I was pet sitting for a new client, and their bermadoodle got into a Bur patch! It was more than I could do, and Mom is a groomer! The owner called me back on her day off and let me walk in and helped me get them all out! I tried to pay and she wouldn't take anything! I highly recommend this place for grooming and will be spreading the word! Upstanding business!

The grooming business and its social media operators delete your comments and block you on Facebook when factual accounts of their poor service by their employees who offer dog sitting services and completely ghost customers after agreeing to dog sit then disappearing, NO CALL - NO SHOW. They have the audacity to call out customers who no show to their grooming appointment and by charging fees. You can delete my comments but you can’t hide from the fact that you are hypocrites and offer no resolution to your customer service when called out. I’ll make sure this is on Yelp, Etc…

The groomers and staff are wonderful. They treat my senior dog with such care and kindness.He looks so handsomeand smells SO good after his grooming.I would highly recommend them!!

Unbelievably nasty! Kris, their manager told me that she “networks” with other groomers in the area and because a dog walking customer of mine made two other appointments with other dog groomers she would not allow an appointment for the dog I was referring. And no other appointments were made, just availability for 16 weeks of service was being checked on. I am the one who transports the dog so I know what it is scheduled for. But how horrible to think this type of business networks for the purpose of blackballing customers and even why does not serve any good.

They trim my cat Gigi’s nails and do a great job. Not only do they get her claws the perfect length but it takes no longer than 5-8 minutes.

Very very nice, did excellent job grooming fur when done was soft and shiny and smelled purfumed. They also trimmed claws. Lady came out to car to get my little terrier and actually carried him in ( he got out of the carrier) and was very careful and gentle. Definitely would recommend.

What a great first experience! I dropped off my dog and in less than 2 1/2 hours he was done. And oh what a joy it was to see him all shiny and fluffy. This is the first time he has returned from a groomer looking and feeling super relaxed, too. Thanks, Next Door Grooming!! We'll be back.

My first trip to Next Door Grooming already has me convinced. I got behind in my dog's nail clips and worked with my vet to get her nails back on track but her nails were being clipped wrongly leaving a sharp edge poking into the pad. My dog was limping. I called Next Door. They got me in immediately. Most importantly, they dealt with my dog's squirming with patience. They clipped and filed her nails properly and made a world of difference for my dog. She was running around later that day. Highly recommend.
