I worked with Aaron today while waiting for my Geek Squad appointment. I told him what I was trying to do. He took the time to take a look at my laptop and within 5 minutes he had my issue resolved. I tried fixing it myself for the last three weeks. I highly recommend Aaron and Best Buy. The customer service has always been top notch!

Got a new fridge on a great sale and it came with free delivery and installation. Placed order and they had days they could deliver even just the next week!Derek and Blake arrived in the window that they called ahead and said they'd be aiming for. Got old fridge moved into the garage (extra service, but very worth it) and new one installed in just under 30mins! Very nice work! They also got rid of the beachball sized pile of plastic films that were attached to everythingI recommend following all their prep instructions and making sure you measure, I had measured knew I'd be within 1/4" of maybe some unused cabinet demo ;) Will definitely order again, communication was on point and they got it done quick.

Everyone at this Best Buy was very pleasant. Every time we walked by an associate, they greeted and asked if we needed help. Most stores, I scramble and search forever to find someone to help, not here. At checkout, our cashier was very nice and extremely helpful. He had two employees come and load the washing machine we just purchased for us. I highly reccomend this Best Buy!

I needed to get the screen protector on my phone replaced. The employee at the door told me the wait would be at least an hour, but I could schedule an appointment and come back later. She quickly set up the appointment, and when I came back ten minutes before the scheduled time, Brad was ready to help.He looked up my phone number, found the record of the screen protector I bought years ago, and replaced it perfectly in less time than it took me to browse a few aisles. There was no charge for the product or service.Good job, Best Buy! But more importantly, good job, Brad! I have pretty severe anxiety, and Brad made what could have been a stressful and uncomfortable situation for me very easy and painless. This was right after the holidays, and I was so relieved that he only asked me for the information he needed, only gave me the information I needed, and refrained from any small talk or “How was your Christmas” kind of stuff. It really did make my day better.For people who enjoy chatting with strangers in public, it’s good customer service to ask general questions about nice stuff. Brad recognized that I am not one of those people, and gave me the customer service I needed, which is as little talking as possible. Thanks!

Needed a grounding wrist connector, and a ream of paper. Amazon would have been about $25.Was running out near Best buy and went to look for those items and spent $17. Not a huge savings, but it was .... The Best Buy (and no shipping)

Short staffed. Had t wait almost a half hour to get help in the camera area. That's after being on of the first inside the store. Also no hours of operation on the outside of the door. A sign is there but it's blank! The signage in the camera department talks of how well trained the camera people were, little such luck for me! When I finally was offered help, she couldn't find the answers on her not so smart phone, an finally requested help. Another 10 minute wait. A guy came over with a touch of more knowledge, but had to rely on his, not so smart phone. You all advertise knowledgeable camera department employees, maybe management needs to wake up and insure employees are a lot less dependent on phones, and get the knowledge were where it needs to be, in their heads to match the signage bragging they have a clue. I'm 70 years old and can pay $2000 cash, not credit card, not credit, cash. They were really smart on your guys financial program! I'm a professional photographer of 40 years looking to upgrade.Trying to support local businesses, but! That's not the way it's done. Me filling this out should give you all a clue, I care!

This place is a big scam. Was supposed to have a technician come at 8:30am on Saturday, was a no show. Then called and one was supposed to come at 10am another no show. Spent 3 hour's on the phone was charged $300. Now I'm being told I have to pay for all kinds of stuff to fix my computer. Who can you trust when you call their Geek Squad...nobody.

Service isn’t the greatest. Ordered a MacBook in silver, but was sent the midnight color. Called the store to get a replacement for the right color. first guy I talked to said he was honing to get it fixed. then transferred me to the wrong department, put on hold. Someone picked up, we talked and they had no idea what was going on, transferred me and put me on hold. 5 mins later someone else picks up, also no idea put me on hold and transferred me, last girl kept telling me my order was correct and that I ordered the midnight color, even after I told her they employee in the store ordered wrong. She didn’t know what to do. Don’t think I’m going to be ordering from them again.

Well, first, it's sure not Futher Shop. The young man who waited on us was great very helpful and helped find what we were looking for. 😀But that's where it stopped. I don't know what the cashiers issue was, but not at all nice or kind. Very cold personally and not at all friendly. I don't think he likes his job. Was looking to purchase a dash cam while there but couldn't find anyone back there to help. 😞

Zaiden was awesome! He didn't hesitate to go above and beyond to tackle a tricky system issue. Super professional, yet down-to-earth and empathetic during our interaction. I left feeling totally happy with the outcome and I'm looking forward to working with him again.

This was the first time I'd been in a Best Buy in many years. The staff welcomed us and helped us find what we were looking for. They parted letting us know we can ask if we have any other questions. The store seemed clean. It wasn't very busy while we were there. There were many great device demos to browse.

Bought dyson vac. About a year ago. At best buy Onalaska. Was told bring back if a problem and if not able to fix would get a new one at no cost. Had a problem. Wife returned it and was charged 158 dollar's. Was told old unit no longer made spent half hour on phone with best buy. Waste of time. Next step file complaints with wisconsin wisconsin consumer protection.

I have the Best Buy Credit Card and enjoy spending “free money” when I get my Best Buy rewards. I’m getting better interest on this card than at the bank right now… Going to a physical store is great and they have a good selection of the latest technology. I don’t get hounded by the people working at this store, which can be a double edge sword.

I walked into the store in Onalaska today with a problem with my iPad cover. I was met at the door by a man who asked me it how he could help me. I explained my situation and he took my iPad and was able to resolve my problem at the door and get me going in about 2 minutes. I noticed on his name tag that his name was Ryan and he was the general manager of the store. I was blown away that the general manager of any business would be at the front door. Trying to quickly and efficiently help customers as they arrive. This is the best customer service experience I've had in a long time.

The geek squad mixed up the hot and cold water in the back of my washing machine. It literally says hot and cold less than 2 in from the end of the connector. Buy your extended warranty it's the only thing that saved us from getting screwed again by this place. You suck!!!

I mean it's Best Buy, so it's always great! Went in for a new Xbox Elite Controller and got the extended warranty. Staff was great, the product was easy to find, and loved just walking around checking things out.

This review is regarding Best Buy’s appliance installation team. Roughly six months ago, our oven went out. We bought a new one through Best Buy and their team installed it. We were very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the service! Our refrigerator went out last week, so we bought a new one through Best Buy. Once again, their team went above and beyond. We have a tiny space to fit this refrigerator in and the two men (Andrew was assigned to our installation and he had a blond man with him, I didn’t get his name) seemingly effortlessly removed the old fridge and installed the new one. Andrew was very helpful and happily answered my questions. Super happy on both occasions and I’ll continue to purchase appliances through Best Buy knowing they deliver this kind of service.

My wife's new hp computer, which she purchased here a month ago, wasn't working right. It wouldn't connect to the internet. When we went to the store, both managers were gruff and unfriendly and told us they, Best Buy, only stand behind what they sell for "2 weeks." After that, " you're on your own." And "If you had our protection plan,( costs $150 ), we could help you, but you don't." Only by being calmly firm and refusing to accept this, did we finally get to see a guy named Alex in the geek squad. Alex was great, and after < 10 mins, she had her brand new computer again working just fine. We both were glad Alex was able to help us. He needs a raise, but both managers need better customer service training. We should not have to argue that a month old computer you sold me that is not working right is not your problem, and trying to "scuff" 2 senior citizens is a terrible business model. Trust was broken

Went in to buy large Bluetooth speaker. No one around to help so blasted speakers to get their attention and an associate closed a door to their break room. 2/3 of all the speakers had no pricing and a set of ladder steps was sitting right in front of display. Still don’t know the cost of one I was interested in and no one around to answer questions. The store is always in disarray and most of the displays have options to test but do not work. I might as well just order online from somewhere else. I probably will not go back.

Adjusted stars to 1. It’s been a while since I’ve been here, but on this particular day I was not impressed. It’s a bad sign when you enter and there are four employees standing at the front door and not one of them greets you. In this particular situation, I needed to pick up an item that I bought online. I had no signs telling me where a pick up was at, so I assumed it was at the customer service desk. After waiting there some dude said are you here for geek squad and I said no. And then he made it sound like I was stupid for not knowing where to go! If at least one of those four employees that were standing around not greeting customers at the entrance would have said hi, I could’ve asked them where to pick it up. After pick up, there was no Thank you. No wonder our stores are closing because of their competitors online. Best Buy is one of those storess that are impacted by much cheaper electronics for the same brands online. I don’t feel the need to have to shop here again.
