Today was Alex’s first visit at A Pet’s Place. John and his staff were very welcoming. John did an excellent job on my large, shy dog. His nails were trimmed to perfection and his fur is soft and fluffy. The price was affordable. I highly recommend this place for your grooming needs.

This place is great, John did an awesome job of cutting my dog's nails. The usual place I took him always left his nails longer , he cut them nice and short. Inexpensive.

I have been taking my kitties here for probably 10 yrs or longer. My fist kitty I was getting a lion cut and nails trimmed by Betsy. I have always had a pleasant experience with her and she always has done a great job. This kitty was not the most cooperative either very naughty but she always did a great job. But as he got older 16 to 19 I didn’t want to add any stress to him so I stopped going. He aka Mowey passed in February at 19. Now I have a new kitten 7 months old (Stella) and John cut her nails today, she has lots of long fur growing out of her paws which makes it hard for me to do it myself. John was pleasant and did a quick and fantastic job. He even showed me how to cut her nails when I asked how he does it so easily. But I will leave it up to the professionals. The price is unbeatable even with a $5 tip ($10) total we definitely will be back. They are right down the road which is great! I was happy to see they were still open after 5 yrs of not going. Stella has extremely long fur so maybe in the future she will receive a lion cut too?

John has groomed four of our dogs...three German Shepherds and our senior Great Pyrenees (14 yrs) John is the kindest most caring and gentle groomer. He gives extra care and time to senior dogs who just need a little extra time. He is AMAZING!!! I have referred several others to him and have heard nothing but positive remarks.. The dogs love him too. A pet's place is very reasonably priced especially the drop in nail trimming foe $5.00. All the staff is great.

An absolutely wonderful place to get your pets groomed. I have John do my Shelties. He is very good to them and does a wonderful job I wish I could read this a 10. Oh and you don't have to have your pet sit there for 8 hours before you can pick them up. It's usually about 2 to 3 hours for both of mine. I love that also.

Been taking my dog here for years. Betsy has never been the most friendly person but does a good job and has reasonable prices. Today she was very rude with me and then proceeds to show me my dog’s hair and says she “can’t handle grooming him anymore”. If you can’t handle grooming dogs then don’t groom dogs. If I could give this place a zero for customer service I would. Best to look elsewhere.

I picked up my dogs a couple hours ago and would absolutely go back again! My 8 year old lab mix has been acting like a new puppy! Both dogs, both lab mixes, were well taken care of and soft and clean, this is where we will return for baths forever!! They seemed to genuinely care about my dogs, love it! And more reasonable than any of the other places I've been!

I'm not sure what's going on here. It almost seemed abandoned inside, and it trouble me. I don't want to dislike the place, but they may need to reconsider remodeling and upgrading their service.

Not the fastest place for a grooming (most others only take about an hour and this place took closer to two), but they did an amazing job! I can hardly recognize my dog! She's so soft and looks so much better now!

We took our Maggie here for years. She was a Lhasa Apso and difficult to groom, because her hair matted easily. They always did a wonderful job with her! Now we have a wiggly, nervous little poodle mix, Lily, and again are so happy with their compassion and wonderful grooming A Pet's Place provides. Lily looks forward to going--that's amazing!

A few months ago I had recently adopted a 14 year old cat and he was in pretty rough shape as far as mats go and he needed to be shaved. I had tried calling multiple (5+) groomers before finding A Pet's Place and none of them would take him because he was too old. As a first time (on my own) cat owner I was very upset, discouraged, and nervous because every groomer before me had told me it was too dangerous to shave an older cat. The man I spoke with on the phone was extremely patient with me and all of my questions and concerns and made me feel completely at ease. My cat, Max ended up getting a full lions cut but he look amazing and they were really great with him. Would 100% recommend!

This place is great! My dogs were injured at petco a year ago, so getting their nails trimmed has been difficult since. I believe they were tramatized by the Petco experience. A friend referred A Pets Place, and I am so glad we tried it. Both of my dogs walked into the store, no hesitation, and no fear. Explained to the owner that Charlie needed his nails done, and explained what happened to him, and that several other groomers were not able to cut his nails. John took Charlie and came back few minutes later with nails trimmed. Amazed! Charlie was happy, and I was thrilled! We have been going there ever since! I believe John has helped my dogs get through a bad experience and shown them not all groomers are mean. Thank you John!
