an option, not suppose to be mandatory. To me, that just shows for a lazy company.

Pretty much like all the other Walmarts that I've been to. Familiar setup makes it's easy to find your product. Everything seemed well stocked when I was there. Lots of parking. Convenient next to Home Depot.

I love shopping there but I hate that I have to go through self checkout cuz they only have one cashier working and then I go to scan my things it seems I always have to wait for a worker to come check my things I can't stand it

I used to work at this store! So much gas changed. Including the way customers are treated! Electronics department was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. The guy looked like he didn’t even want to be there. Asked a simple question and got attitude and false answers. since I was able to find what I looking for online I guess they won’t get my business.

So I go to walmart in Onalaska To get all 4 brand new tires put on. I go to leave and get in my car and my tire light is on. So I check my tire pressure on the dash and it tells me that 1 tire has 30psi and then 2 more tires have only 31psi and then my other tire only has 29Psi So I go back in and start talking to the Mechanics And I told that it's okay. I asked him to put air in the tires for me and he got an attitude about it. Like it was too much to ask for why would you let a customer leave like that? I just paid all this money to get brand new tires. And you can't even put the right amount of air in the tires makes no sense. Max psi is 51 You would think when there's a tire light on on the dash You would correct it, but I guess Walmart Employees don't know how to do that. And there was drops of liquid something all over on the inside on my driver door.

They do substitutes every time online orders are made even though they have the right products. Just laziness not to look for the products ordered. I have to go back every time to swap items out. They magically have the right products a couple hours after our delivery.

This is a nice sized Walmart; appears to be run better than the one in Sparta; you can tell just looking at the employees...they seem so much happier. This one seems to have more of a variety than the smaller towns due to its size, and it's cleaner and brighter. One of the nicer ones!!

Was in a hurry and dropped a scratch off and didn't realize It fell outa my coat pocket.lucky a nice lady picked it up and asked was it mine . thank her and on my way .it was a looser. Oh well next time

The employees here range from useless to hateful. I understand that managing a Walmart is difficult, but the management should probably reconsider promoting people who hurl slurs at customers who want to babe returns. However, the store is usually well stocked, which is perhaps is only good point. It's a shame, because this store used to have great employees and customer service. I'll stick to the Southside location.

Curbside pick up sucks here. Nothing like waiting 20 minutes in the parking lot for your pick up order. There's a reason people use this service, this sure isnt one of them. Definitely will be using another retailer from here on out. What a waste of time.

I just spent two hours shopping for groceries and some other items in your store and my card declined at the register. I called the card it had more than enough money and the machine kept saying it was an invalid pin or not enough funds.I asked to go to the service desk. The young boy seemed flustered as he told the girl behind the desk this is the 4th person whose card keeps declining in a row. The girl behind the desk did nothing but just stood there and kept telling me it was on my end. I showed her the screenshot on my phone that the transaction actually went through 5 times on my end. I asked her to reset her computer or do something she just sat there and looked at me rude and told me it’s my error. I said how when the boy just told you it keeps happening. I had a whole cart full of food and items I just had to leave there. There were also 8 other people now behind me with the same issue as she treated me like It was my fault like there was no money on my card. I even called my card to check the balance right in front of her!She could have called her someone who knew what they were doing instead of dismissing me like I’m not valued customer!

Terrible service from start to finish. Went in on a Tuesday to purchase new tires. Was told all tire purchases had to be done online. I immediately went online and ordered the tires, to which my order was canceled because “they were out of stock”. I called and got the same person I talked to in store who placed me on hold for 14mins, only to find out the tires were in stock and that he would book me an appointment (which is weird considering earlier he told me they couldn’t do that). Showed up for my appointment to find that the tires had not been pulled off the rack for me and had a 15 minute ordeal trying to figure out why they canceled my appointment originally. Was told that they double booked 12 today and it would take maybe an hour and a half because of it. I ended up waiting 2.5 hours. At the end I looked into the service garage to find the tech was sitting in my car running while playing on his phone. Total zoo of unprofessional employees. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.
