I brought my dog in for an initial exam and shots. We saw Dr. Theresa Drake. The staff was exceptional, the place was clean. After we checked in, we were brought to the exam room in a timely fashion and seen by the Vet shortly after. Everything went smoothly, and my dog had a positive experience visiting there. He was hardly anxious from start to finish.

2 years ago my cat was treated here for aspiration pneumonia and fully recovered. I'm very grateful for that! This time, I really appreciate Dr. Drake's help in dealing with my cat's another unusual issue. It's nice that same day appointments are available if you call early.

Thank you Dr Zimmerman and staff, for your kindness and understanding with our very difficult decisions we had to make in putting our 13 year old Amos to sleep. Amos was suffering from kidney failure and we didn't want to see him suffer any further. My husband and myself felt the staff and Dr were very respectful and caring, giving us peace of mind in our decision. We are truly grateful, blessed and appreciative for your kindness. I brought my dog in 4 months ago for an irritated ear, and they said he had yeast in it. They gave me a rinse. I used it for a month and it seemed to help. 3 weeks later it was irritated again, and i went in and got another rinse. Ive been using it for two months, and it doesn’t get any better. I googled yeast in dogs ears, and you need a medication, not a rinse. Something with clotrimazol. Why didn’t they prescribe this in the first place. Now they won’t prescribe it, i have to bring him in for another exam, and i have to wait two weeks to get him in. All about the money. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Recently had to put my girl off 13 years down. The staff was very compassionate and thoughtful they even sent us a beautiful card in the mail with their condolences signed by everyone their. They even came to the truck and carried her in for her appointment which was supposed to just be to check on her hip.

It's easy to find, clean, well organized and their prices are very reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff stepped out to see our dogs and pet them, which was sweet. The Vet was phenomenal.

I love taking my animals here, special shout out to Ashley and Ainsley who are always so kind and respectful, they're always ready to answer questions and are SUPER friendly! Always willing to listen to long stories about my pets too! Some of the techs have changed since 5 years ago when I brought my little Chihuahua, Naya here, but all and all still an amazing, caring environment. Dr.Zimmerman is super friendly and personable, always ready to explain misunderstandings and answer questions you may have! Dr.Drake is also very knowledgeable and kind, and her compassion for animals really shows in her work. They always save appointments so getting your pet in on the same day is an easy process. The staff here really cares about your pets health and well-being. Will always recommend Niagara animal hospital and will never transfer my pets primary care anywhere else.

The only place I've noticed when u get ur pet euthanize, the vet sedate ur pet first till they're deep asleep and then the rest are done. The vets cares so deeply about ur pets. Very nice place

Dr. Zimmerman is by far the best vet we have ever had a pleasure to do business with. He single handedly went above and beyond for our Bernese mountain dog Boomer. During the pandemic stay at home mandate and being new to the area no other vet would even give us a chance. Even after contacting all vets in our area. Just gave the same typical excuse over and over. Not Dr. Z! He called us directly after reading our issues we were having finding a vet. He got us in right away for a evaluation and later into surgery shortly after. He truly is a Hero! Saved our boomers life and many many others! Extremely highly recommended!

Dr. Drake seems to talk down to clients when they are genuinely concerned or asking for an alternative for what she has said. There was zero compassion with my visit today and I felt as if I was a burden to be there. I had to bring along my 3 children as I am a stay at home mom & the staff seemed annoyed when they informed me only 2 people were allowed in the exam room. Sorry my kids are 8, 6.5, & 1.5 yrs (cannot be left unattended) She very rudely told me the flea & tick prevention I was using was useless & "did not work" she had no care to even listen to what I was saying. I would NOT recommend them any further! I walked in a very concerned pet parent, & walked out feeling unheard & looking for a new vet!Edit to add to your reply.My appointment was scheduled for curbside, your staff (receptionist) knew my children were in the vehicle when she said to bring them all in. I would have accepted the opinion of my "fad" option had it been delivered in a not so rude tone & if she would have listened that it is what is best for my household. I understand safety reasons for only wanting minimal people in the room & giving "the discount" on the "emergency visit" however your employees told me because you had a cancelation that I was no longer being seen as an "emergency " and now was treated as a normal appointment. Either way, none of this is an acceptable reason to have a doctor be rude when speaking to a pet parent. I am looking out for possible future clients so they know they will not always get top of the line service that they are hoping. I do appreciate the medication for today's issue, but my issue is the rude way I was spoken to & not being listened to as a concerned pet parent.

Very professional and knowledgeable about the animals and they don't gouge you with their prices. From the receptionist to the veterinarian they all love all of the animals that come in and treat them like the family member they are. I always know that our dogs are in good hands because of the people at Niagara Animal Hospital.

The vet who saw both my doberman and my cat was so amazing! My dog was skittish at first but he spent the first few mins playing with him to calm him down. Also recommended other forms of treatments for allergies I could do at home.

This is not my regular veterinary hospital. Had already waited for Crivitz to call back and couldn't get my Kali in for three weeks. I called Niagara on Friday explaining I had a furbaby that was suffering and needed to be put down. Kali didn't look good and stinky, but not one person cared about it. They passed out so much love and affection. The vet stayed with us when he gave the second injection. It broke our hearts but knew what we did was best. They were abelsolutely fantastic to us. Highly recommend

They take great care of our animals. Wonderful and knowledgeable staff. Very compassionate as well when we had to put our lab down. It was Memorial Day, without hesitation, told us to meet them there asap. Both the Veterinarian and her husband met us there, were very kind and did a great job. In our time of need they came through in a big way for us. Totally recomend this Veterinarian, you wont be disappointed.

I accompanied my dad to this vet and they are outstanding. I live out of the area and use a large commercial veterinarian, and this is much different than that. Dr. Heather is patient, kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. She got right to the issue of what was wrong with our dog and gave treatment options which were appropriate and provided relief for the dog’s medical issues. I am glad their dogs are in good hands.

Such amazing customer service for the pets and their families! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. B and staff! I've been coming here for years! They laugh with you and cry with you. When our oldest dog passed, they helped more than words can describe. These staff members are blessings, thats for sure!

So caring and compassionate. I love how she talks to our furbabies as if they are a part of her family. No long wait to get an appointment or long wait at office. Office staff is friendly and helpful. every part of the office I have seen is so clean you would never know animals are in and out all day. Prices are very reasonable.I would not want to take my fur kids to see anyone else.

We were in the area for the weekend and had an emergency with one of our beloved labs. Dr. Heather and John were so amazing with our boy and got him fixed up quickly, provided us aftercare information and were kind, considerate, and just amazing. We are so thankful for all they did.

Dr. Heather is wonderful. She has such a calming effect on pets & owners as well. Her staff is friendly & helpful too. I am moving & will REALLY miss having her takes care of our "babes". I would recommend her highly !
