Prices are constantly wrong when checking out... And they seem to go up every week. They have most things... Could use some more musky fishing accessories and cheaper lawn care products. Customer service is friendly and accommodating though.

TODAY the store owner had called personally to let me know she had looked for me as a rewards member and couldn't find me but would be able to advance my credits for my purchase 2 weeks ago. I'm very impressed by how dedicated she is to customer service and I will definitely be back soon. No other stores in my life have gone out of their way like that. I have been responsible for managing a store, and customer service is the most important part to the business.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. I can usually find what I come here for, which is basic hardware needs. A little pricey but you can expect that with a small town hardware store. I'll gladly pay extra for the convenience of it being less than a mile from home.

I have been going there for years. People are friendly and helpful. Prices are 20% higher than Green Bay but that is what you pay for local services. I get it!Needed my two 100 lb. propane tanks filled on 3/29/23. They told me at the checkout it was $263.00 Yikes!!!!! That is Crazy! Cost per gallon is between $1.83 and $1.94. Each tank took 23 gallons or $42.00 worth of propane. I know you have to have profit but $190.00 is nuts.

Always a great experience! There is always somebody there asking if you need help. But not asking over and over again like some places. Also for a small town they got a great variety of necessities! "However I did discover today that there are quite a bit of household things and everyday things on clearance just keep a Keen eye and take advantage of the good deals while they're there!"Parking: It's just one really big parking lot that is for all businesses on site.

Very organized and helpful staff. I always find what I'm looking for. Great selection, has just about anything you need. It's a place to shop local and deserves a visit. Stop by and I'm sure you'll find things you need for home. From home, garden, tools, rental department, paint and much much more. Stop in and see the friendly staff. Prices are hardware prices but, when it comes to hometown courtesy and friendliness, this is the store to go to here. Very good ppl, family ran. Everyone is treated the respect of family.

Went in yesterday to get valves for my washing machine, was told i had the correct part and had no reason to believe otherwise because they were labeled as such. When i got home i realized that the cashier did not provide me with a receipt and, contrary to what i was told by the apparently uninformed employee and misleading label the parts did not fit. Returned today to try and return it and was told i was out of luck because THEY didn't give me a receipt so we were essentially ripped off. Will be going elsewhere from now on even if i have to drive an hour. Clearly they don't need my business anyway

Has just about anything to fix any home issue. Large rental area and fishing section. Staff is seasoned, knowledgeable and dedicated. Paint area is massive along with selection. Also have a large area with gift type things and trinkets.

Good hardware store when you need something. The sales are very good and stop by to see what is on sale that is not advertised. Needed some hardware, in and out quick. Very handy for hardware.
