I can't say enough good things about this place. I am so pleased with my pups first hair cut. He enjoyed Dee (groomer) so much that he didn't want to leave. They are professional, reasonably priced, and really take the time to figure out what you want and what is the best cut for the dog, while giving a personal experience to your furry friend. We will be back. ALOT. Thank you for the great service.

Will not be returning. Very poor experience and customer service. Employees with attitude and poorly informed of when our dogs had been finished since we received no phone call and had to call and ask ourselves if they were ready. Only one of our two dog’s nails had been trimmed and ears cleaned. The other dogs paw hair was never touched. They left there smelling no different as if they weren’t bathed at all. After collecting payment with tip, we were informed that one of our dogs can not ever return there because he is a “hazard” to students... but we received no further explanation on why that is. I am not sure if this is simply breed discrimination since he is a Larger breed of dog or if he actually had done something bad? Our dogs are both highly socialized and go to dog parks often and we’ve never had issues with grooming and bathing at home but since our old groomer shut down due to covid we thought we would give this place a try. This was our first, only, and last experience with this place! We were recommended by someone we know to go here and were highly disappointed. I’m only sorry to my dogs for putting them through such an awful experience.

We took our 8 yr old Golden Retriever in for a groom who has thick hair. The Director asked me what I was looking for from their grooming. I responded with very little direction “not to short but get all the mats” which were everywhere underneath, behind the legs and ears. I am so happy with how she looks and feels, beautiful and comfortable. Thank You!! 🐾💕

After describing exactly how I wanted my dog groomed multiple times they failed to listen. They cut off all the hair on his face and tail. They also charged $30 more than my other dog (who is his brother) because he is one inch taller. I didn't feel heard or appreciated as a customer.

Horrible place to get your pet groomed. Brought my dog there and got him back with his nails bleeding from being cut too short. The business owner denied any wrongdoing. My dog was also put in a kennel with a dryer, which traumatized him to the point he damaged the kennel. For being in business as long as this place has, you'd think they'd notice the signs of a pet in distress and towel dry him instead, as other groomers do.

My family and I have been loyal customers to this establishment for numerous years despite how completely rude the owner always was to us and the several price increases. We overlooked it because our dogs typically came out with good haircuts. However, I will no longer be returning there or giving her my business. After recently taking my dog in for a grooming I noticed several cuts on his stomach where they cut him during grooming. I know this can happen on occasion when grooming an animal, but we were never informed of it during pick-up and once we got him home is when we noticed how much pain he was in. When I tried calling the next day and informing them about this I was called a liar over and over again by the owner and that she never did that. She asked we bring our dog in again to examine him which was extremely inconvenient for us since we don’t live close. My husband went out of his way to accommodate that and even after that she denied they were even cuts and that she never did that. I was merely just looking for an apology but she couldn’t even give me that and was extremely disrespectful to me and my husband.Update: In response to the owner below. Again, she wants to take no responsibility or fault in her actions. Was looking for a simple apology, but instead was told that she didn't do anything wrong and told my husband to leave her establishment after she asked us to bring our dog there to assess. I attached a picture of my dogs cuts, that she is claiming were as small as pinheads? There are two blatant cuts, the bottom one was so deep it took weeks to heal. What I find the most disturbing is if she could not see those she does not have the vision to be cutting animals.

I attended this school over 20 years ago. Excellent school. Reasonable tuition. I am from MN and heard that the schools there don't teach what you need to know. They also change way too much for the little you learn. I am glad I went here. Highly recommend.

I have been using these people for years. currently have 4 dogs that go on a regular basis. Nothing but good things to say about the service. The dogs are actually excited when we pull in the lot. They run to the door to get in. Will recommend to anyone.
