Kiki was amazingly helpful! I wanted to send something to my sister for her birthday. I live in Kentucky so I had to do everything over the phone. She gave me great suggestions, put together what we discussed and then sent me pictures to make sure I liked it:) I will definitely be using Garden Expressions again!!

This place is a diamond. What a great store. They have seven greenhouses full of annuals and perennials and plants galore. Their shop is chock full of so many gifts, knickknacks, darn tough socks and other things. You can find anything for anybody whether it's a wedding shower, a birthday present, Mother's Day present. They have it all. And they have the nicest staff!. Their newest feature of the waterfall and Creek out front along with the brick paper patio just pull it all together. This place is gorgeous!! And their prices are great. The owners do a great job and they even have a cappuccino machine for guests for free. I cannot wait to go back. I cannot wait to plant all the stuff from their place in my garden. Maybe even buy a pear tree. A+ customer friendly.

I visited garden expressions for the first time this past weekend by myself, upon arriving I was greeted by two super friendly ladies that were absolutely more than willing and happy to help, I was able to get some great potting mix and even learned a few things about it fertilizers and compost tea, overall it was a great experience and the prices were wonderful. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place they seem to have everything you need from small indoor gardening to large scale outdoor operations.

Wonderful place! Best in New Richmond! They were the third florist from town that I called today to try to have some flowers sent to a friend who is going through a tough time. Garden Expressions offered me the best customer service and best prices (by far) of the three. Highly recommend :)

Asked for outdoor greens to set on a bench outside my dad's house that we are selling during the winter months. Gave them a day's notice and they blew it out of the park. It's huge and gorgeous.

Today was my third time at this business. Each time it has been a pleasure. Staff is great and extremely helpful. This time she (I believe it was the owner) potted our plants in the pots that we purchased for us. She took time to do that and educate us on our new plants while we shopped. Everything was fairly priced. It's kind of a gem that I almost hesitate to share so I don't have to fight for plants when I go back.

I could spend hours at Garden Expressions! They have such a wide variety and a little bit of something for everyone! Indoor, outdoor, pond plants and more! I love the layout, it's beautiful and flows so nicely, I never feel rushed, even when it's busy! They also carry cute garden ornaments and more inside!! The owners/staff are very friendly and I have always been approached to ask if I need any help with anything.

2022 update: if you haven't seen the amazing water feature you have to go! Feed the fish too! Sometimes the model train is even running! They have added greenhouses for more capacity and are planting more veggies, cut flowers and other lovely new varieties. Can't wait to see what spring brings! Trees, shrubs, perennials, so much great stuff. The staff here go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Even go as far as saving planter orders from past year's. They know their stuff about gardening and decorating! Lots of fun classes, cool yard art, of course lovely plants. They are bee friendly!

Friendly staff, decent prices and TONS to choose from! I have only been able to find a few succulents at other styles but this place... WOW! I had a hard time deciding which ones to buy there were soooo many! Their hydrangeas were beautiful too! Lots of perennials! Will be going back soon!

I called, from out of state, ,to place an order for a house warming planter gift. Not 100& sure of what I wanted, Linda offered to call me back on FaceTime and walked me through the greenhouse , showing me what choices were available!!!!! She went above what she had to do. Midwesterners are THE BEST. Thanks so much, Linda. I appreciated all the extra time spent with me and will spread the word to friends and relatives in the area. Oh...and, for a small fee, a delivery is possible.
