There is usually a good selection of furniture here, as well as kitchen goods. It is always sparse in the pet section as well as the men's clothing section. Inflation has definitely increased the prices over the years, but you can still find some good deals here and pick up some good used odds and ends.

Hello " Red Robin" . Yeah, it is actually Cj from goodwill. Just wanted to say everything but the flashlight we couldn't take. How could we possibly sell a lawnmower? Anyways. Horrible people working there and it's nasty and everyone is rude! They over price everything and don't give money back even with recite and tags when clothes don't fit cause they took changing rooms away another way to scam money, all used clothes shouldn't coast more then me going to buy a new shirt at an actual store! Manager is RUDE AS CAN BE ! WAS JUST DISAPPOINTED HOW ITS BECAME! They even tried lying about an employee never working there and she was just there last week when I came in for the clothes!!

GOODWILL... DOESN'T REALLY WANT YOUR MONEY JUST YOUR OBEDIENCE TO WHATEVER THEY FEEL IS REASONABLE! I wanted to buy a $200 bike from New Richmond Goodwill but after buying a few items my wife wanted to look at the bike that was locked up outside. After looking it over we decided to buy it. I brought a cart up to the door and said I'll buy the $200 bike. I was told they were now closed by the same person who just checked us out minutes before. She also knew I had an interest in the bike. So Goodwill lost a $200 sale because it was 7 minutes after closing. I can only conclude they don't really need the money...

Went to find clothes for a costume party before buying anything we asked the employees if the clothes don’t fit if we could return and get our money back. They said yes we could return for our money back. I went back the next day as the clothes didn’t fit and the employee working and the manger were rude about the whole thing saying no we do not accept returns or refund money back. Which I know it says on the receipt they do exchanges, but that’s why we confirmed with the employees that we could in fact get a return and they refused to give us money back and would not give us an in store credit either to use at a different time only said we could exchange the clothes for different clothes.

Not happy with this place!!! My husband called to verify if they would take a certain piece of furniture and when we got there we were told we couldn't leave it because they were to full. Very BAD customer relations with no care attitude!! Wish I didn't have to leave any stars.

After being asked if I wanted to "round up" and declining, was treated rudely by the manager. She has been rude every time I have been to this store. I don't care to be solicited at the checkout counter. The prices are HIGH, some more than new.

Waited at drop off as the only car for ten minutes while the person working there kept garage door partially closed and worked at a snails pace inside the drop off area. He finally let me in and I had to unload everything myself. When I got my receipt and left, the receipt wasn’t signed by them as required. We need a different place to donate to, I regret helping this place so much, but it’s our only option (no to Salvation Army - they don’t take as many items and I don’t believe they actually help people but just enable them - watching people go through there via first hand experience over and over ).

Went in today and was behind a lady doing a return. All I listened to was the cashier complain how sick she was and how much the register sucked etc ....I stood waiting to pay for an item almost five minutes before she finally called a back up cashier....Because complaining and conversation was more important.Also I love that they keep refilling merchandise, however customers should never have to dodge a maze of merchandise to get to look at things....Needless to say I left my cart and my large furniture purchase aside and left.....It's always negative negative negative....Never smiles or hellos. I'm done. I'll drive elsewhere if I feel the need to utilize goodwill

Typical Goodwill store. Overpriced on most items...especially clothes. Several dollars for a used t shirt or jeans? Better off going to the Heritage Center Flea Market where clothes are 25-50 cents. Stereo systems where you have to pay extra if you want the speakers that come with it? $2 for off brand facial tissue that's only $1 if you bought it at Target or Walmart? I've found a lot of USED items that were priced higher than if I walked across the street to Walmart and bought the same item new! Lots of items that should've been just thrown in the dumpster like outdated computer software and broken electronics. And if you buy something and return it, you have 7 days to do so, and must use the store credit on that day! What if there isn't anything you want? You're screwed! I had hundreds of dollars worth of clothing stolen from the laundromat. I went to the store and talked to a supervisor and asked if they'd keep an eye out for some of the more easily identifiable items. He said they found anything, the best they could do is sell it to me at a reduced price! Sell my own stuff back to me? Unreal!

I like this store, but if you plan on going there on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday you should remember to bring a bag in for donating so you get your 25per cent coupon cause those four days don't have sales. It's a shame and kinda stupid if you ask me.

This Goodwill has a really nice selection of used goods. It also has new clothes from Target so it is nice to have that option. Some of the prices are pretty high on occasion but for the most part I have been able to find something each time I go there.

Smaller Goodwill, plenty of parking & easy to drop off donations. Clothing is ridiculously high. Target & Maurices clothing we’re priced higher than the original tags?? The dishes are reasonable. But the house decor is at antique prices. Employees told me the prices are high due to the resellers. Several youtubers film their channels here. So if your going to shop here your going to be filmed without permission. Unlike other GW this one allows it.

Overpriced. Not enough sales to shop frequently. Would rather go to Two Fish Thrift right down the street, 100% of the money spent there goes to the local food shelf. And they have amazing staff and unbelievable prices. Say no to Goodwill.
