The meat and deli counters are great. Customer service is great. The prices are so high compared to other grocery stores in the area I can't justify shopping here.

Festival has the best meat and produce in town. They are very helpful in finding whatever you need. The cashiers are great and friendly. Even the people who bring the carts in from the parking lot are friendly and make you smile. Thanks festival!

I don't go here much because they are so much more expensive than other stores. But, when I do stop the store is clean, produce fresh, people are friendly. Love the deli.

I got something from the deli this morning and when I heated it up for lunch I noticed that it smelt kind of weird, and upon looking at the label, it was 3 days past its best by date. Normally I don't mind but I had gotten a tator tot casserole, which has meat in it and bad meat will definitely get you sick. The staff were friendly though and the hot bar looked well taken care of, I'll make sure to check that out next time.

This is my husband's Google account. My husband is a veteran and on Veterans day last week we went to take advantage of the sales at Festival like we do every year. Usually I have great things to say about Festival because I am a huge fan of their store hours, their bakery, and a variety of items that I have only ever been able to find at their stores. But because of the TRASH they handed out to the men and women who served their country this year, I am debating on whether they're going to ever have my business again. The bags of ham they gave out were immediately bad. It was turning color when we brought it home and we came straight home when we left the store which is about 2 miles away. By the next day, you could smell it without the refrigerator door even being open. We had to throw it out by the end of the second day. On the 6th of Nov., I bought a loaf of bread at Walmart from Bimbo. Tonight I got the last 4 pieces of that out to make my husband's sandwiches and they were still good. I had to use those because out of the two loaves of bread given to us by festival, two different brands, yesterday when I tried to use the white bread, it was so molded it stunk and hadn't even been opened before that, and today the wheat bread had big green spots all over it. I think the worst part is that I'd already fed him two pieces earlier today that thankfully weren't molded but the entire rest of the loaf was. The one can of liquid death mountain water we were given was the most disgusting water either of us had ever attempted to drink. We are not by any means too good for handouts. We are always appreciative of any blessing we receive. I guess it just bothers me that after two tours in Iraq, Festival just wanted to unload their outdated food that was already bad in the store onto my husband and disguise that as generosity. We've not encountered anything like this before from Festival and I sincerely hope that you'll do better to the ones who come next. No one is asking for food that's entirely free. You could have paid your respects to our veterans by having a good sale or something. But please, if you're going to give stuff away, don't give our veterans garbage that can seriously be harmful to their health. This is ridiculous. Thanks

Unfortunately this store doesn't have a coffee grinder. The sushi leaves a lot to be desired. It consists of the unhealthy rolls with fried onion and sauces, not much fish.

Wish they had more vegan options but otherwise it's fine.

Wide variety, ranging from affordable... to the 3 lb tomahawk ribeyes. Broadest deli and prepared foods area I can recall. Would be great for prepared lunch options or to prepare for a gathering.

Such a clean and bright store! The deli selections are incomparable in this area. The produce is extremely fresh and the staff maintains it and doesn't sell sub-par items. I love the way the store is laid out. Things are easy to find and not a maze. I will only get my bread from Festival. Thank you Festival for working so hard and doing a superb job.

Always get a receipt from Festival Foods. I got 61 dollars of groceries yesterday afternoon. The cashier was chatting with me about her personal life and didn't offer to give me a receipt. Usually, I get one, but I left thinking, "oh well." I went about my evening and was about ready to go to bed. I decided to check my checking account and $171.25 was withdrawn from Festival Foods. I left the house at about 8:30 p.m. and went back to the store. The shift manager found the transaction and printed it to show me. I bought the groceries for the person behind me and maybe the next person behind them. He told me the cashier has done this multiple times before. I showed him on the receipt the items I bought. He refunded me back $108 to my debit card. Don't leave that store without a receipt! Otherwise, I like that store and it's quality products.

We found all of the things on our list. There were a lot of people out trying to get stuff before Christmas. They even had a Santa & he was doing an excellent job even looked like one. Truly enjoyed our visit. They have self checkout which we used. Employees were polite & helpful. Reasonable prices, handicap parking & accessibility.

Clean but expensive. Getting even more pricey and out of a lot of stock. The ads don't match the till. You have to look at your receipt after shopping and then go to the service counter to get refunded. The store has really gone down hill.

Festival Foods is a great place to shop. On Sunday mornings, in summer, there's a farmers market, and then you can get your shopping done. All the associates are friendly and helpful!

Tonight 05/11/23 at about 6:30 pm, my wife & I went to the Onalaska store. I picked a number & waiting by the meat department for a while. When the gentleman finally came out of the back, he went & answered the phone. When he finished he looked at me and asked if I had been helped yet. I said nope & asked he was all alone, which he replied yes. So why ask if I had been helped. The Original Octoberfest brats were out so he went in the coolers & after some time came back out with a couple of trays that he claimed were hidden.Tarter sauce we normally get was out & hard to find. When @ the Checkout #13, the cashier asked if we had trouble finding any items. So I explained the issues we had, which didn’t even yield an apology or ask if I wanted to speak to a manager. Absolutely nothing said just ask if we had any coupons. I did explain to the cashier that when you ask a question & get the answer of issues I did encounter that at the very least you apologize on behalf of the store. He just smiled and said have a good night.I guess it’s time to explore my shopping options as Festival’s boomerang is broken. There’s other options in the area Festival Foods. Time to pay attention again.

Best local place for fresh produce and deli items in terms of large selection and high quality. A great place to stop to pick up something to share wherever you’re going. Great deli and bakery items. Love the meat and seafood department, always fresh cuts and decent sales. Clean, well organized store that is known for its friendly, helpful staff.

Everything you need for grocery and more! Excellent produce department and great brand variety on shelved goods. Beverages of all variety and a supreme adult beverage area besides. The deli, and made fresh daily, is supreme. The meat department is also one of the best I've seen in a while, with great pricing as well! The bakery is making fresh everyday!
