Absolutely LOVE this product! Most affordable freeze-dried raw option on the market! I had to make to switch because my little stinker, Roo, decided she doesn't care for kibble. After doing my research, I landed on the simple food project because of their good quality ingredients and well-rounded recipes. It's something my dog loves to eat, and I love to feed her knowing its truly nourishing her body. It makes training more fun too because every bite is essentially a "high value" bite We even got the neighbors hooked on it!

Such a great company that produces quality food. My 12 year old dog was on a kibble before this and she had stomach upset about 3 times a month and was slow. She also didnt want to eat all of her food, skipping a meal a day. Once she started eating this she has gotten so much energy back! Plays like a puppy. No stomach upset. Eats all of her food right away every meal. Been over a month very pleased!! Try the samples see what flavor your dog loves best. Cant go wrong.

I received a twelve bag order of The Simple Food Project beef and salmon freeze dried raw. My dogs love it. My Golden Doodle has lost 5 lbs which is very good because he was overweight. They all have shinier coats and more energy. This dog food made Susan Trixton's best dog foods list as well. This is a big deal for dog food companies as well as pet parents because only the best dog foods make her list. It is expensive, but others on the list were more expensive. You can use it as a topper if you can't afford to use it 100%. Your dog is here for a very short time, feeding your dog the best will likely extend your dog's life. My only con is that they don't give you the option of getting different variety in that twelve bag order. You guys need to fix that Simple Food Project.

The Simple Food Project is an excellent Midwest company, the food is well packaged and shipments arrive in excellent condition. Mixing the Beef & Salmon with beef bone broth has been the most enthusiastically received preparation. The food is appealing visually and the bowl is licked clean. Hard to improve on that!

Our 14 yo border mix is being treated holistically for Cushing's disease. Bison and duck food and treats are recommended for her condition. She easily made the move from premium store brand food, following best practices to introduce Simple Food Project a bit at a time. We bought the sample sizes first to make sure she'd eat them and then ordered full size bags. She gives 2 paws up!

We just switched our 2 Basset Hounds over to eating ONLY Simple Food vs. just using it as a topper and we couldn't be happier. The Ladies LOVE every flavor, but we are sticking with the Duck and Trout as their regular food (although they have never had any issues interchanging the flavors.) Ever since the switch, the Ladies have also been going #2 at the same time...always...which has never been the case, so it seems Simple Food Project has also helped regulate them!We have gone through so many kibble brands that don't seem healthy, give the Ladies the runs or gags, or require an absurd amount of bland, hard food to fill your dog up while making them gain weight. We trust The Simple Food Project and are so thankful that they have made our lives easier in every way.

Best food in the market. Recommended by Rachel Fusaro, if you want your pet to eat healthy and none process food as the kibble this freeze dried food is the best cheaper than any other brand just do your research and you will see. I love it and my dogs leaves the plate clean every single time. Very excited over this food by the way never feed the same protein as your dog will get bored of it.

We have been through so many kinds of dog food. Kibble, fresh,raw,dehydrated. 3 different raw freezed dried. I have a very picky german shepherd. He loves the lamb and duck. I switch them out. This company is so accommodating. Pleasure to deal with. And the price is so much more reasonable then the other freezed dried food. I finally found a dog food. Thank you so much

Great ingredients! My dog LOVES it! I can use the nuggets as training treats, too! So versatile, I can rehydrate with bone broth or goat milk, or just water. This food will be on the rotation from now on.

We love the Simple Food Project! I looked at so many and we tried quite a few freeze dried and frozen raw dog food brands before I found The Simple Food project. I love the ingredients and our girls love the taste, I use warm water to reconstitute it and they can hardly wait for it to be done. One of our girls is a Jack Russell Terrier, and she runs off her energy so quickly, with other foods I couldn’t get her to gain weight, and she got really skinny. With The Simple Food Project she is a healthy weight, is strong, and has beautiful teeth and a gorgeous coat. Our Corgi mix has only been with us for three months, but she is doing very well on the food and has lost a couple pounds to get back to a healthy weight for her size. I love that it is so easy to make. I didn’t do the auto ship at first because I didn’t know exact portions for my dogs and I knew they were going to slowly transition to this food. I wish I had started earlier. It is easy to skip it or change the payment method or date if you need to. That way I get a discount and we don’t have to worry about me forgetting to place the order. The best dog food I could find! So good I stopped looking for something better.

Great customer service! I have two cats and they love the Chicken & Turkey and the Chicken & Salmon. We are going to try the Whitefish! I didn't have any problems switching to this brand, but they were already on a freeze dried diet. I love that there are 3 flavors and the cost is reasonable compared to other freeze-dried foods. So glad I made the switch!

The Simple Food project is self explanatory. It's all whole food no additives. You can clearly see what you are feeding your pet. I feel better feeding my dog whole foods vs. ground up unknown by products. My dog Red Ryder loved his sample of the Simple food project.

We are on our second bag and my Portie loves this food. I feel better knowing I am getting him better nutrition and his allergies of 4 years are GONE!! I do not have to give him allergy drugs any longer and I am so thrilled about him now being drug free. I use this food as a topper to another dry limited ingredient food. I purchased the Simply Treats Salmon for my cats.Everything sounded great about the product. Alaskan sourced. Manufactured in the USA. When i received it and opened it, The pieces were like shoe leather. I don't have a large African cat, i have 2 small cats. The product was so tough, i had to cut it with a scissor. It was still to tough for them to eat.They should constantly be inspecting the products that their customers buy. This was very disappointing. I also sent them a photo of the contents on a paper towel for them to view.Shoe leather!

Very happy with SFP, the quality of their food, customer service, the samples I rec'd to try before placing my order. What's not to love!!I have been on a never ending search for the best food for my YorkiPo rescue for eleven years now. Have tried and switched to something new more times than I can count. To finally fine one that checks all the boxes seems like the end of a long journey. I just hope they don't sell out to one of the large dog food companies as so many have over the years. Please stay true to yourself & your many happy customers & keep providing clean "simple" for our fur babies.

Tried the samples. We tried the Duck and the Beef & Salmon. Since my dog loved the two we tried, ordered a bag of each. Our shi tzu gobbles it up. Our dog has skin problems so cannot eat chicken or Turkey. We prefer freeze dried food. We add a little water over it and use for the second feeding of the day. Will be ordering more.

This is the only food my cats love! I have tried multiple foods (canned, dehydrated, kibble) in the 6 months they have been with me. We are working our way through our first bag of The Simple Food Project food for my pup, Claire.She is a valued member of our family and is 3 years old poodle mix, crazy, funny and moderately active. She has been running th roads of our community since she came to us at 8 weeks.Initially, she was very sick with protozoal infections of both Giardia and Coccidia. The resolve was not easy requiring several tx. for clearance. I have a 13 year old dog who stopped eating all dog food and was losing weight. After thorough checks and testing to make sure there wasn't any disease or sickness, our vet recommended Simple Food Project. He liked the very first bowl and hasn't stopped.
