Customer service is always accommodating and understanding. Love the Treats program. They work with the local humane society and help shelter and support animals needing to be fostered/adopted. Would not go anywhere else!

The services booked were not performed fully. Was very disappointed because NO trimming was done whatsoever. They said he wouldn't stand up for it, but why not trim paws when doing nails? Why not trim ears, tail, leg hair, etc. whatever you could?

I came in here to grab Skye and Ara a treat, and walked out with Kong dog beds, some jerky, dog bones, and other treats. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I had great chats with three different workers on different things they liked about the store.They were very helpful and answered all of my questions. None of them seemed like they were frazzled or in a hurry, and all of them seemed to love animals in general. I ended up joining their rewards program which was easy and quick. They just took my phone number and email and I later downloaded their app. At least as easy as any other rewards program I have signed up for.I will be coming back on my next stop up to UW Lacrosse to refill some of the treats my dogs loved (greenies, Milk bones, jerky, etc.) and won't feel so bad about it because they have great deals and a fun store to visit.

Tried to get our dog washed and groomed. I understand that it may be policy to not bring in a dog if in heat. But called ahead of time to be sure and the manager gave the OK for the next day, to then be refused when we arrived. No communication between management and rude/lazy employees have made sure I'm not coming back.

Linda, the salon manager was incredible with our fur babies, would recommend her to anyone! Incredibly patient with my anxious dogs. The entire staff was friendly and you could tell they loved the pets in their care!

When so adopted our dog, Molly two years ago we had no idea where to go for grooming. Thank goodness we found PetSmart! We felt we ome right away. Our groomer is Brittany and she's the best. Always takes the time to be sure Molly and I are comfortable each time.

Took my dog there to get groomed the works everything done.The first time you sent my dog home over a week ago cause she was to nervous and was pooping a little I was told and kept her blue rubber toy. I asked about the toy and no one knows anything. That toy was expensive i bought from pet smart. Now I had another appointment for Fri April 12 2024 at 8am with kinzie. Mind you someone from petsmart called and confirmed the day before. I even went and bought cbd treats to help with my dog. OK everything good. My girl brings are dog in just to be told that today is not her appointment that it was reschedule for next Wednesday at 7am with out discussion this with me. So now you just cost my girlfriend time cause she has to bring are dog back home and makes her a hour late to work and I needed my dog cut for a wedding that's on Saturday April 13 2024. I would never recommend pet smart ever again. You guys sit there and lie to our faces. That really how you guys treat your customers. Thank you Pet smart for a Waste of time.

Place was clean and looks brand new (I'm not from the area!). I purchased 4 mystery snails for my 29 gallon fish aquarium. All died within 4 days. Checked the levels of my tank and all spot on. I noticed the snails were very inactive and/or floating when purchased, but snails can be that way. Should have turned around and returned them. Very bummed. I love me my mystery snails. I have had other snails and have lived for a year or more. I'll stick to Dubuque's petsmart!

i would never shop there again i think that the employee is racist towards african Americans and asians, as i was waiting to be helped he/she/him/her .was very rude to an asian lady and when i did get her/him/he/she attention the male that has purplue hair unable to identity the gender said that her/he/him/she would help me and did not return also she/her/him/he was very rude to a mixed younger teenage looking female . the female was trying to buy a reptile and denied her/she sale. i do not think was the right thing to do i am a very loyal customer as long as her/he/him/she is working i will take my hard earned working money somewhere else. customer service i would not recommand.product i would not recommend store employees need more and better training the store is very organized but the employees there are not friendly and they do not greet anyone at all and they do not ask if you are looking for somthing they just let you roam.

If I could give this place a zero I most def would. My sisters n I came to purchase a reptile yesterday. And after walking around the store for 20mins I finally seen an employee who was conversing with another employee about nothing to do with PetSmart or work . So has I interrupted his conversation I could tell he was annoyed but I still proceeded to ask to purchase the reptile he goes on asking me if I had the proper things for the reptile and I let him know that I did but BECAUSE HE THOUGHT I was trying to mate them many time after I said that’s not what I was trying to along with repeating myself serval times stating that the new reptile was going into a separate enclosure. He then decide to look me dead in my face literally smirking and took advantage of their power to not sell any animals because he felt and in his own words “it’s not going to a safe environment so I’m refusing the sale” literally smirking in my face while saying this completely disrespecting me and playing in my face like I was a child feeel . I already have a reptile, two fishes and two dogs. My home is very safe for my pets and I take very good care of all of them, their actually spoiled if you was to ask my friends and family. So the pettiness and him using the power to refuse the sell out of pettiness on top of disrespecting my intelligence was unacceptable especially when I come and spends hundreds of dollars every other month in their store is ridiculous. Do not get get help from the man with the purple hair and glasses. And honestly he needs more customer training if he is going to be employed to help buying customers.

Zero actually as Linda at Onalaska Pet Smart refused to groom Sasha. Linda "diagnosed" Sasha with her non-expert opinion of a nail ready to fall off and bleed a lot plus yeast infection at the nail bed. I immediately took Sasha toSands Lake Veterinary Clinic. After the carefull examination, including the nail Linda "diagnosed ", the Doctor, an expert as a veterinarian,upon examination found no nail loose nor yeast infection.I called Linda later and she stood by with her non-expert diagnosis saying there are very strict rules there.So a non-expert groomer disputes the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine's expert conclusion upon examination that there is not a loose nail nor yeast infection. I called her and she stands by her "diagnosis".I came here a year ago from Michigan. I never had my groomer of 12 years pull anything so ridiculous.Linda caused me a lot of stress and loss of money due to her non-expert diagnosis and having to go to the vet. I will not go back to Linda or Pet Smart. I'm sure there are many reputable groomers in this area.If you need an excellent Veterinary Clinic, I highly recommend Sands Lake.

I have a lot of good luck finding what I need at Petsmart and have for years. They have a great variety of essentials and fun stuff for whatever critter you have. If you can't find what you need, the friendly and helpful staff are happy to show you where to find it.

the white manager with dreads accused me and my mixed fiance of stealing a cat (who they handed to us without even checking if the proper paperwork had been filled out with the humane society, which might I add they never told us to do) and made the whole adoption process uncomfortable by telling everyone at the store and at the humane society that we were thieves despite it being a miscommunication on her part. how does an adoption place just hand over animals without discussing what paperwork is needed, and without checking to see if that paperwork is filled out first? how does this same place have the nerve to blame this mistake (again on their part) on their customer? absolutely disgusting behavior on their part. i love my cat to death, i will never return to this store.

I wish they had one I prairie du chein Wisconsin. It's the only place I can get the good food for my dog. I have to drive a hour to get to lacrosse. Love that store. My daughter's go there too. Some time I pick up things for other people here as well. There are no pet stores in our area. Please put one in prairie du chien Wisconsin!

These are the people that I trust in grooming my fur babies. My pup loves visiting the store! Staff is very welcoming. They make her feel like royalty. She walks right into the grooming area, places her paws on the counter and is welcomed with an overwhelming amount of love. As a "fur" parent, that's nice to see!

The grooming services at this location are great. I took my dog here for the last few months and they always do a great job. I usually take her to Alli F., but she has seen a few other groomers who also did a good job. They are friendly, affordable, and always seem excited to see my pet. My dog hates being groomed but gets excited to come here. I love their add on packages, especially the seasonal ones that come with a themed bandana, treat, and coupon book. The grooming services seem to have mixed reviews, but in our experience a standard Bath & Brush at the Onalaska PetSmart is worth the money.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Our dog Brownie who is a short haired pitty normally goes to Petco but he was in serious need of a bath and nail clipping and Petco was super booked so I decided to establish Brownie with someone here just in case that happens again. NO THANKS! He was there for 2 and a half hours and did not even get all of the services he was supposed to get. When I called and spoke with one of the gals about it, she was super rude and snotty blaming Brownie for everything and could not get her story straight on what services actually happened. I spoke with a manager who also could not get straight what services actually happened and all that was offered was 15% off when the service I requested as high priority did not even get done! Absolutely ridiculous and he will never go back.

Store employees are always willing to help when needed. Prices are somewhat ok bordering higher priced, but a good variety for whatever you are looking for .
