Brett is always super nice and helpful in helping to figure out what we’re looking for. He knows all of his products, how they can be beneficial, and how it affects people. The store has a large variety of products that are for both pets and people. I also like how the store looks and all the plants in there.

I can't say enough about how pleasant my experience was at Lake Country CBD. The store is spotless, and very inviting. The selection of high quality product is unmatched anywhere I've been. But the best part is the owner. Bret is one of the kindest, most respectful soul I've ever had the privilege of talking to. Not only is he sweet, caring, and kind, he truly has a passion for what he does, and is fully invested in providing you with informative responses to any questions asked of him. The level of attention he gives to each customer is a blessing. Not only will he steer you in the right direction of making a purchase, he has a beautiful way of making you feel a spiritual connection with him. I've also heard that the tattoo shop connected to his store is one of the best in the state.

Brett is amazing!!! He has been so warm and caring, smart and informative. If only these rare one star reviews would open their eyes a little further, then they would see the misconceptions in their own mind. This place is hands down the best CBD place you could ever go to. I always feel that I’m treated like a friend or someone he cares for a lot. Nicest guy, and very giving. Brett is actually the reason for the miracle that my husband has been seeking for years. Highly recommend this place! Brett is so knowledgeable and he has actually been the miracle that changed my life for the better. I owe so much to him for his kindness and his knowledge and his product which is always top notch! He knows what he's doing and he knows what he sells he sets the standard above all standards for which CBD products should be sold in my honest opinion 👍 I've gone to a lot of other CBD places but lake country CBD actually makes you feel like you are important and an individual that should be taken care in that matter! Walking in I was greeted immediately and Aaron was super thorough and helpful with what I was looking for. It felt like he genuinely cared and wanted to aide me in getting a better quality of life (chronic pain/illnesses). He took the time to hear me out without making me feel stupid or anxious, and thoroughly thought through his recommendations without it being a situation of "let me see how much money I can make off of this person." (cue other local CBD shops who just care about making a buck, and screw the customers). Will most definitely come back and have recommended this shop to multiple friends, even if they don't live in lake country. Truly a five star rating, and I can't say enough about how happy I was.I'll add Aaron went out of his way to help people walking by, and happily gave directions to other businesses for people. There very much was a welcoming, caring vibe that was genuine. Thank you for being such a great example of what a small business should be!

Fantastic store and owner.I would recommend this shop out of any that I’ve been to. I’ve been to quite a few shops and as soon as I walked in and Bret started talking to me I just “knew” this was the shop where I’m gonna get all my questions asked and answered and if he doesn’t know something he won’t BULLcrap you.I %1000 love this store.Brett actually cares about you and wants to see his product working.I think if he could do this to make people happy and not make money he’d still do it because you can tell he loves this field and cares so much.There may not be parking but who cares it’s so worth it.You get a one on one experience and you get what you come for.Don’t waste your time with all the other shops. Just come here.

Brett, The owner is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of CBD, it’s health and wellness benefits, and also great knowledge of his entire product line. I had tried a few different CBD stores in the area as I was starting to learn more about CBD for my sore joints. Being new to CBD I found myself with many questions and some skepticism that the other stores were unable to answer. I stumbled upon Lake Country CBD and could not be more thankful that I did. The owner, Brett, is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and truly listened to my needs. He recommends products that best fit me and makes me feel very comfortable in my decision without feeling pressured to buy. I will not buy from anywhere else and would highly recommend. Also check out their pet CBD products, as the line they carry has done wonders for our dog.

Very relevent and knowledgeable with today’s product from oils, edible sales, drinks, smoking, creams, cbd & delta 8 etc.He actually does his research on all products and doesn’t sell anything he wouldn’t consume. Very authentic shop, a little small if a shop but very clean and organized. Phenomenal customer service! Always will choose this shop and do tell my friends to also choose this shop.

They were non-pushy with any of their products, and set a lot of my nerves to rest by helping educate me on their products. For a long time I’ve experienced migraines and was put on a medication by my doctor. That medicine made me dizzy or unable to drive. Besides taking excederin, there was nothing that was working to reduce the number of migraines or help me get through the day. I went to many different CBD stores and no one was as knowledgeable as Brett. Not only is he knowledgeable, every time I have been in to restock, he remembers conversations we’ve had and helps me increase or decrease dosages. He backs his product and is great to work with. With the recent explosion of CBD products and information swirling, I figured I would venture in to see what this is all about. I personally never delved into the world of hemp (legal or illegal), so this was all fairly new to me. The owners were very informative and professional regarding the myriad of products available for different ailments. I was pleased to know that there is nothing psychoactive and focused on alternative therapies. Very pleased.
