I stopped for coffee today. I was told that they wouldn’t add an extra shot to my nitro high rise as I’ve been doing for over 2 years without prior issue because “that’s too much caffeine.” I find this laughable because this same location had no issue adding 2 extra shots to an extra large caramel high rise, significantly more caffeine.Will not be returning to this location.

This place is usually amazing...good coffee for decent price. Today there was a young woman being trained and she made mine with no guidance. The liquid in my cup only filled half of my cup in a size medium. Very dissatisfied, but couldn’t have her fix it because I was in a rush. Please train your employees to fill the cup at your norm.

The evening girls are amazing, I started only coming in when Makayla and Vanessa are there. That’s the only way your drink will be correct and you’ll get out of there in a reasonable time frame. Plus, they’re always friendly and happy!!Unfortunately, that’s not the case during the day. Its impossible to get your coffee in less then 10 minutes. Not to mention the lack of friendly service.

This afternoon I waited for 30 minutes for a mocha at this location. There were two employees working but one was busy chatting with her friend on the other side of the kiosk and roaming around the store to get more drink carriers (which there were already several of on the counter) leaving the other girl to take orders and make the drinks. Everyone was waiting for their coffee which is definitely a 1st world problem but a little multitasking goes a long way. Yikes bikes. Coffee was good though!

Ordered my coffee and there were a couple of people ahead of me so I wait patiently for my order. One of the workers had to remake 3 coffee orders, two were from the same customer. I'm not sure if shes timid or just needs a little more training. I waited about 15-20 minutes for my order. I still will continue to come to caribou but I will go to Hudson from now on.

Pretty good. I ordered two campfire mocha coolers for my boyfriend and his friend and an iced vanilla northern lite latte for me. Only thing I noticed were the campfire mochas were a little bit soupy. I got my latte but it was hot.. didn’t really want to ask for my drink remade because the barista was a bit cranky but also didn’t really want a hot drink. I asked her if I could have it remade iced and she was very nice about it, except accidentally made me a caramel iced latte instead of vanilla. Accidents happen, still super yummy! Just wish the barista was a bit more friendly, but we all have our off days. :)

Passing through, won't be coming back though. Customer service was nonexistent. I truly felt like I was a bother placing my order. No greeting at all. Drinks are placed on the counter without any indication of what they are and who they're for. My drink was made incorrectly...flavor as requested in the cold press was omitted. I didn't realize until I was back on my way outta there.

I recently moved to New Richmond from Osceola (I was a regular at Osceola Caribou) but will drive out of my way to get my coffee at a different location. They’ve never once made my drink right and the employees are always rude or acting like you’re inconveniencing them by ordering something. It’s sad because the location is nice.

I went here today and ordered a "Medium vanilla latte" the girls working were really nice, and busy chatting while working. I left with my drink and started drinking it on my way home. I thought this is the sweetest coffee I have ever had. I looked in the cup when I got home and it turnout to be a cup of steamed milk with vanilla. Very disappointed I didn't get that much needed caffeine.

I Love my Bou but this particular one is terrible. They're sloppy,they don't listen and of the 6 orders (there were 4seperate orders in front of us and then us 2.) 3 of the six orders were completely wrong and had to be dumped down the sink and they had to start over. The best advice I can give is go somewhere else because you're not likely to get what you ordered on the first try.

When I got there at 8:00 (this particular Caribou open at 6:00), they weren't open. Definitely frustrating when you have to be to work and need your morning coffee! I wouldn't complain if it was a one time incident, but this had happened before. They need to really get things together with their staffing.

This particular Caribou Coffee is a disappointment. My friends and I went to Caribou at 7:30PM because online it said they close at 8pm. When we got there they were closed. And then we talked to Family Fresh staff ask why they were closed early. They said they closed at 7pm. But online it says 8pm. The staff were very rude. And they had said it had been closing at 7pm for over a year now. If they close at 7pm put in on the website. Other people and I have been having the horrible experience. So please update it or get new staff PLEASE!

Horrible new regional manger. For store and caribou. Both rude and apparently the regulars the place had don't matter no longer matter was told they don't care. Well the good thing is N.R has options unlike the other towns they have stores in. I will go else where I have no problem driving else where for grocery

I dont usually have any issues with this one. This morning annoyed me though. I never get the chance to stop before work, but this morning I got the chance to stop. It had just opened about 5 minutes prior to my arrival. The be right back sign was already up. I thought oh maybe they needed something from the back. I waited 5 minutes and still no one came out. So I left.

I can always depend on being served a great 'cup of joe' no matter which Caribou serves it. Forget about smelling the roses and start your day with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee beans from any Caribou nearby. Respecfully, Rich Erickson.🌹

I have only ordered here 2 times and as a former Caribou barista from inside a grocery store I am very disappointed. First time I had to wait 25 min for 1 drink and the 2nd time with no line I asked for cinnamon and they put nutmeg in but was already on my way home before I realized. This would not have been acceptable at the location I worked at nor would it have even happened. The bariatas just dont seem to care. Such a disappointment to report as Caribou is the best coffee in my opinion.

The girls do the best they can with what they have. Lots of turnover so you get what management allows. I have been disappointed at many different times but they do get their stuff together and the location is perfect! Hold it together and I believe good things will happen.

Great drinks but haven't tried the food yet. Workers are amazing with great attitudes even the new workers. They suggested drinks for me to try and they where great, thanks for the great coffees and bubble teas

I like this caribou but they burn the espresso more than they don’t and it’s kind of upsetting because there’s a lot of potential for a good coffee

Good scones & ok coffee...could use a couple extra beans (needs to be stronger, more flavorful). Service could have been better...her heart wasn't in it .. recited the rote requirements.
