When we picked it up Logan took his time and went over the entire sled showing me all the features. It truly was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Thanks Logan ! Overall a great experience. I came in with specific bike, color, and options that I was looking for. Eric searched high and low and found the exact bike and got it in stock. Sagen went through all the accesory options and answered all my questions. Jack got me fitted for a helmet, help me select a cardo, and installed it in less than 10 minutes while talking about our favorite bikes. The day i picked up Eric helped me unload my trade in and load up the new bike while going over all the features. Jesse in finance answered all my questions about the paperwork and provided a pain free experience. The whole team was outstanding and even called me the next day to ask me how my first ride was. You can tell everyone is an enthusiast and not just an employee.

I overall enjoyed my visit on 20240216. Jack provided great customer service. Assisting in measuring, so I could purchase a form fitting armored motorcycle jacket. Ofc it’s not the season so they didn’t have many. But the one they had was amazing. Keep people like Jack around. Hopefully I’m coming back to purchase it. But I’ll be back around.

I had a great experience purchasing a Can Am X3 at 2Brothers. The sales staff did an excellent job answering my questions explaining in detail all the features of the SXS. The parts department had the windshield and roof in stock and the accessories I ordered where delivered in a couple days.

Do not like being lied to. Went somewhere else.Dealership service feesDealers may charge a service fee for completing inspections and forms required by law. The service fee is a dealership fee, not a government fee, and is not required by law. Told me it was law to charge these fees.Looked at a new 125cc kayo bull. Dealership in Marshfield do not charge extra fees for youth. Saved 400$. Worth the drive. 219$ for a youth atv dealership fee. Little ridiculous. I have no problem if they said I cannot do that price.

The purchase process was very easy and we took position of our new F3L about 1 week after we decided to buy it! I expected a bigger selection of bikes on their sales floor. I didn't get much information on anything I was interested in. Though there was a lot of variety of vehicles ranging from pontoons, dirt bikes, Moto trikes (3 wheelers), street bikes, UTVs, ATVs, Etc.

I would strongly encourage anyone looking to buy a vehicle from 2 Brothers Powersports to reconsider. I purchased a new 2020 TRX520 from 2 Brothers, with an 5 year extended warranty. But when it came time to use the warranty, they were less than helpful. I was told that my ATV could not be looked at until the end of October (Almost 2 months). Adjusting for repair time, it looks like I would be waiting for over 2 months to get my ATV back. If you want to use your vehicle on a regular basis, I would find a dealer that feels like their customers are important to them.

Jason knocked it out of the park for me with his top notch level of service. I purchased a Honda lawnmower (after years of less quality mowers). After much time spent on his end, he found a new one in a different state for me. They picked it up and got it in super quick. He spent a lot of time on it due to complications from the factory and I'm not even sure he came out super ahead on it. But his integrity and service came out on top. And I am thrilled with my new Honda mower! He even have me a full 5 minute tutorial on operation and maintenance. (I've never received that before) All I can do is thank Jason and his team for their help and service. If I could give them 6 out of 5 stars, I would.

Stopped in to have my mower checked as start/pull cord would not retract. Jesse greeted me and asked how he could assist and immediately provided assistance, he not only fixed the mower pull cord but also replaced the pull handle. I live in Illinois and purchased a 2006 Honda CBR1000RR from 2Brothers. My only complaint is I wish they were closer to my hometown! The level of customer service I received from the Service Manager Ben G, and the Sales Manager Eric W is unmatched from any dealership I have done business with. They stand behind the vehicles they sell, and their relationship with you does not end when you drive off the lot. Ben G nearly has superpowers, he was able to rectify an issue I was having with my Honda after I took delivery from 300 miles away. He had constant communication with another dealership in my hometown on my behalf, my expectations were far exceeded. I would vote higher than 5 stars if I could. Believe me, if you're reading this, making the trip to see these guys would be in your best interest! Thank you 2Brothers for your expertise and all you did for me!

Buying our new CanAm UTV at this dealership was a very pleasant experience. Here are some reasons why:- Bryce Schiffman was excellent to deal with on the sales side. He was not in the least bit pushy, was very knowledgeable on the array of vehicles and he promptly responded to all our email questions. In addition, he is an excellent listener so in the end we purchased the best vehicle for our unique needs at a competitive price.- Tom in Finance clearly explained the extended warranty and honestly answered our questions. He impressed my wife and I and that’s the reason we purchased the extended warranty (something we almost never do).- As to the dealership we received a very fair trade in price on our old UTV and the pickup of that and delivery of same was flawless.Job well done team. Looking forward to many years of use with this UTV.
