I’ve had good only good experiences with staff here. But it’s pretty apparent that this location is in desperate need of help. I’ve visited over a handful of times and the last time was shocking. A wall of pallets of inventory sitting next to eachother in the back of the store. The shelves are pretty grim. I love 5 below, I really hope they can get the help they need to be successful

The manager was so patient and kind. We got 2 gift cards that were defective and not working when we went to pay. She made sure to resolve the issue and make up for the lengthy process of trying to get them to go through. She was very generous and helpful. I wish I would've asked her name. Thank you!

Extremely disappointing.Place was disgusting and smelled like cat pee. Workers were rude to an elderly couple who were just pleasantly confused with the checkout area. (Only one register takes cash - the rest were card-only self check outs) Employees were also just unkind to anyone who asked a question.The place was covered in boxes, garbage, and clothing.I understand holiday season is an incredibly hard time to be a retail worker, but this place is brand new.. should not be in this condition.I'd rather travel to a different Five Below.

There was a decent selection of items but like a lot of other reviews stated it doesn't smell pleasant in the building. It does also seem to be a bit disorganized as well.

I am a bit confused by this store at them moment. Inventory was limited as were the hours. We arrived at 10 min to 7 and heard them say they were closing at 7 no less than 10 times. They seem very concerned with getting people out of the door. I have never experienced a retail store so eager to get their customers out of the store. I overheard a worker say they would start closing at 6pm next week. My observation shows they are not ready to be open for business. Perhaps they should have waited until they worked out the kinks.

They had a fun selection of items but the store was very messy, all the shirts were not folded and the shelves were a mess. There was one employee in the whole store and they were overwhelmed with customers, and was rude when someone said they did not want to use the self checkout. They are obviously in dire need of extra help, yet I'm sure once they figure everything out this will become one of my favorite shops.

Extremely chaotic, not much inventory, everything was all over the place but that is partially the publics fault because nobody knows manners nowadays. Smells terrifying. Waiting at least a year before going back

Clerk was extremely rude today. In my face when I had already informed her I was using my card, she wouldn’t “ back off” plus I was on the phone dealing with another issue. Three to four times and following the customer getting in their face is Not Appropriate nor Appreciated!!!

Beautiful Store! Very excited for a five below to be in the area. However the staff seemed to have little to no excitement and gave uninviting energy. With the store only being open for 2 days and the staff to already seem like they don’t want to be there was kind of weird to experience.

I'm not big on giving bad reviews, but honestly this was the worst store I have ever visited. The shelves were in total disarray. Crap all over the floor. Thought I would check it out since it was new here. First and last visit!

If getting chased out of a store with a broom handle is on your bucket list this is the place for you! Went at around 6:50 because Google said they were open until 10. Door was unlocked so I went to the bathroom then started shopping. A couple came into the store shortly after me. Then 2 workers charged at us with a broom stick saying they're calling the cops on us and the door was locked for people who tried to enter before us. Basically accusing us of tampering with the door being rude. I'm assuming one side was locked and the other was not. This place is an a dumpster fire.

All of the treasures are so fun. The store has a strange smell but I honestly think it's due to it being a new build.

First week of visit, clean store and very organized. People are the one to destroy the store to look unorganized by misplacing items. Overall, nice staffs and like the items.

We went there at 7pm Monday night and were turned away. Change your posted hours if you have staffing problems. Other reviewers have said the same thing.

Google hours are incorrect. Open 10-7 daily according to sign on door. Google says until 9 mon-sat and 8 on Sundays. Went just after 7 tonight and they were closed.saw many others walk up as well only to be disappointed.
