It's time for another cup of coffee and to get rid of the previous cup of coffee. The restrooms were clean and welcoming. The convenience store was well stocked (Hot dogs at 8am? I guess.) and the lady who rang up my sale was polite and well spoken.The parking lot area was clean with no trash as was the pump area.

This was my family's favorite stop for a restroom break and snacks. It's right off the highway so it's easy to get in and out. They also have a small grass area for dogs. There are a lot of snack options including random items you may need like phone chargers, or a gift for someone. The bathrooms are almost fully enclosed and always nice and clean. There's also a Hardee's next to it.Within the last year though, a couple of their new employees have been so blatantly rude. Glaring at us, cutting through us as we're trying to grab hot food, and down talking about us at the cash register as we're about to leave. The only one with great customer service and kind every single time is the young lady with colored hair. She is amazing.

Stopped by Love's Truck Stop and had an amazing experience, all thanks to Mr. Shawn. Not only did he ensure that the showers were spotless and ready to use, but he also went above and beyond by providing a hair rubber band when I really needed one. It's little acts of kindness like this that make a big difference on the road. Highly recommend this place, especially if you get the chance to be assisted by Mr. Shawn!

I'm an avid Loves customer I hit Diamond status every month. Loves is the only truckstop I fuel at. Pulled into this one today to get a quick shower and grab something to eat before I fuel and hit the road. I parked across from the cat scale in an open spot between 2 other trucks that had their curtains drawn. As I'm approaching the stairs to manager comes out rudely and tells me I can't park there. And I had to move I pointed out the other 7 trucks parked there and the 2 parked on the curb. She was angry with me for pointing them out and made me move. So instead of showering and spending money here I just pulled around to the pumps and went inside to fill my water bottles. I will never stop at this truckstop again. There was no reason to make me move when there are over a half dozen trucks parked there sleeping. The spot is typically parking spots at all other Loves. So I'm just going to go to the next Loves and give them my money. If Loves continues down this path they will become a no go zone for me like TA.

As usual, they are pretty clean and well stocked with essential and non essential stuff alike. Always is kind of interesting to go in there and see tid bits here and there... also these guys had some variety of beef or what not jerkies. Hard to choose, kind of like stepping into the cereal asle of a grocery store... but was a good experience, staff was nice, bathrooms clean... Hardees next door. No complaints...

•The employee in the loves truck with the trailer decided to park in a fuel lane to pick up trash for 10min but only got the 1st 2 lanes of trash closest to the store. He didn't bother to pick up the other lanes of trash that were over flowing, even tho his trailer wasnt even full yet.•Then there was a pickup with a small plow on the front of it attempting to move snow but it wasn't do much of anything. Trucks weren't able to back all the way into parking spots which caused an entire cluster f$%^ trying to get out of every fuel lane. There wasn't enough room for 1 truck to get out. •Meanwhile, inside, the Manger and 2 employees are just standing around chit-chating instead of helping clear up the mess outside and not paying attention to the customers inside waiting for fuel receipt, ect...•I've said it before and I'll continue to say it "LOVE'S, YOU NEED TO WAKE UP AND DO BETTER! GET RID OF THE USELESS EMPLOYEES THAT MAKE THE DRIVERS DAY WORSE!!!!"

I stopped here early morning Oct 6th to grab some coffee and use the bathroom. I had noticed that morning about $20 worth of my loves points had disappeared and I didn't know why or how or even how to use the app to check what happened. I asked the lady at the diesel counter, her name was Shannon, if she could help me. She was so kind and so helpful. She helped me look through the receipts in my app to pinpoint where they were used and gave me a new card cause they had been used by someone else at the previous loves I was at. As well as got me all of my points back. Some people are just total rays of sunshine and Shannon is definitely one of the brightest. Thank YOU! I Wish every Love's had a Shannon!

Keep driving if your headed east go to poynette if west Menomonee. shop usless, store ok nice people, parking forget about it, came here for a blown tire they said be a door for 7 am turned into 11 am turned into 4 pm, pumps always loaded with drivers, I never come here unless it's an only option

This loves has a big lot for parking. The showers are a decent size. The store is clean. Staff is friendly. They have a hardee's here.

Horrible. Bathrooms trashed showers were impossible to get into in the morning. My guess to lazy to clean them since they were not willing to clean the bathroom that was flooded.

Love's truck stops are my favorite travel stop when I'm out on the road I can get everything I need here including a hot shower propane clean windows with windshield washer fluid available and the folks here are so nice so kind and very hospitable love my love's travel truck stop

Shower’s Water is not hot barely warm so imagine how is taking a shower with not hot water on 30F .Lack of Cleaning in showers please see the image .

Friendly Staff, Clean Showers, Fuel Pumps were clean & not busy, and parking was not a problem. I arrived 03/30/18 at 1915 and was parked & in my shower by 1930. The employees and the managers were all friendly and greeted me and they were all hard at work.

Wow... it's 1:30am and there is ZERO coffee...none...no decaf, no house blend, no coffee at all. "Fresh Coffee Always" my rear. This isn't the first time I've had to wait 15-30 minutes to get coffee from this location.

Wow!! This place is just bad. Diesel all over the fuel island. Def dried up on the pump. Trash laying around the fuel island. No squeegees for your windshield. The inside of store was ok. The bathrooms weren't nasty but they could have used some help. Just a couple spots left at about 16:45 on a Sunday. I think I will avoid this location in the future.

Everytime I come to this loves it's always something. I always try and avoid this one and go to the loves in Poynette. The parking lots crazy, you're gonna hit some rough bumps just pulling into the fuel aisle. At night trucks are parked damn near everywhere here. Even during the day coming here sucks most of the time. Those trucks parked right in front of the fuel aisle.. They're not supposed to be there. So if you fuel don't pull up because someone else might not be able to turn out now. So you gotta block the pump if you wanna go inside and grab a quick snack after you're done fueling. And when you're on your way out you're gonna feel that nice bumpy parking lot just rocking you in your seat.

Robert and josh and alex they west my time I came here to fixed my I/C compressor but they told me to wait after 1 hour they said we are not fixing !! I ask them why you guys west my time more than a hour the answer was we don’t care your time that is the only thing we can say !! That was bad to make their customers mad!!I’d like to say the manager or the business it self please make sure will not happen this any one else please .And they don’t deserve to work here this guys .
