I like it here man. Staff have always been super friendly except one girl, but you can't let a bad apple ruin the bunch. Good selection of juices. Bit on the pricier side, but it's convenient. Dogs are allowed inside which I think it dope. Take my dog to the great river state trail and head over here!

Love this little smoke shop. All the employees are attentive and helpful, and the prices are quite fair compared to other stores in the area. This place is a must-stop anytime I drive to Onalaska/La Crosse, and would recommend it for any smoker/vaper looking for a decent, well-stocked shop.

This smokes for less is a great place to buy anything you need with very helpful employees and people that understand all the products and what you are looking for. Great job to the employees and the staff for making the place very enjoyable! Also, the vapes hit well and I have not had any problems. Also, if you hit a vape in the store and it does not work correctly they will give you a new one with no extra charge, so again very nice people!

I had been getting all my vape supplies online for several years but with the new mail ban on electronic cigarettes I needed to switch to something else. I am not very knowledgeable about devices so I asked a lot of questions to determine the one I wanted. Three different staff took the time to talk with me and answer all my questions in a very professional and polite way. I had one main staff person that stayed with me throughout my search but others took the time to help also.I do not like the fruity flavors and had never tried salt nic before so finding a flavor profile I liked took a little time. They opened up 3 different disposable e-cig for me to try to see what I liked. I ended up with a new device, 2 different bottles of e-juice and they even let me take one of the disposables at no charge. The prices were very reasonable and I am enjoying the new set up.The staff person that helped me told me to call her at anytime if I had any more questions. I did call her the next day and she helped me out with an issue I had and was kind and cheerful once again. The issue wasn't with the device or the e juice - it was a used error type of situation.I will definitely be going back for all my vaping needs.

I've shopped at the La Crosse store MANY times and always had good experiences. EVERY time I go to the Onalaska store the employee's are obviously NOT knowledgeable on product or customer service. I'll not ever shop there again.

I moved here a few months ago and was excited there was a vape product store so close to my home. But when I went in to talk/show somebody that the unit I bought from them was malfunctioning, it was snatched from my hand, taken apart, and I was told it was probably because the pod is leaking. I said well can I have a new one? He said "you can buy a new one. We have to pay for them, so do you".I get it, but really? "Great" customer service... if you sell defective merch, do the right thing. My unit doesn't work. I burned thru 3 pods in 4 days.I go in every week to 10 days, and have yet to come across a happy, pleasant employee. Just plain rude.Guess I'll be making the drive to LaCrosse e-cig warehouse. Frustrated beyond belief.

I had mostly good experiences here.... till they hired some new guy that made me feel like he thought I would rob the place. He reprimanded me 10 seconds after picking up a viled cigar off the counter to check it out.Fine, keep your merchandise. I'll go to e-cig for vape stuff and tobacco outlet for my cigars.

Garbage. Litterally bought a salt nic device from them because guy said it was a draw fire device. Brought it home found out it was not. Brought it back in to try to return it. But because there is nothing wrong with it they will not take it back. Even though the employee there lied to me. About what I was buying. So garbage. Will not be coming here for anything again.

I come here for my vape accessories whenever I need it fast. Juice is a little more expensive here than azara in la Crosse with less of a selection of in house mixed juice. But the price on tanks and coils is really good.

A great place for RYO/MYO cigarettes, cigars, vape products, and smoking accessories. Unfortunately due to Onalaska city ordinances, they are not allowed to sell glass. The staff has always been friendly and helpful during my visits. Whenever I'm in the Onalaska area and need anything smoking related, aside from glass, this is where I go.
