Just got my dog Daisy (Japanese Chin) groomed for the first time in forever on Wednesday and the girl did an amazing job. She was so sweet and you could tell that truly loves her job and dogs. I felt comfortable immediately leaving my girl with her. And she was fast! Less than an hour and my girl was washed, desheded and clipped. I will definitely be back!

Nothing but positive things to say! I work really long hours and dread going into stores after work so I have been frequenting their curbside. Super easy and quick every time. I love the cute handwritten notes they leave! Fitz and I appreciate them!

Super friendly staff! I spend a lot of money here but can’t ever access the website to use my rewards. I’m sure it’s a corporate issue and not this location’s fault, however when you can never cash in on incentives it should become a priority to be addressed and fixed. Called ahead looking for an assassin snail and some clown loaches. The 20 something cashier asked her manager and assured me they had both. She took my name and number and I told her I would be there in about an hour, as I live 45 minutes away. She called me back in 5 minutes and told me they had no assassin snails. I asked if she was positive they had clown loaches, as I was driving 45 to get there. She assured me they had 2. When I got there, I went to look at the aquariums and could not find any clown loaches. The manager came and asked if I needed help. I told her I had talked to someone who assured me they had 2 clown loaches for sale. She went and talked to the 20 something cashier, The manager then walked over and apologized as she didn't specify what kind of Loaches I was looking for. She said they didn't have them. So I drove 40 minutes one way to a store because I was told they had what I needed. But they didn't. Complete waste of time. Completely inept and incapable of answering a phone and checking for a fish. I will never patronize this store.

I just brought my dog in for the first time for a bath using their self-bathing facilities, absolutely a fantastic option and will be definitely using it again for my other dogs in the very near future.

My new go to pet store for all 3 of my creatures! We bought fish from them recently and love them along with the kits that they had. We also buy our ferret and doggie needs here and everyone is super nice when we need help. The only suggestion I do have is warm blowers for the dog bath, other than that I love it!

We've taken our Bernese Mountain Dog here to be groomed about 3 times now and couldn't be more impressed! All of the groomers are professional and upbeat, and they do a great job!

I recently had bought a hamster from the store in Oconomowoc Wisconsin, and I did notice that he did kind of look a little sick before I bought him but you know I have a heart for animals. He was always sleeping in the corner. I noticed couple days after I got him. I started to notice that his testicles started to swell. I ended up taking him to the vet. He had abscesses and both of his testicles and now I might need to take him back to the vet because his testicles are still swollen, my Vet did confirm that this hamster does have what is called orchitis, and he will be living with it for the rest of his life. This store needs to do a better job at taking care of their animals and understanding where they come from, and making sure that the breeders that they get them from our very highly recommended because if you have a breeder that is selling the store, animals with defects and genetic problems, that’s an issue especially if the store sells the animal without checking its health. Also, I’m not sure why pet supply plus also sells hamsters when they barely sell any of the necessary needs that they need such as bedding, bowls, etc. very little in there section for hamsters.

Recently bought a fish filter was just over 30 days would not exchange it did not want to refund wanted to exchange because it wasn't working properly they told me to call the manufacturer it's not their problem sorry that's the way it goes they told me

This was okay, used to have sales frequently, and they ACTUALLY had items/products you were looking for now however I go in there disappointed in how they never seem to restock, there are lots of empty spaces on shelves. So here I am for the 3rd time... off to somewhere else to find the products I'm trying to purchase. I should know bettrer and stop trying to shop here.
