We had a heat pump installed in addition of the existing system we had put in a couple years ago. Alex and Wyatt were true professionals. They did the installation and made sure everything was working in a timely manner. They answered any questions we had and explained the changes. Had a service call to come look at the old furnace. I felt like I was treated with respect, the knowledge behind the technician was great and I appreciated the way he showed me what was wrong with the furnace. Both technicians that replaced the furnace were very knowledgeable. Showed me exactly where everything was on the furnace and very thorough in the explanation. Truly appreciate how quick, easy and painless the whole process was!

We had a new furnace and AC installed. Martens was very responsive and had great communication. Martens was one of several quotes that we had and Martens did the most thorough job beforehand by far. We felt confident choosing them. Our installers did a great job. Alex was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure we understood the new units and thermostat. I had my full Heat/AC system and ductwork replaced back in August. The workers were very professional and would take the time to explain any questions I had. I never had any issues with them for the full 5 days they were here. The Bryant furnace and heat pump / AC have been working great with no issues, very reliable.

Martens did an excellent job installing my new furnace. The workers were prompt and professional and cleaned up after themselves. 2 years later (I didn’t know it at the time) my neighbor kids put rocks in the exhaust pipe out back and the furnace stopped working on a freezing cold day in February.I called Martens and someone was here within a few hours and took the time to find the problem and fixed it. The technicians are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and patient. Everything has been working great ever since. I tell everyone I know to use Martens! This is the 3rd time they have installed for me.I have also had them out for service a few times for old equipment. Each time has been on time, low wait times, and professional all around.They replaced my old furnace in my home 7 years ago. Installed a heater in the new garage 5 years ago, and now came back to replace the old central air unit in my home. I Never feel like they are pushing me to buy new when simple repairs are all that is needed. Even with the 30 year old ac unit, I felt like I had a choice between repairing or replacing. I think that is important. They are local to my town and I see the vans all around.
