I love shopping at Target because they have a great selection of products, the prices are right, and they employ wonderful people. Morgan took care of me today at the service desk. She was kind and very capable. Everything was settled in a very few minutes.

Did a drive up order, got home and 2 bags were missing. Called CS and they said I would have to come back to get the missing bags. Defeats the purpose of the drive up convenience.

Rather impressed with the management!Went there once to purchase a cordless vacuum and found one on sale. Took it to the register and it rang up hundreds over the sale price. I walked to associate back to the location and They had told me it was a stocking error so I understood and left without it.Came back a week later to see the vacuums in the same exact spot with same advertised price. Took it to the register rang up hundreds over again. At this time I admittedly became a “difficult customer” and told them they needed to honor the price as I had been back twice now and found it there. The shift manager was great to work with and contacted the store manager. They owned the mistake like professionals and we’re willing to come to a reasonable conclusion to keep a happy customer. Good help is tough to fine lately, so I feel for them but their leadership crew really stood up to a high level of customer service which was greatly appreciated. Management definitely deserves a 5 start at this location!

This Target location seemed clean and well stocked. We didn't have any interactions with staff. Shelves were properly stocked and there was a large amount of shoppers, but it did not feel crowded. When in the area again we would not hesitate to stop at this Target location.

It's Target, who is actually reading reviews for Target? You know what you are getting yourself into. You run in for allergy meds and laundry soap and $130 later you walk out with so many other things you definitely don't need.

I spent a day shopping in area stores for a massive backpack project. Target was easily the friendliest, most accommodating store I entered. From managerial help to order pickup it was a positive pleasant experience.

It was clean and organized. I went in to buy an onion I usually get red onions but they were $1.29 each so I decided to get a yellow onion that said it would be $0.89 each. Well guess what they did not ring up for that price it charged me the red onion price and I was in a rush and couldn't wait for one of your employees to randomly show up to help me so I just had to pay the extra.

The Onalaska location is great. It’s the experience you expect from a Target store. The fresh vibe, the ease of access, clean and orderly. Staff members are helpful and plentiful. Online ordering and pick up is super helpful for busy people.

I went in to find the head phones they are advertising. No one offered help. I had to figured out my way to the electronics. After about 10 minutes of looking I found the head phones I was looking for.

I went specifically for sporting equipment for my toddler's summer activities. They had a great selection of t-ball gloves and soccer balls. Walking through the isles to the sporting goods section was a pretty typical Target. Self checkout was quick and simple. The employees I did encounter were friendly. The cart was nice and had no squeaky wheels.

The protection plans that you can purchase for TVS are awful through Squaretrade. I had a same issue with another TV with Wal-Mart and it was easy and Wal-Mart just took care of it and got us a new TV. Not sure why I bought this protection plan. TV doesn't work and they can't seem to figure this out. Sent the receipt 3 times they still need the receipt. The list goes on of reasons why they can't honor my claim. I moved the TV from one room to another and now the screen doesn't work. This is exactly why I bought the protection plan but to get it honored is an absolute chore and still haven't accepted my claim yet. Now I have to take pictures of the TV and wait another 2 business days. Seems like they just want people to get frustrated and not try to deal with the claim and give up. Disappointing that Target is apart of something like this experience.

As soon as I walked in the door the smell of coffee hit my nose. I find that smell makes me feel comfortable. The store was clean and well organize.

The product is fine and ordering and paying online was easy enough.Store pick-up was a pain, nobody manning the pick-up counter so I waited in the returns line, it was very slow so I ended up waiting a long time to get something I had already paid for.I wouldn't recommend using the collection service unless you have nothing better to do than wait around.

I am very disappointed with the lack of consideration for nursing mothers. They have their own special nursing room for mother like myself in the dressing room area. Now I get that they have many people wanting to try on clothes and they are trying to get their job done fast but when it comes to my son screaming because he is hungry and is in need of milk, to be told “the room is full because we have a lot of people needing to try on clothes, you just have to wait a little bit” is absolutely discouraging. To have to sit on a toilet seat and feed him made my entire outlook on that store in general change tremendously. I would understand if this has been a one time thing, but it has been the past two times that I have come to this store. I know that I would never want to eat my food in a bathroom, so why should my 10 month old?

I was able to order and pay from home, enabling me to pick the items I wanted while staying home, safe, with my grandson. And I did not have to worry about my husband being exposed when he came to pick it up. Thank you very much for offering this service.

I loved Target but moving to this area has weened me of that.This one in particular just…seems so small and over-populated. It’s constantly crawling, but so tiny and uncomfortable. The aisles are cramped to the point of being one-ways and the lighting is weirdly dim for the Target brand.

The cashier, Julia, was amazing! So friendly, fast and efficient.. she asked if all of us had rewards, had great customer service! She is a great cashier and should be recognized for her outstanding customer service skills!

Overall, this is likely the worst Target I have ever set foot in. No one seems to know what is going on, as the store layout is poor coming in the door. It always feels cluttered, full of people, and the staff are hit and miss with being helpful or rude.

I was charged for my purchase and when on the way to the store (an hour away), my purchase was canceled. I was told I would not be charged.However, then I was given a gift card and not a refund. Customer service agent said it was not possible to get a refund. When I pushed he said it would be 30 days.That is completely unacceptable since I was actually charged and then given something I didn’t order. The whole situation is irritating enough that I am debating if I will remain a target customer in the future - it was handled so badly.For the record, I understand mistakes happen. I am disappointed about my order being canceled but actually extremely upset they refused to refund the purchase that they canceled on me.

I understand that Target tries to create a unique shopping experience with exclusives available only at their stores. As far as those they have with Hasbro, this has been my unique experience: Oh look, they don't have any in stock either online or in the store for over three months. They have empty pegs that show where the products should be, but have never once in all the times I've been through ever had a single product on the shelf that could actually be purchased as far as the exclusives are concerned. I get that the market has perhaps been underestimated, but this has been beyond ridiculous.
