This is like most other aldis. Pretty good overall. Much better than the one in Hudson for sure if you’re looking to compare. The location is fine and it is well stocked and all. This is a light 5 star from me not a strong one as I’ve been in a few better aldis before. But either way I got nothing to complain about. Parking is pretty good too I suppose so that’s a plus.

Good prices. Only complaint is I usually only get a few things at a time and they only have one checkout lane usually going. It sucks getting stuck in line behind people with full carts. Need a self serve checkout lane

I have been going here since it opened staff are friendly and helpful and often stay for many months, which is nice to see and talk with the same faces again and again. My produce has always been fresh, the store had always been clean, they always have great deals and interesting specialty items. It's especially nice as they tend to have many gluten free items, which they denote on the back of their packaging. This is also the cheapest place in town to buy almond milk, and most other things as well.

Always great produce and selection. Aisles were cluttered with product when there, but they have to keep the shelves stocked too. Staff was very helpful in helping me find something.

Always great quality products at low Aldi prices. They had exactly what I needed for making homemade beef stroganoff. There have been a few items in the past I've not loved, but not so much as to go back for a refund. Also, they were nearly sold out of chicken today. Fortunately I was there for their beef! Otherwise they are my go to stop for boneless skinless chicken too!

Good selection, several gluten free options, and I like that the Live G Free products are all in one place rather than being stocked with the other grocery items. I'd like to see more dairy free choices from Friendly Farms (creamer) stocked more consistently. Love the friendly staff at this store that is consistently fast at the checkout.

I don't like the way the cashiers are in such a hurry they just throw your groceries around. I don't like being rushed like that. Prices are ok but, I notice a lot of prices have gone up. Meat is not cheap. Good variety and decent quality for off brands. Although they have a few name brand items.

We do probably 90% of our shopping at Aldi. They always have the best stock of healthy snacks for my toddler, good meats, fresh produce, and pretty much everything you can get at a standard grocery store. Everything is fairly priced which means so much to us especially when the cost of everything is so high. I even do some Xmas shopping here. I always end up with extra stuff in my cart that wasn't on my shopping list just because of their "Aldi Finds."

I try hard to treat everyone respectfully and today Aldi put that to the test. I went in the New Richmond store to buy 2 steaks and sure I messed up because I didn't understand the pricing. All I needed was a little help though. Instead the only cashier decided to shake his head and begin to shame me in front of everyone. I left my order at the isle and went across the street to Walmart instead. I really wanted to find a different store. That's not how you treat other people though. I will never walk into another Aldi store again. Then to top it all off you cannot even reach the store via phone to complain about the experience. I am tired of this behavior going unchecked so here you go. One of my only bad Google reviews.

Did the Instacart pickup, order was done quick, and fulfilled well. Logan who brought my order out was so rude I couldn’t believe it. Not a good look for a company who usually is pretty solid on its customer service. I have never been talked to the way Logan did from this location. 100% changed my interest in this Aldi location.

Great customer service and employees. I went in with two little kids. The manager (I believe) went out of her way to help me bag my groceries. She was a lifesaver. The store was very clean and organized as well. The produce was excellent. We will definitely be going back anf revommending this store to other people.

A gem of a find. Just make sure you have a quarter ready to rent a cart, which is fully refundable when returned to the rack. Also grab your bags or pay to have them supplied. This store is kept very well.

Disappointed with the Aldies in New Richmond Wisconsin they quit carrying a lot of their stuff and the staples people use like the baking mix IE; bisquick, there wasn't even a space on the shelf for it. This was a very disappointing shopping experience.

I've never had as bad experience with Aldi. New Richmond not Hudson. Curious employees who are willing to help when asked. I buy can goods , produce , frozen items , cereal ect. And have never had any issues. The managers are very good people at both places and will take care of your concerns.

Nice selection of fresh produce at reasonable prices and other grocery items send frozen food nice grocery store convenient location in New Richmond near Walmart I took good deals then have veggie burgers for vegetarians. And some decent smelling coffee

Beautiful & clean with wide aisles. The produce is wonderful. Great selection of tastey gluten free foods. There needs to be a selection of dairy free foods there's only dairy free drinks.

This is the first time I have been in the New richmond ALDI since they moved things around, I grabbed my cart and upon entering the store slammed with a backup of people. Why did they move the produce to the entrance doors. Produce is where everyone shops and it's always busy. People are going to be waiting in the doorway or outside if it is any busier than it was today. I do not like the layout, this is why only 3 stars. I didn't get everything I wanted in produce today, because I didn't want to be wedged between people shopping and trying to enter the store. I expect this for black friday shopping, but not on a any other day. Change the layout back please!!!
