Kim is the only groomer I’ve ever known. She’s done excellent work on both of my dogs. She treats them well, she’s kind and clearly a fan of dogs, and my dogs have always come out of their appointments looking like their breeds (Welsh Terrier and Wire Haired Fox Terrier). I HIGHLY recommend Kim! She’s the best!

Kim is an excellent groomer. Been with her for several years..and moved with her when she changed locations. For negative comments, I would just have to say, she's only one person! Myself and my collie are lucky to be established clients! Kim Really does a great job..every time! Thanks Kim!

Kim is an excellent, kind, caring, and reasonably priced groomer. She is always booked as she is in high demand...so yes you need to plan ahead and get in the books. And yes leave a voice message. She doesn't have a dedicated secretary. My doggo doesn't like going to the groomer, but she loves Kim.

Did fine with the actual groom, but was very rude and defensive when I was going over how I would like my dog groomed. I was polite and simply reviewing how she'd previously been groomed (like I do with every groomer - we've moved around a lot). No other groomer has ever been offended that I was explaining how my dog gets groomed. Will not be going back and would not recommend. Very unprofessional.

I don't go out of my way to make bad reviews. In fact, I tend to do the opposite. To be honest, this review is not based on an experience with grooming services as we have not been able to get services provided by this groomer. This is based on their lack of customer service thus far. Both my husband and I have called dozens of times at various points in the day to make an appointment with no answers and the voicemail is full. My husband even stopped in physically (going in late to work as their hours are only 8am - 5pm...so not convenient for folks who work) and because it was a cat we were looking to get groomed, the person he spoke with said they couldn't schedule an appointment because their cat groomer was not there and they did not know that person's schedule. I'm sorry, but what business does not know their employee's hours? We continue to try and call to make an appointment to get no answer and this has been going on for a couple of months. I hope your grooming services for those who are fortunate enough to get an appointment are worth the hassle of trying to get an appointment. If I ever get the opportunity to get through the doors with my cat, I hope I can update my review to show a better review in the future as I don't entirely enjoy leaving negative reviews.

Kim is awesome. She connects with dogs in ways that are almost magical. Trust is the most important thing in my opinion when it comes to dog groomers, and you never have to question where this womans heart is.

$60 dollars for a 5lb yorkie and it looks sloppy, waited 3 hours should of been much better, at least even. I’ll keep looking. And the smell in the building was disgusting.
