This disaster of a place is not wheelchair accessible. Three older ladies “working” today and not one of them would break from their conversations by the office door to provide customer service. I asked to be checked out, she said I need to ring the bell. So I did. Still no acknowledgement. The customer waiting in line behind me, left money on the counter, took his items and walked out. He said he does that all the time cause no one is ever on the registers! Perhaps self checkout would benefit this store so the employees can stock freight that’s blocking all the aisles. This problem is with management not having the skills to properly run a business.

I got charged 3 times today for the same price I was already charged and I was only there 1 time today. They better fix it and I will not be going back there!!

I like coming here but I swear your service gets worse every time I come. You had 2 lanes open and I got scoffed at for not going to the other lane when it was busy and there was one other person in line. I think it's inappropriate for Judy (older in age with shorter blonde hair) to be working your customer service if she's going to just scoff at anything she doesn't like.

Wanda has been working here for a year. She took my money before giving the product that I purchased.she serviced another customer and made me wait until she could give me my change and my purchased product. I wouldn't be surprised if her till is not correct.DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION. THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SERVICE OTHER PEOPLE BEFORE FINISHING YOUR TRANSACTION (and they'll make you wait up to 10 minutes hoping you'll forfeit your money to them).

Update: I hate the new pricing. It's impossible to tell what price things are because they aren't labeled clearly. Some things are 1.25, some are $3 and others are $5! I don't go to dollar tree to buy things that cost $3 or $5. I can go a cross the street to Walmart for that and have way more options. The price differences make it really difficult to figure out exchanges! There are some things here worth buying but it is a hastle and confusing and I'd almost rather just go somewhere else. This used to be one of my favorite stores.The staff here are knowledgeable and nice. I can find almost anything I need here and it is always $1 or less.

I honestly don't know what happened to our Dollar tree I frequent at least a dozen Dollar trees a lot of times with clients and I can tell you hands down ours is the worst and I frequent some that are in very busy locations in the cities and are not nice locations I think the thing that a frustrated me the most is coming in in the evening and seeing the staff literally just sit on their phone I am not the phone police by any means I used to manage myself and I have kiddos and Facebook and I am not telling you I've never been on my phone or checked my messages but if you're in the store for 15 more minutes at least and they haven't gotten off their phone it's pretty bad and the store shelves are completely bare most of the time and then when you say something and you find out the night manager is the one that's sitting on her phone in an aisle not doing anything it's pretty bad. I literally drive to a different location and don't even go to the one in my area anymore pretty sad

This store is clean and has everything for $1. It is nice to know I don't have to spend a lot on things I need. Specifically went in for wrapping paper came out with 5 rolls because I couldn't choose! Lots of party supplies, storage ideas, back to school supplies.

Amery Wisconsin Dollar tree we have had the Dollar tree here for a few years now and I have purchase stuff from Dollar tree stores for many years it is nice having a Dollar tree in Amery Wisconsin they have great deals nothing over a dollar and so much stuff to choose from my only regret is that it wasn't a little bigger of a store so they would have been able to have refrigerated and freezer section but it is a great store to have in Amery amaryl benefit to the community...

I walked in the door and walked back out. Two checkout lanes open at least 5 people in each line. Everybody looked overwhelmed can't comment anymore only in there 5 seconds.
