My wife recently purchased 2 boxes of Top Box cab from your liquor store and when opening the first box it was rancid, smelled and tasted horrible. The second box was fine and I would like to point out that we have purchased many boxes of this wine over the past couple years and I know what it should taste like. I took it back with the receipt and spoke to Abby and she said it’s Dick’s policy not to refund any alcohol purchases and refused to refund or exchange it. I explained I’m not returning it because I don’t like it I’m here because there’s something wrong with it. I then talked with the assistant manager Andrew and he said they’re sticking with Dick’s policy not to refund or exchange. This seems like a horrible business decision over a box of wine that your distributor would have reimbursed you for. If you won’t stand behind your products I won’t be returning.

Not a big place by any stretch but they have needed local brews and mass market beer. Also a lot of wines too. See pic. Beer cave is small but well stocked. See pic. To finish off any respectable men’s gathering, sports gathering, or family gathering for that matter, you need cigars. This place has them. See pic. Checkout guy looked grumpy but was actually friendly.

It's close by on the main drag. the prices are a bit high, but I don't mind as it is conveniently close to my location. most of the staff are nice; however, one of the clerks tends to check EVERY dollar bill I give, for its its counterfeit. I understand the security of this; however, in a line of people paying cash, I find it suspect and in poor taste that I was the only one being checked like this. I refuse to go through her line.

We had the best experience at Dick’s in New Richmond. My daughter was tearful after her influenza and Covid immunizations when Chris from Dick’s walked past carrying a balloon and asked if she was having a tough day and offered her the balloon. Above and beyond! Thanks for your compassion.

I love this store. I've been shopping here for years. I'm happy that it's now locally owned. Yup- always clean & friendly. To those who complain about prices, try shopping items that are on sale in weekly ad/deal of the week. I do. Good bargains to be had. Better quality produce/meats than other "big chain" stores. Keep up the good work.

Very rude man at the meat department. I asked him a very simple question and he was very rude and condescending. I asked for two pounds of meat he gave me four pounds and slammed it on the counter. When I said thank you I got no response. I really do not shop there much as the prices are to high. However there meat is better quality. So I do shop there for meat but I no longer will. Rjs meat in Hudson usually is about 3 dollars less and is more friendly. Also there meat is better quality. I will be making the drive there from now on to buy my meat.

Especially on memorial day weekend, you should probably properly staff your deli. Not being able to get something because you have a single inept person that can't cut is ridiculous. And people aren't cross trained? This is store management 101....

I love the meat dept. The cuts are fresh and the butchers are friendly and helpful.They wrap my meat choices in small amounts as I ask them to do. They're very patient and do a wonderful job.I also love the selection of beef, pork and chicken plus specialty cuts and they always have great sales going on.

I’ve put up with your prices when I’m in a pinch…. But 10.29 for a bag of frozen fries? C’mon, you have to work with the community a little more than that. Buying the only grocery store in town and jacking up the prices on everything?…… I am grateful that I have the financial ability to shop here but what about the little old ladies, single mothers and families facing financial hardship.

Expensive, staff doesn’t know where things are. I asked where the vinegar was and was sent to natural department. The produce I picked up rotted in like 2 days. And the meat counter made me wait at least 10mins for my meat. Very poor standard from a store that tries to be kowalski’s. Not impressed, the cub in Stillwater will continue to be my go to store. Sorry.

Family fresh is my go-to grocery spot. They have lots of varieties for different foods & drinks. Every time I go there, I have a difficult time getting only what I need, because I always see something else that looks delicious!Their bakery & produce section is very clean and nicely kept as well. I’ve bought from family fresh for the past year and haven’t had any issues.Great staff too.

Great local grocery store that carries natural and Organic products. Nice clean, wide isles. Love the selection and butcher option for fresh cuts of meat. Prices can be a bit high for competitive items carried at other stores.I really am enjoying the self check-out that was just installed. It is helping with line back ups. Also the only place in town that offers water without fluoride. Just glad someone does!

Obviously better than Walmart as far as quality of produce goes, but still not great and pretty expensive. Often times there are a lot of moldy fruits and vegetables. I will also say that during the shortage of helium they did have some available for balloons but they charged a couple bucks PER normal latex balloon. I still shop here because I prefer it over Walmart but it could definitely use a little help. It is nice having a Caribou and a deli inside though.

I switch from shopping at Walmart to shopping at Family Fresh, the reason is the meat department, they’re very courteous and patient with my family and I. The meat tastes so much better fresh and their season chicken is delicious, honestly, their prices are pretty good. I’ve never had any problems with the employees, in fact the pharmacist Andy is very helpful when it comes to understanding new medication.I’ve tried their online shopping, it’s a lot better than Walmart, my shopper would text me when a certain item was out of stock and they would ask me if I wanted to substitute with another brand. Though there is a $4.95 fee for online shopping but to me it was well worth it.Thank you Family Fresh! ❤️

Staff is friendly and helpful, and the deli is excellent! Unfortunately, many of the items advertised on sale are almost always out of stock, no matter what time of day you shop. This may be due to Covid, but I have heard others say the same. The aisles are cluttered with tall baskets of items, which it makes it difficult to maneuver a cart, especially with a car seat or children, even when other shoppers are not in the same aisle. I have also bought items in the past that are not "popular", and get home only to realize they're a few weeks from their expiration date. But I'm also not familiar with store policies, so that may be common. The self checkouts are somewhat frustrating, as there is often a lag in the machine, so I tend to not use them at all if possible. A good grocery store overall, but needs some small improvements in my opinion.

I like how they have more and more organic fruit and veggies. Plus the gluten free/natural section has expanded over the years to a decent size. The organic/natural section is kinda why I go there, can't really find these things anywhere else in New Richmond. If you are looking for higher quality, organic, and gluten free this is the right place.

I shop online and pick up order here twice per month. Top rate service! Very good in store butcher shop, excellent meat. Deli is also top notch. Nearby Walmart may be a slight bit cheaper but the friendly, efficient service more than makes up that difference.

I love family fresh because they have awesome deals. Most the time it's you gotta buy multiple items to get the deal but you save. The one in New Richmond has a meat market and I haven't had anything I haven't liked.

Sweet medium sized grocery store. Very kind and helpful staff. The meat counter had fresh meat when other stores were out; I also found hand soap during the pandemic. They have some obscure and hard to find naturals and organics and are stocked very well. They have a charitable giving percent of purchases option that I think all stores should have for local needs.
