We purchase my mother's medications from the pharmacy at this location. We usually are happy with the service. There are times we experience an issue. But the staff is accommodating and work quickly to resolve the problem or answer our questions.

I was visiting New London WI, is a small town and there are no many shops around, luckily there was a Walmart across the street from my hotel, it always comes really helpful when you need to buy last minute items, is a smaller version of the superstore at the city but pretty well stocked, found everything I was looking for. Helpful and friendly staff.

They had to change 1 tire. I have roadside insurance. It was dark when done. Late appointment made the next day at home. I noticed whoever worked on my tire they took half a moon out of my hubcap and said nothing to me. Not cool!!

As I was leaving, I watched an employee at the check out turn and make a face to a customer. The customer was not looking so she did not notice it. That is very unprofessional. The employee name was Tanner. The time was about 1400.

Has everything you need I guess but, nothing more. Staff is 50/50. Some happy to help, others make you feel inconvient.

Pretty small. Seems it's always dirty. A lot of workers walking around but no one saying a word to customers like hello. Do you need help etc. As well as full pallets of back stock needing to either be put away or moved. Having a small store is tough than you add pallets leaving lines of people to try and navigate all the isles like a maze. Was not impressed.

Small, can never get what I'm going there for, always out of stock, or they don't carry it, or used to have it but don't carry it anymore. We need a super walmart!!

I really enjoy getting what I need at this location. Maybe the smallest Walmart in operation? Prob pretty close, but who cares? They have what you need without the pain of waking 5 miles to get it. Admittedly I'd prefer they have a couple self checkouts, but waiting in line hasn't ever been overly annoying to me there.

Has what I need or can get it for me. Pleasant staff on checkouts, and yes they are real people not self checkout. Mostly helpful floor staff, one or two not so much. But management listens if there are complaints.

This is the best organized store & always clean and workers take pride in their store & always help you find items and will walk you there personally. It may be smaller but it isn't trashed like the Appleton store and things on floor & off hangers and unorganized.

Staff have to look things up. What is it used for? Pepto bismol you dullard. I wound up helping another customer . Staff needs more training and familiarity with common household products especially when working in health and beauty aids. Pepto bismol ??? Was dullard never ever given this ever???;

The best shopping experience l have had in 2023!!! I walk into the store, and it STILL smells new! Since this store is smaller, things can be hard to find; but the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful, that they just made my day! They even opened up a bunch of checkout lanes so we wouldn't have to wait!

Some items I wanted were not in stock or stocked. There were some on the top shelves but I couldn't reach. Their parking lot is terrible with potholes that haven't been fixed. I now order online and have items delivered to avoid going there. Fresh items I shop locally.

I'm not a fan of self check out. It seems they're eliminating more of the staffed check out lanes in favor of more self check out.It seems to be the way of the future, but I'm still not a fan.

So far in the last month of going to Walmart in New London I've had mystery charges show up on my receipt for stuff I didn't purchase I've had the wrong medication given to me at the pharmacy with it being somebody else's medication I am could have caused major medical problems would not recommend it I'm talking to the manager up there about these problems all he can say is I'm sorry we messed up

If you need assistance you better learn Spanish. I need it help to find something so I approach 6 employees in Walmart uniforms and not one spoke English. No need to go to the border. !!! When I came to USA before I got a job I had to learn how to speak English! What is going on. ???

This particular Walmart is small in comparison to most others one will encounter in the wild. I managed to find everything I needed during my last visit is a very quick time. Generally do not feel Walmart sells a high quality product, but this location and layout melds very well.

Was there earlier dealt with team leader Lexi and without a doubt the worst Walmart store I have ever been in I will not do anymore business with that store or have any one of my employees do business with them and plan legal actions against them immediately against that store

Usually I don't have any issues but today I was shopping for a laptop. They had 6 on display and asked the girl at the electronics desk for the one I wanted and was told in a very nasty tone they didn't have any. The ones there were only for demonstration. Did not like her attitude at all. Made me feel like I was bothering her. She may have been having a bad day but she needs to improve her customer service skills.
