Fantastic. I was brought an orphan squirrel that lost mom in a bad storm where a tree fell and was removed. They bent over backwards to take the little one to raise and release him properly. The facility is beautiful and tranquil. A+++++++

Amazing place! Dropped off an injured robin here in April and was given a number so I could call and check up on it. Plus, they do so much to help any wild animal in need for free!!! Plus, everyone was friendly!

Our Girl Scout troop learned so many interesting things about all of the animal ambassadors. Our guide was fun and energetic making it easy to be educated❤ I highly recommend visiting and bringing in either monetary donations or something from their in need list listed on the website.

I have had such amazing experiences here as a volunteer for 5 summers and as someone that has brought three animals in. The staff and volunteers are great and you can tell they really care about helping wildlife.

Caring, welcoming staff! I just wish they would call (when they could spare the time) and let the person who brought in an animal know if it survived. I understand that they can't take calls that would be disruptive, just wish they could make a quick call to put our minds at rest one way or another.

I am now a huge supporter of WINC. They happily allowed me to bring this sweet little baby bird in and are doing every thing that they can to help him thrive. Please support them! The only funding that they receive is through our donations.

Call and left a message about an older baby bird my family found at a park, couldn't fly due to injured wing, surly would have perished if not rescued. They called my husband back and told him they needed a video of the bird to make sure it wasn't infected with the bird flu, not something you can always tell from a video alone. We informed them that we had traveled the distance and were 2 minutes away from there facilities to drop off the baby bird in the box. They screamed you cant do that, we told them too bad, I very much question if they care about Wildlife at all or just there funding. Not at all how we envisioned a rescue and rehabilitation process to start off. Is it only owls and ENDANGERED Wildlife they care about? Where else could we have taken this baby black bird?

Had a nest of abandoned baby squirrels in the neighborhood. Wild life center in need is amazing!! You can drop off 24/7 no questions asked, and they encourage you to follow up. When I inquiring how the babies were doing they gave me a detailed report and explained everything that would happen from here on out I'm so grateful to have a place like this not too far from home.

Amazing staff! They are really vested in the well being of the animals. We had a little bird hit our store window. They were happy to take him in. They alsi give you a number to call for follow up information on the animal you brought to them. Great to see people care about wildlife and the care of injured animals.

I absolutely love this place and the staff is amazing. I’ve rescued a few injured/abandoned animals (birds/baby ducks etc) and I always take the time to drive all the way to them from Oak Creek. Nothing wrong with any of the local wildlife rescues, I just know what to expect from this guys and I know whatever animal I turn in is going to get good quality care. Not all of the animals make it, but I can at least rest knowing they were cared for.

I brought three baby birds that had fallen from the nest (momma bird was dead next to them) around 7am and they took them in quickly. I called a few days later to follow up and 1 of them is alive and well (other two were too badly bruised). I am still glad I was able to bring the birds and have the Wildlife in Need help. Thanks again for doing what you do!!

The center accepts abandoned baby animals, in our case, 3 ducklings, and injured animals. As tax dollars do not fund the center, donations are appreciated.

This is one of the best local facilities for treating injured wildlife. They also have numerous volunteer activities.

Found an injured bird and had no idea what to do with it. Left a message (this was after hours), got a call back promptly the next morning. There are so few people willing to take care of injured animals for free. Thank you for your compassion and for taking care of God's creation 💖. This world is in lack of people willing to do it. Thank you again for what you do!

This place was so Amazing, Yes it need more help to get this up and going, it is a Non profit organization,, So it is up to the people to help out the wild life, It is Amazing to see what people do to help out wildlife, and they have a education programs to show kids, adults, anyone that want to help out or learn about the caring and feeding, and surgery, Ect... He needs better help on the back cage yards, But my heart felt the love they give to those Animals. They are really friendly, and let me hold one of the snakes they were getting ready to feed..I will be back there to help out the place.

They have a good mission, but the individuals carrying out that mission could be a bit more professional and not be so rude to individuals inquiring about positions. Their lack of decent conduct does not represent them well and I definitely will take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that do this type of work, i would look else where..

10/19 for the third year in a row, I am making a donation to the center in the name of a friend for their birthday. The first time I was thanked so very much for the great birthday gift that they received. hint hint!

They took really good care of my sugar glider Harley. Very kind and very courteous. They told me what the problem was and how to proceed with the next step.

Found a couple of baby Robbins on the sidewalk. Put the remains of their nest together and put them in a bush and called them for help. Very helpful and informative on Saturday, June 15th. Called the next day, the 16th to let them know I had watched all day and no sign of Mom. Took me 5 hrs to get them to pick up the phone and then Lisa was very rude. Talked to her for a few minutes before she said she had someone come in and had to put me on hold. Waited a while and then just hung up. Useless organization as far as I'm concerned.

We found an injured possum this afternoon. We were trying to find someone to take the animal in a rush. HAWS suggested we call the Wildlife in Need Center. We did. Then after a TWO MINUTE automated message we couldn't speak to a person or reach a voice mail box. This is frustrating while trying to take an animal in pain to someone that can help. I'd be happy to change my review if their automated phone message wasn't TWO MINUTES LONG and reached a voice mail.

this place does amazing things for these animals- it’s incredible. I still have one of their awesome shirts I bought years ago and I love it! I love it even more knowing that the money I gave them for the shirt went towards the animals.
