Was staying in the area for a family event. Stopped in here to see what it was. We were surprised how big it was. It's like a Meijer and a farm and fleet stuck together. You can find almost anything here. From grocery to farming equipment. Hugh beer and wine section. The store was tidy and clean. Check out was smooth the young gentleman checking us out was very pleasant

I’m new to the area. I am extremely disappointed by the staff at this location. I asked four different employees for assistance. Nobody could help me get to the right place or find the items I needed. I also felt like I was disrupting the employees who were busy having conversations with perhaps friends about their plans. The garden area is by far the worst. I won’t be back. I’ll shop elsewhere.

Was looking for a cat tree and stairs that I remember seeing on a prior visit. Was shocked to see absolutely no cat trees and only one of the pet stairs. Didn't know if they are discontinued or what. Didn't see any sale signs that would explain empty shelves......

I didn’t know you can bring your dog inside! I brought my sweet, perfect puppy in while I was waiting for my husband to have a procedure at Advent. He had such a fun time and everyone loved him! 😊❤️

We stopped into this store to purchase a Bird Feeder. We did purchase two feeders, but we received SO MUCH MORE! The SUPERB Genuine Customer Service CARE/KINDNES/With HEART... Thank You; Alex, Jeremy, Jackson, Karen, Maria, Julie - All Superb Customer Care. We believe each of you went over and above to make sure we found what we needed even if you normally worked in automotive, lawn care, customer service desk... We will definitely drive the 38 minutes again just to receive this type of Superb Customer Care/Service!! THANKS!

3 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Well right off the bat we already had trouble trying to get a spot to park our truck. They didn’t allow us in the main parking lot. So we had to park off the beaten path and do a nice little stroll inside. Not sure why that RV in my pictures in my video was allowed when they’re the exact same size as our truck!!!!! And where they parked is probably exactly where we would’ve parked….. well our experience inside was somewhat OK customer service wise the young lady I asked for assistance for work shorts was able to point me in the right direction. I mean her work coat says she’s here to help. Downfall once I got into the section nothing was my size. Everything was too big the smallest size was a six for women’s. To say the least I did not purchase any work shorts. The rest of our experience we had another gentleman help us. And he was very nice but told us they didn’t carry what we needed. The restrooms were clean, and the rest of our experience was so so the gentleman and the tool department didn’t really seem like he wanted to help us very much. This definitely was not our best experience for fleet farm. In the fact that they did not have truck parking was definitely a Debbie downer. They do have the fleet farm gas station right next to them if you do need to fill up for gas.Like 👍🏻 my review and start following me so you can see all my reviews as I go cross country.

Great store with friendly and helpful staff! I love going to Fleet Farm! You can find just about anything you need related to the outdoors! Great selection of old timey candy as well.Brian L. helped me with my fishing starter kit. I haven't fished seriously since I was a kid and getting back into it can be very daunting. Brian L. did a tremendous job taking care of me and getting me what I was looking for at a decent price.Love this store and highly recommend!

This is an excellent store! Today I was assisted with finding fishing reels in the outdoor department by an employee named Quentin. He provided excellent customer service and made sure I had everything I needed.

Can’t tell you how I’m impressed with the Fleet Farm tire center. We went in to get some new rims put on for my sons car apparently the place that we bought from didn’t give us the proper specs the Fleet Farm staff including Jeremy and everyone’s absolutely fantastic and trying to resolve our situation. In the end, we contacted the manufacturer and they admitted their error. Jeremy is staff kept us up-to-date and went above and beyond on everything Were worried about we are definitely going to be coming back and getting our vehicles serviced there!

Amazing clearance on clothing, jackets, shoes [right now up to 90%!], WINE and cold beer, sofas, recliners [so comfortable!], kitchen tables, mini jeeps for kids! This place is becoming a joke. Management in Auto Dept Sucks. Nice large facility, however the shelves are empty when it comes to oil , especially during oil sales events. Last 5 times no Valvoline 0w20 and no 5w30 high milage full synthetic. They have in stock in there Iowa store. Also Royle Purple no 5w30. Deforest location is just as bad. They need to get someone that can communicate with the buyer and then stock it! Had to go to FARM&FLEET THE LAST 4 TIMES. SCREW THERE SAYING IF WE DON'T HAVE IT YOU DON'T NEED IT. SHOUL BE IF WE DON'T HAVE IT , GO TO FARM & FLEET

This is a very clean and well stocked store. While I shopped in the automotive section my wife selected several bags of snacks for an upcoming spring road trip.Check out was a breeze with many cashiers on hand.

The Fleet Farm in Oconomowoc is a really nice location. It's very large, clean, and well organized. It's easy to find your way around the store, and find what you are looking for. They have convenient and efficient check out with standard and self-check. After visiting this location, it has become our go-to Fleet Farm.

Huge! Great customer service! Love the prices for certain things over everyday places. Always have had great service and help whenever I have needed it. Lines for checkout are never long. They have everything you could possibly need at this place. It is a nice bonus to get a coupon for their gas station every time you shop here. The store always appears to be clean and well organized except the christmas holiday can be a bit chaotic and crazy, but overall the manage it great! Love this location and am very happy they put this here in Oconomowoc just off I94 which makes it really accessible!

This is the quintessential Midwestern store... lots of inventory for hunting, fishing, grilling and camping.Fleet Farm also has an extensive lineup of snacks and grocery items. This is also a great place to shop for food and toys for your pets.

Let me start by saying I love a good Fleet Farm. But this one is the opposite of that. I've tried to give them a few years to get their act together, but I still have no clue what they're doing. It's currently mid February and they've put away all the ice fishing stuff in favor of kayaks and life jackets. Several aisles are completely devoid of merchandise, so good luck finding what you're after. This is often the case in the middle of the peak time for certain hunting and fishing seasons. You'd think they would have learned how to keep things in stock by now, but I guess not.This store is very lucky they essentially have no competition for many many miles around, because there is no way they would win that battle. I only go here because there is no other option for hunting and fishing stuff in the area.I really want this store to be better, because I've seen really good Fleet Farms in the past that I've loved shopping at (Stevens Point, Menomonee Falls).

NEVER try to buy a gun from this store!I went in for a Black Friday deal on a handgun. I started filling out the paperwork and halfway through, one of the guys locked himself out of the computer system. This is where the nightmare started. 45 mins later, we had wrapped everything up and then I was informed its too late for gun sales... I was told to call the next morning. I called again in the morning, gave my info, and was told the gun was ready for pick up. I drove all the way out to the store just to be told someone misread my name and I was actually still pending. I waited a few more days and again called, gave my info, had them double check, and was told I was approved. I drove all the way out there AGAIN and was told by "Team Lead" Paul that my gun sale was closed out. He said I would need to restart the entire process from the beginning. Instead of helping me with that, he thought it was a good time to go on break or clock out for the night. He dumped it on some kid who was already busy with another customer. This is where I got fed up. I asked to speak to someone half way competent on gun sales and a manager got involved. She checked on the gun and said I did not have to restart the gun sale procedure and to just wait one more day. The next day they called and said the DOJ denied my handgun sale. This is a complete lie! (I have nothing on my record keeping me from owning a gun. I literally just bought one the same weekend at Cabelas) I called the DOJ and the agent said there was nothing under my name showing I tried to even buy a handgun, yet alone denied. They messed up my transaction from the very beginning. I worked with 5 different employees at this store in the firearm department and only 1 of them had any idea of what they were doing. They also said they will no longer honor the Black Friday sale price on the gun I wanted. Complete joke and waste of time. Never coming back!

For work, I religiously buy my tools from your stores. Like, I have always gone out of my way to stop at a Fleet Farm. I stopped by the other day to look at a cordless ratchet, although I simply ended up getting my dog a new rope. I had someone follow me, presumably LP, for most of this visit. It was weird, guys. All it takes is one bad experience to lose a very loyal customer. Maybe I looked lost or something, because I am largely unfamiliar with this particular location and generally only stop by the hardware. It really bothered me. However, the building does look nice, so two stars.
