So disappointed with this place. Had been customers for about a year but things kept going downhill. Increased prices without notice, grooming effort became very poor despite having my dogs there for hours. They advertise ability to do large breeds, but do not have the staff or abilities to do a good job. The kicker was completely being ghosted by the groomer and the business as a whole after leaving several messages. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL business practices to not even return phone calls from their clients.

I brought my boyfriends 2 dogs in on Thursday! Snowball and whiskee all I got to say is Tia did a wonderful job and I found my new favorite groomers in the area thank u guys so much !

We are extremely upset to hear that our dogs were in their kennels for the full duration of their boarding (7 days). When I spoke to the owner he said that daycare was included with the price. I told the owner that my dogs have been to boarding and daycare several times at another location. The only reason we didnt go with our usual place was because they were booked. We also thought it might be nice to try a place closer to us. When I first called during our trip, the owner said he was short handed that day. I can understand if it was one day but then he mentioned it was because they never went to daycare. When I reminded him that they have been to daycare several times, he acted as if this was the first time I told him. When I called the next day, I spoke to a woman and she told me that our dogs were not participating in daycare and have been in their kennels. I told her that we were very upset to hear that and the only reason we booked with them was because daycare was included. Then when we picked our dogs, the owner said it was because our dogs never went to his daycare. That next time they will be fine. He still charged us full price for our two dogs plus a $30 late pick up fee which was a total of $670.At the other boarding place were we normally take our dogs, they're usually happy and seemed to be well cared for when picking them up.With this boarding location, they look thinner and seem depressed. We are very upset with their service and will NEVER do business with them again!!

Stay away. Very Rude and bad business practices they accepted our large dog and never could seem to finish the grooming, bath and brush only, despite our old groomer (moved) being able to bath brush cut and style in less time. Causing multiple trips and multiple bills Also non existant communication . ghosted me and wife insteaded of talking to us we thought something had happened to groomer but no just ghosted us. i had to call from a completely different number to even get them to pick up which they hing up in me

worst experience ive ever had with a so called "professional" service. they turned off facebook reviews why do that if they are good its because they are aweful. . Seriously terrible people! they hurt dogs & dont take responsibility. ignore problems --just read other bad reviews. these people need to be reported. i have!

Rusty goes just about every Friday. They are super accommodating when we call on a short notice. Rusty loves it and comes home wore out and has never gotten hurt or a bad report card.

If i could give them 0 stars I would.If you value your dogs life DO NOT take your dog here.Inexperienced workers and the owner has no clue what is going on in his business and he doesn't care cause it's difficult to find employees.I took my dog 3 1/2 lb. Yorkie here for a grooming on Wednesday July 8th, 20 1st time here so I asked alot of questions and thought it would be a great place for my dogs grooming services oh how I was so wrong. 20 minutes after dropping him off I got a call from the owner stating that I needed to come pick up my dog i said he is done already and he said no your dog was injured i said from what and he said let me have you talk to the groomer and she can explain it to you. She said when she was clipping him she accidentally cut him in the leg and you may need to take him to the vet. At this point I'm just sick to my stomach. So I get there and she is holding him and she said I'm so sorry this happened and I'll pay the vet bill. Not at one time did the owner come up and apologized. So as I was looking at him I noticed that he had a few cuts on him. So I took him to the vet and they said the leg wound is pretty bad so they will need to put him to sleep to repair. The other two wounds they could clean up. So about 2 hours later the vet called and said everything went good except when they started cleaning the ear wound they noticed that the groomer had tried to clue the wound shut so they cleaned all the clue off and the cut was really deep so they had to put a couple of stitches in. My dog got 5 stitches in the leg and 2 stitches in the ear. I called the owner back to inform him of the 2 deep cuts my dog had gotten and he said that the groomer is responsible for the bill at the vet so she will pay it. I said no you are responsible for the vet bill and he kept repeating the samething. I told him I would have fired her on the spot and he went on to say it's very difficult to find people to do this kind of work so he would have a talk with her. I said so it doesn't matter that she is inexperienced because you can't find somebody to do this kind of work. Really!!!A couple hours later I called the owner again wanting to know the groomers name and he said he wasn't sure what her last name is and I said seriously don't you own the business and she is employed by you and he said I'm not at my office so I will have her call you when she comes back. 10 minutes later she called and said she's not comfortable with giving out her last name I said you are comfortable with butchering my dog and then she hung up on me. No call back from the owner. Very unprofessional.I called the police to file a animal abuse report.

We took our dog there for grooming and they were so amazing! Megan was absolutely fabulous with our Jake and the owner Greg was super nice as well. Thank you for taking such great care of our boy! We’ll be back again for sure!!

I can't say enough good things about Greg, Amy and their staff. My dog is a rescue who was very dominant and aggressive with other dogs. Greg and Amy agreed to work with her. They had her integrated with the other dogs on the very first day! She had to wear a collar for quite a while, but now she is able to go play and run with other dogs without incident. It's nothing short of a miracle.

What an absolutely beautiful building! I really like the bright colors and the clean open spaces. What I really love is that there are different areas for dogs based on their needs. Not every dog wants to play all day. It's A Dog's World has an open play as well as 2 additional separate play areas.The kennels are spacious. The location is convenient right next to Gundersen Clinic in Onalaska!

I was boarding my 2 dogs for 2 days. Get my dogs back to find out they feed the one dogs twice in that time and the other one once. I know this because I packed there food in bags with there feeding instructions. Not very happy with them. Plus the person working didn't seam to know what he was doing.

Great new location. Bright and Fresh. The best part is the day care "play time" for the dogs. The beds are large/clean and its close to my house in Onalaska. The staff is super friendly. Highly recommend!

Kris is the ONE and ONLY person that I trust to groom my Quinn. He has quite a bit of amxiety and she is incredibly patient and kind with him! She is “Auntie” Kris and we love her! Not only is she kind and patient, but she does a beautiful job grooming him (a Golden Retriever), which is unique in this area. I’m a crazy dog mom, and Kris and It’s a Dog’s World have my highest recommendation!
