My precious goldendoodle piper that I got from an ad hadn't been taken care of well at all. Her hair was very matted and the groomer was able to shave her down carefully and now piper has a chance to grow a whole new beautiful coat I'm so grateful. Shauna is terrific.

Had to come back a second time because they didn't do what I had requested the first time we were there. Then they charged me again for the work that was already supposed to have been done. We will not be going back. I would have tipped well if they would not have charged me. It is about principle, not money. A sorry is not enough. You charged us for services that were not fulfilled. We even took her back, paid extra, and the woman still didn’t do what we needed. One specific groomer is very condescending. I’m sure you know who I am talking about. I would like a refund from PETCO grooming as the service was not even fulfilled the 2nd time. We had to shave our dogs underside that very day ourselves because it will still not done.

My dog is a behavioral dog, meaning she barks a ton. One of the girls got her over to the table and just stood there expecting an elderly dog to get on the table for her. Didn't call anyone to assist. Brought her back out to me and told me we can't take her. I'd been taking her there for years prior to staff changes, and they always at least put in an effort.. it didn't become apparent that this was an important thing people would like to hear about till my friend had even worse experiences recently. Go anywhere else.

Kim is wonderful! She grooms both of my dogs and they always look so great! She's always patient with them and seems so happy to see them and you would never know if she's had a bad day! Always smiling and cheerful!

Britteny was great! She was even able to trim my dogs nails and she will never let me even try. The power had been out and everything was down at the time, but she worked through it and was very quick about it. I hope she's there next time we need to come in or I may need to drive to Rochester.

I just walked in to see if nail trimming was available on its own. The groomer said to just give her 5 minutes. By the time I got back with my dog, she was ready for us. She set us up and took him back. When I got back from paying Baxter was on his last toe. I think we were in and out in less than 15 minutes and the groomer was friendly and seems to love her job.

Dani was very nice and did a great job with our pups. They were done exactly like we wanted and were ready quickly. We received a text when she was done and were able to leave the pups there until we were able to pick them up.

My dog doesn't get nervous going for grooming; he seems to like the staff. They always tell me how he has done and if they notice anything unusual. The last visit they pointed out that he had a mass near his left hind leg. I was already aware of it, but its nice to know they will inform me if they find anything.

I don't hate Petco! They sometimes seem unorganized, check out cleck talks more than she pays attention to what she is going. I have my dog groomed there. I go to Kim and she is fabulous. Does a great job!! Five stars for her.

The gals in the grooming area are really good with Sparky, and he's not afraid to go there. Having them cut and grind his nails, brush his teeth and clean his ears is great, as those are some things I'd rather not do, and they do it so easily. The advice I was given for what dog food he should have was also good. Thank you.

The staff always seem happy to see our dog, and the interactions with us and our dog is always reassuring. Also, they do a terrific job with grooming -- we never have a problem with the quality and completeness of their work.

Everyone was nice. Prices a little high. Expected these days, i guess. A little upset they didn't have my usual urinary tract cat food in-stock. Tried a different brand, which they don't really care for, but they'll get used to it soon I hope.

Maggie girl and Lucky boy love their spa day at Petco. The girls are great with them, especially Lucky. Lucky has separation anxiety and he does really well with them.

I had an experience in Branson missouri won't take my dog there again.Groomer was not nice.My dog was hyperventilating when I got to her.They did something to he wasn't nice to my dog. Never again.
