I bought two walkers at their pharmacy. I can’t believe how well I was treated. They took time to help me select the right ones. Then adjusted them to the correct height. I also bought slides for the aluminum one. And the guy took the time to put them on. They were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this business.

Not sure why this place get such good reviews. The (newly refurbished) building is super dated and you always have to wait to pick things up. Worst of all the staff never really seems to care that you're there. No welcome, no pleasantries, they just stare at you until you come to the counter. I get the "small town pharmacy" thing but the customer service could be a lot better.

This is the most caring pharmacy I have ever been to. Ken and his team are amazing. They have always been so compassionate towards my family. My children love that they can get a little ice cream while we wait for prescriptions to be filled.

This pharmacy is a fantastic place! With being from out of town and finding ourselves in need of an antibiotic we were lucky to have been near to Omro pharmacy! I was directed to Omro pharmacy by Bidrx which is a bid system for prescriptions provided by my health insurance carrier. I have been using them for three years. They have consistently offered the best prices of all other participating pharmacies. They are very service oriented. For me it is mail order and they ship very quickly. They're employees are exceptionally pleasant and professional. They make you feel like you are in good hands with their small town type personal service. They have also saved me thousands of dollars (I require several very expensive medications) over the last three years.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Has good reviews because it used to be a cheap place with good service.Now the service is lousy unless you talk to the owner, the prices have gotten bad too.Walgreens is now cheaper on all the meds I have taken, you just need to use goodrx.com and it will give you the prices of everywhere. Omro is about twice as expensive as every other place and the service doesn't make up for it.I used their services for 15 years and always went out of my way to go there, but I can't justify it as its out of the way, has poor service, and is twice as expensive as almost everywhere that participates and shares their prices with sites like goodrx.com and others.They also run out of a med I filled there 15 years every month, then today they told me I couldn't fill the remaining refill there or any future ones because of their supply issues, however they accept new prescriptions for the same drug, they clearly don't value long time customers or something I'm not sure.

This is a very friendly mom n pop pharmacy. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The pharmacist was very compassionate when I had some issues with my insurance. You wouldn't receive treatment like that at a corporate pharmacy such as Walgreens.

Ken Bressler and his team are fantastic. I've never met him, or them, or been in the pharmacy, BUT, I have rarely done business with any outfit that has treated me better, been more accommodating, or provided the goods and services that I sought so promptly or efficiently! I live in Appleton which is maybe 40 miles from Omro, but I've been perfectly happy with the Pharmacy's prompt and reliable delivery or (mostly) mailing. Kudos to Omro Pharmacy. Don't know of a business more deserving of a 5 Star review.

Any not so good reviews you read should be disregarded!!. I have been going there for 15yrs and have no reason not to go another 15 unless i die (hope not) lol. The poor ones they did get were probably jealous competitors!! Always friendly. PEOPLE ARE AS FRIENDLY AS THE ONE TALKING TO THEM.. SHOP SMALL DONT JUST BE A NUMBER..

For prescriptions, they have always been fast to fill. Moreover, they have always been kind and helpful.On a side note, the kids and I frequent the ice cream side in the summer after we go to the pool. Yum!
