Wow, every time I stop by, there's something I need. The pet section is fantastic, and I enjoy browsing and have purchased needed supplies you just can't find anywhere else.But, the FABRICS are lovely!!! There's inspiration and panels for quick, easy projects. Great selection of high quality quilting fabrics. The staff will help you match up and always have new prints coming in. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.This store has great parking, is well lit, clean and intriguing to walk through. Helpful employees. They have everything!Well worth the trip, highly recommended.

Excellent service in the tool department . Was out of town working and needed a tool to finish the job. An employee went above and beyond in an effort to help me find what I needed or am alternative. I wish I could remember his name. But his boss, if they read this, needs to give him a raise. Great employees like him don't come around often

There is a large selection at the store of everything you need. Some of it is a lot higher priced than big box stores but it is also the only place in town where I can find a lot of things that I have tried at every other store including Walmart or the auto stores.The staff is almost always extremely friendly and available to help not hard to find and not busy when you do find them.They do have a lot of creatures a surprising selection actually.Depending on which side of New Richmond do you live it is extremely easy or annoying to get to just because of all the lights.

Always have a good experience here and never think to leave a review. They often times have what I need and although it’s a bit more expensive than big box stores, it’s also right in town and saves me time and fuel to drive elsewhere. Staff have always been very helpful and friendly when I’ve gone in and today in particular I asked if I could return some unused Grade 8 hardware. Josh S was working customer service counter and was able to lookup the receipt as I still had all the information including individual prices for the hardware saved (and somehow I couldn’t keep track of the receipt, go figure!). Josh had no problem putting in the effort to locate the receipt and upon manager approval proceed with the return. As I told Josh on my way out customer service goes a long way! It’s one of the many reasons I come back and shop local when they have or can get what I need! I have also special ordered some things in the past that they were able to have shipped to the store in a speedy time frame! Thanks for the hard work you guys do to provide a store that can serve so many needs and yet have a fantastic staff representing it!

I usually enjoy Doyle’s, but today I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. I asked a clerk for assistance with the fish, and I could see that she was running a water test, so I let her know that I could wait until she completed it. A couple approached her and she assisted them and returned to her initial task. After completing her test, she cleaned up the area, in no rush to assist me at all. Then, another couple asked for her assistance with an aquarium. Instead of explaining to them that I was in line first, she proceeded to help them! After waiting for 20 minutes, I left without making a fish purchase. I left feeling angry and put-out. I’ll get over it, but it’ll take some time. Perhaps Doyle’s needs to provide some training for their employees on customer service. A little common sense from that clerk would have served them well today.

I want to give a Huge shout Out to the associate who carried my heavy cat tree to customer service and to the lady working at the counter (very polite and helpful) and to the young man Josh S who carried it out to my car and carefully loaded it for me!! Soo friendly and nice, all of them!! I even went back to tip Josh and he politely refused, saying they aren't allowed to take tips. Tammy and Pat have honest, friendly and helpful associates. Now if you can't find something there is something wrong with you because this place has everything from fish 2 material to make clothing they even have freshly pack venison and other meats from locals peoples nice people's very knowledgeable and we'll find you what you need if youcan't find it and I swear if you can't find it I'm telling you I don't even want to say it

I have ALWAYS liked coming into this store because of the friendly, helpful employees. Not the experience today! The only ones who were friendly and helpful were the 50+ men. I walked around for someone to help me, couldn't find anyone, when I did, it was a younger guy who looked confused when I asked him where i could find my item, told me a completely wrong area not even close to garden hoses. Finally got help from someone willing to help. Even the older cashier was not friendly.I will NOT let this stop me from shopping here, I love it.

Always my go to when I lived in NR. Well actually Karl's Ultimate Discount right across the street from speedway is truly my go to. What a great store, employees are always helping, the store is clean and well organized. Your going to spend more but quality is key with the items your going there for. Needed a piece of plexiglass cut, no problem a guy got my measurements cut it and I was out the door. Everyone should be supporting this place over Wal-Mart.

Where else can you get raw dog bones and ice fishing shacks in the same place? Always helpful folks and if you can't find it somewhere else look here. They did a great job fixing my screen for my window. We've rented from them as well. Good people! Great store.

We were in for a few items last weekend and were looking for a grill. Sean helped us in every way possible! We felt like we were family and he was happy to help us. Once purchased, he helped me load the grill and even made sure it was secure in our truck. We've been here many times and always feel welcome.

Every fish/animal I had gotten from this place was in good health, and the items were very useful. The employees there are very kind and helpful. Their garden selection is great, which includes seeds and live plants for you to buy.

The female owner is definitely one to stay away from. She is very rude to her frequent costumers and doesn't even now where some basic store appliances are located. I wouldb trust a first day employee more than I trust her to help me out. Other than that, the store it's self and all the other employees are very nice, helpful, and good at their jobs. Money well spent.
