I don't go into the store often. I do online groceries and pick up weekly. Haven't had any issues 99% of the times of been doing pick up. This Walmart seems to have everything I order and the best customer service compared to Woodbury or Hastings locations.

It's Walmart. There's nothing stand-out. I will say that every employee I've had contact with at this location is pretty nice. I am especially happy with all of the Pharmacy staff. The Mgr is always checking on me when I pick up my meds because of the medications I take, and I really appreciate that. He's always great about answering my questions and making a recommendation when I need it.

Quite clean and well organized Super Walmart. Staff are helpful and not too sparse, even nights and weekends. We would rather shop at this Walmart than the woodbury location; that one has become a bit chaotic of late.

As I went to pick up my $703.49 order I parked and checked in online, after waiting 7 minutes I called the number that was on the sign in front of my vehicle and was informed there was a mishap and they would be right out. A couple of minutes later, 2 female workers came out with my items, and 1 of them asked very sarcastic if I checked in online, I informed her that I did and no one came, so I called. She left, and the other girl continued to place my order in my vehicle. While she was doing her job, my daughter started texting me non-stop regarding an issue she was having, so my son, who was in the vehicle with me, was making snide comments about his sister. The walmart worker finished, and we left the store. Several minutes later, I received a phone call from Ethan, one of the managers at the store. He started confronting me about how I was putting down his employees, I had to have him repeat his question a couple of times because I found the whole situation ridiculous and unacceptable. I should not have to explain the conversation I was having with my son regarding my daughter. I am appalled at the whole situation. Very poor customer relations!!! When I got home, 50% of the items I ordered were all over my vehicle! I'm not happy about spending this amount of money or time and getting treated so poorly. No one no matter how much they spend, they should get treated in the manner I did today!!!!!

Getting groceries at 10:00 p.m. on Saturday night, I don't expect a Lunds or Byerly's experience, but this rating is already in Walmart-stars. In the restroom, an employee at the urinal was doing his business with one hand while looking at his phone with the other hand. I wondered how he was going to wash the pee spray from his phone, but he had a solution for that: he didn't wash his hands either.New Richmond must have heard that the Stillwater location has very few cashiers, so they are trying to keep up east of the St Croix. 15 people were either checking out their own groceries or waiting in line to check out their own groceries. While I waited, I watched three attendants hanging around chit chatting. One of them eventually went to change receipt paper.Leaving, the TSA security checkpoint was unmanned for a change. It's insulting to be trusted to scan everything in your cart, only to be accosted at the door because I had the audacity to buy something that won't fit in a plastic bag.I would use the online pickup service, but that seems to be a contest for 17-year-olds to see how hard they can slam a hatchback.

No matter what item I need, this Walmart either doesn’t carry it or it’s out of stock. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Walmart “carries” groceries which puts down any competitor in New Richmond. Except Walmarts shelves are empty, so where am I supposed to get my groceries? I can’t even get groceries after work when it’s convenient because Walmart doesn’t want to stay open for night shift workers. If I have to drive 30+ minutes to a different city to get what I need every time, why are you even open in New Richmond? Your store is a joke. Calling it a “Supercenter” is false advertising!

The New Richmond WI Walmart is very easy to shop. Of course there are those moments when busy and items will occasionally be out of stock but considering the times we live in, I will usually give them a 5 star.

Will NEVER get tires here again. They rescheduled me TWICE to get my tires put on that they have had since 11/28. I was OK with the first time. Stuff happens. But this is unacceptable to be rescheduled a second time. In the meantime If I get into an accident driving on bad tires, will be taking them to court.

Very unprofessional cashiers! Very rude. I got to this Wal-Mart all the time. Never had such a terrible experience. Dropped my items with no sorry my apologies. Refused to scan the items on the bottom of my cart handed me the scan tool to do so myself. I tried grabbing the full bags of the bag rack she kept spinning it before i could grab bags. I asked for her name as her name tag was turned around she refused to give it to me. I then went to go talk to a manager after i was finished with my check out. She goes yeah i waws watching that something seemed off. But didnt do anything about it. The called and spoke to a "higher up" still got nothing back so now here we are. store was new richmond witc# 429767608765785829406tr# 04346also got a ref # 32710028708Never had this issue there before as i shop for my house and my business here at this location. Very upsetting and unwelcoming.

New Richmond Wal-Mart is a 5* store! The employees are wonderful and many have been there for years! It's nice to see the same faces when I shop there. The fact the same employees show up day after day especially during this pandemic shows how much they care! All the employees at this Walmart and all the stores in the New Richmond/ Somerset area that show up day after day are my heroes! I give you all so much credit and thank you from the bottom of my heart. I also wanted to say last week when I went to this Walmart there was a group of five young adults that passed the employee that was handing out masks and each one of them said they had asthma and can't wear one and started to laugh! SHAME ON YOU ALL! I talked to that employee and said did they actually just say that ? She said yep I hear it all day long, she said the sad thing is I do have asthma and I'm here handing out masks to many people saying they have asthma and can't wear a mass! How inconsiderate of anybody who walks into a store and chooses not to wear a mask because it is their right! Here are the employees showing up to work for you everyday so you can get your groceries/ clothes etc..and you think you have a RIGHT to buck the store policy! Thanks again to all store employee's in our area!

9/1/23 around 10:10pm. I wish I had caught the gentleman's name, he was stocking near the milk/yogurt. But he was so helpful. I should have got a cart as I was juggling more things than I ought to have tried. While doing so the 12 pack of soda I had ripped open and fell. He assisted me very quickly and friendly even grabbing a new one for me. I'm very thankful. Especially since it was an already frustrating day.

This is a great Walmart when in comes to shopping and doing pick-up. However, beware they are totally not customer service oriented when it comes to the money center and getting change for any cash you may have. The lady that is a manager in that department is very disrespectful and not at all professional. I received a 20.00 from that very Walmart self checkout lane. I needed 2 tens and she refused to give exchange for me.

I called Walmart's car center to see if they could get me in today to have a tire I bought last year mounted today after I had another auto shop fix a lug nut post.They got me in did a fantastic job, I was out of there in under a two hour limit I put on the work.Great job guys 👍I made a leisurely walk through the isles wasn't crowded or noisy 😊 Still the same

I like Walmart I really do but, out of all the Walmarts I've ever been to this one is the most out of date one. I couldn't use my Venmo app they had only 2 lines open at the check out where they do it for you and plenty of employees just walking around on there phones laughing and giggling. Worst Walmart experience I've ever had.

Good prices, friendly staff, and a good place to get last minute items close to home. The $1 bread is delicious and a great deal and they often have mangoes and avocados on sale.The pharmacy staff is very helpful.

I want to thank Ben for finding the Spiderman bike I promised my grandson!! He took the time and looked in a number of places and found it for us. I hope they treat him right!! Sorry to say Ive been to a number of Walmarts and the employees take a look and are back 2 minutes later saying cant find it. Thanks again Ben!!

This Walmart is surprisingly good I’d say. You gotta go in expecting it to be a Walmart though of course, it’s no high quality retail experience but no Walmart is and I’m fine with that. Good Walmart vibes all around and a decent location. Well stocked when I was there and a good view to the west if you ever happen to go there in the morning and are into sunrises and all that. But I digress. Would recommend, why not.
