They keep their bettas in terrible condition. I bought two from them, they were laying on the bottom of their cup. I tested their cup water when I got home and they were in toxic levels of ammonia. This is animal cruelty. The cups were filthy and cloudy as well.

I normally don't have issues here I come all the time. They changed their hours and I didn't know that. The lady there with red hair and ear buds in her ears rushed me as soon as 8pm hit. I was so confused cuz I didn't know they closed early their was like no warning nothing. Normally stores announce they are about to close. So I quickly rushed to the register and she followed. Just standing there as the cashier rang me up. I asked her why they changed there hours and she was just rude talking about corporate makes the decisions blah blah. I just feel some people really lack certain things when working in customer service. Better communication towards people who actually are just genuinely talking and asking questions.

I wanted to share with everyone my experience with Erick in the fish department at Pet Smart He was so helpful, kind, understanding, very knowledgeable on all of the answers to my questions. Alexis has been grooming my American Eskimo mini, Jessie, since she was old enough to be vaxxed and therefore seen. They always do an exceptional job on getting her clean and they put up with my very stubborn little monster like a true professional. If your pup needs a good bath and brush, I recommend you ask for Alexis to do it. You won't be disappointed.

The best thing was the guy who checked me out & carried my large items to my car! Those 5 stars are for him!!I went looking for a jacket for my puppy & they were already put away. The only ones available were like for mountain climbing dogs or, just thin, ugly t shirts.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They didn't have the particular cat food I usually get, Purina grain free. The gentleman stocking said a lot of places have been having trouble getting certain food in stock so when they do get it it goes fast.The last bag of cat food I got that was a different brand grain free and my cat would not touch it. This time I tried the Purina brand but a different flavor but because I know he's picky I asked if he won't eat it if I can return it. The lady said yes, I have 60 days for returns, she was incredibly nice.

Employees are really nice and friendly. Always very playful and accommodating to my dogs when we're there. Good selection and rarely out of anything I go to purchase. I would have given 5 stars, their prices are a lot higher than other pet stores.

Good selection of Kong dog toys if that's what you're looking for. They don't have all 10 of the extreme toys but still have a nice selection of different brands. Everything is reasonably priced just like Walmart or target.

I took my elderly 17 year old cat Sparkle here to be groomed. The check in process was friendly and simple. Now, I received a call shortly after drop off that my cat was unfortunately unable to get groomed due to her stress and bad arthritis. I am leaving this 5 star review because I am so grateful that the staff were knowledgeable enough and sensitive enough to stop what they were doing, not force her, and explain to me that she needed specialized veterinary grooming. I would definitely return here with other pets because I know the staff truly care about the animals they service.As for the store itself, they have a good selection of items for cats and dogs at reasonable prices. Most of their food is mid-tier to higher quality, respectable brands. I come to "Pet Smart"s often for my pet supplies and I usually find just what I need. They have a nifty little pet-themed rack for pet-parents, too, with cute notepads and coasters and such. I love that

Staff is always friendly. I've noticed that last few times we brought our dog in for grooming that teeth brushing is no longer included in the bath and brush. It's now extra. The groomer we used to select is no longer there but would always include the cologne spritz and a bandana which was a nice touch. Now our dog just smells like wet dog. $39 for a bath and brush should include teeth brushing since it's once did.

Had an appointment to have my golden groomed. After a thorough search she found a small matte. I asked if i could cut it out and be fine. She said no and even if i did she had no time anyways. So she sent us away and cancelled my appointment. No other dogs were there. Glad to wait 2 days for that

The manager treated me and my family so bad because we wanted three fishes and he said we could only buy two for our tank. We said that we were going to get two and then he didn’t want to sell it to us. He got a very bad attitude and literary turned his back to us and walked away. The worst experience ever.

Olivia was so sweet while grooming my pup. He is shy and easily scared and she made sure he was comfortable and took extra care with him. I was worried about his nails and she took before and after pictures of his feet to show me how she fixed them up which I really appreciated. 10 stars for Olivia ❤️
