For a Goodwill store I’d say it’s probably one of the best ones I have been to. For the most part I would say it’s well organized and clean.

Love this store, lots to choose from for a good price, however me and my fiance went just today and the cashier we had was unfortunately kind of rude. I usually don't write reviews like this because I understand how retail jobs can be I've worked in them before but she didn't even say anything to me not even call me over her light was on so I just went up to her and said hi as I put my stuff down and still nothing, didn't ask about my rewards till after she scanned my stuff she hadn't asked still so I told her, even when she told me the total it was very hard to hear her and she also would take the clothes off the hangers and just like throw them on the desk like actually throw them doesn't fold or nothing. I get it, everyone has bad days, but I believe you should stillact kind to others at the very least

I was there to buy a hair dryer and had no place to test to see if it worked or not.The cashier kindly offered to try it out with the outlets by her register even though her line was busy. Bless her!

I went today to good will for a coffee pot found one like new and it works great not to mention the $5 price and the other $47 I spent on several other thing that were their that I've wanted for a long time.

Super well-organized! By clothing type, cut, size, and colour. Super helpful if you're searching for a specific colour. Plus! They have dressing rooms available (this is a plus from me, because the Goodwill near my home DOESN'T). Lots of stuff, super nice staff.

This is a super nice thrift store. It's really large and well organized. We found tons of stuff for everyone in our family. I found lots of dresses and nice pants my young girls and boys were able to find lots of clothes and even costumes for Halloween. The shoe selection is kind of skim but other than that everything else is nice. There were really nice house where items and we bought a few. Really cool pictures to hang up around the house. The bathrooms were a bit dirty. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was really well staff there were lots of people all around the place. Clean and large parking lot made it easy to come in on a Sunday even when it was busy. This is one of the nicer goodwill I've ever been to

Rented out the shelter for my sons bday party and it was very nice. The splash pad was great for the kids to run around in and cool off. The restroom was open and clean. Garbage was empty and ready to use. Has a nice long buffet style table so I had plenty space for food and drinks etc.

I like going to this location because they are clean. They are always stocked up and I always end up buying more than I went there for. I've found some really cute clothes, decorations, and even coats. I would recommend going there for nice dress clothes and even homecoming/prom dresses. They have some very cute dresses!

Every time I come here I find treasures! Often times I’ve found items and materials of high value (cashmere, silk, cast iron, etc.) the ladies who work here are kind to customers and patient with their fellow workers. I’m addicted to this store.

I brought in 6 big boxes of clothes. Kid comes out with cart and just stands there. No Hello. He did tell me they can't go into the car. I get that. But I'm a 69 year old woman with a bad back. Worst part is after I loaded his cart, I got no THANK YOU. He needs to get more training in courtesy.

Not all the employees are bad. But, some...are not good. Also, it's a poorly priced thrift store. Meaning...overpriced. Pricey for the low-income people to do some serious, needed shopping. Also, whoever does the pricing has no clue what item would be considered a higher price.The price tag on clothing burns the eyes of the mom who needs clothes for the growing kids. But, thank goodness for "color tag of the week", if you find it in the color, size, etc.

I have noticed a great improvement in organization and keeping the aisles from being over-full. Prices can tend to be a little on the high side for a thrift store...but overall great selection and staff keeps me coming back to one of my favorite places.

Nice, organized, clean, filled with good quality, lots of new stuff everyday. They are moderately friendly and helpful. The prices are in line with (or higher than) other Goodwill stores, meaning that they are overpriced on many things. You will still find something you are willing to pay the price for, but if it was better priced, you could pile your cart high.

The complaint I have is the hours are 9:00-9:00 NOT 8:00-9:00 for shopping. They begin taking donations at 8:00. The layout of the store makes shopping very easy for customers & the selection is amazing! Everything is low-priced, even the furniture! Why shop anywhere else, you'll find name brand clothing at a much better price.

Bought a nice 5 discount DVD player/Home theater Player for 7.99 + Tax and it had the original remote. Nice deal.

The store is nice and clean. The selection is always nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My only problem and reason for the low rating is the prices. Just not worth it anymore.

Clothing prices are great with a nice selection. They have tag days when certain colored tags are half price. Minnesota Goodwill's don't offer this. Find that their household goods are on the high side. I bought a glass pan at a chain store and it was less expensive than at Goodwill. Their clothes are the best bang for your buck.

A worker was very unprofessional about customers wearing masks. She was very loud and very rude. I left my basket of items and left the store. Doubtful I will be returning anytime soon. She could have been a bit more respectful towards customers.

I was at the goodwill donation area in onalaska tonight. The night time guy there was very rude to me. He would not take the cart down that’s on wheels to my car door to put my donations in the cart. He demanded I start my car go up to the door to donate my items. I was not to far away from the donation door. I told him I gonna take my donations back and probably take it to another goodwill. Than he just throwing my glass ware and items into my box. I had to tell him to be more careful with my items. Than he said my stuff is junk and he would have toss it anyway. It was actually nice stuff like books and dinner ware in good condition. And clothing as well. I don’t suggest donationing your stuff there. Sound like it will mostly will be toss out.

Staff went against their regulations to hold my stuff for me that I couldn't get right then (it was almost closing time and just until morning) . I was probably the most annoying customer of the day and I know this because I work in customer service also. Butbrhey were very accommodating and polite, assuring me it wasn't a problem (I know otherwise but I also know they both have to say that and seeing my struggle probably meant it as well, even if out of pity )

This is absolutely the worst Goodwill store if not retail store I have ever been to. Expect to wait in line no matter how busy they are. The cashier I had today was the rudest person I have ever encountered and she's the reason I am changing my rating. She didn't even acknowledge my existence and when she saw I was waiting in line she let out an audible sigh as if my purchase was going to cause her tremendous discomfort. No greeting, just a sigh and a "gotta goodwill card". I had it ready and sat it down next to the scanner. "Damn it, give it here." Then she shouted my total and asked, "Round up?" I said yes and she sighed again. I got my change and said "have a nice day." She grunted and yelled "NEXT!" I won't be coming back as long as that woman is employed. I can't believe that she is the best Goodwill has to offer.Also the clothes section was pretty disorganized. Size sections meant absolutely nothing because I found every single size in the section of tshirts where I was looking.

It is well organized and kept clean. Books are in alphabetical order by suthir. Many Goodwill stores just toss the books on the shelves in any order. I prefer this when looking for a book. They are also sorted by subject.

Large store with almost too much merchandise. Prices are a little high for used items. New items (boutique) are fairly priced. Bathrooms were clean.

I dislike how overpriced they are for a donation based store. That goes for all goodwills tho. I mean....dollar tree containers priced at 1.49? So silly. Sometimes there are good deals if u shop the half price color.

I will never ever donate another item to Good Will. I tired to donate some items and one of them was apparently not approved because it holds a child. It was a mommaroo. The guy working there decided to give me lip about it and throw the whole thing in the trash. I will drive the distance and donate everything to another company entirely. And I’ll never give them my business. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I only buy on the clearance racks.... Your stuff is way too much for things being donated... I never donate to your stores.. I take my things where they try to help low income people. I have found clothing more than at Walmart. You people should be ashamed of yourself.
