As far as friendly staff , they were great , answered all my questions, and took me on a tour. It looks like a very good setup , and it seems they love the animals too.I am planning on boarding my 3 dogs this summer , for a vacation. I will know more after their stay.

Candy is a very knowledgeable dog trainer and helped my mom and I to successfully train our dogs, even my stubborn chihuahua. Our dogs really enjoy treats from her shop. Their current favorites are the bully sticks and pig ears. We also like to board our dogs with Sleepy Creek. It is great to have peace of mind knowing they are well cared for while we are away.

I am so thankful for the kind and quality care that Sleepy Creek gives my senior dog Sophie when we board her here. She is a fearful dog who has been agressive at times and we lost our only dog sitter. Sleep Creek said they had a "no contact" care option for her and that they were happy to have her. We had never boarded her and were very nervous about how it would go. Turns out she loves all the caregivers here and they have told us repeatedly how sweet she is. I attribute that to their patience and thorough understanding of how to properly care for a fearful dog. I appreciate the fact that they have the ability to allow dogs private outdoor areas and that they were willing to take a chance on Sophie. The service and communication has been fantastic and without Sleep Creek we would be lost. Thank you to the entire staff!

It was our first visit here as new clients and it was a good experience! I was worried as my German shepherd has never been groomed before but they said he did great! He came home looking and smelling amazing. Great staff and good pricing. Will be back! Here's a photo of my Chance looking like a model!

I am sitting here bewildered. I have been taking my dogs to Sleepy Creek for 4 years. They were great. Then, I called for an appointment and because of the pandemic, I took the next appointment which was a month out. My dog was a furry, mess. They were running behind. When they brought my dog out, they had skinned her. She was shaking, she had razor burn on her body and both ears were bloody at the ends. My husband and I were shocked. We said nothing. Then 2 days ago I had another grooming. I had forgotten about it, but I called back and canceled because my dog doesn’t have any hair to groom. The day of the appointment I receive a message that I owe $30 because of my missed appointment. “Now the groomer has nothing to do.”. So within 15 minutes I ran my money to Sleepy Creek. When I got there I was bombarded with, “Do you want to cancel all appointments for the future? I was and am dumbfounded. Some women that I had never met tried to tell me that I didn’t know my breed. I said Mam this is my 6th dog of the breed. They tried to tell me her scabbed ears ( that are still scabbed) were hematomas. I said no, they were her ear flaps that are special to her breed. You clipped them. They basically kicked me out. I am still trying to process this. Just something to think about when you take your animals for care. Oh, and I never was able to speak with groomer. I saw her, she saw me and ran and hid. Thank you.

The staff at Sleepy Creek are amazing! The facility is clean and well ran. They sell everything there you could ever need reasonably priced. Candy is an amazing trainer. Her knowledge regarding animal behavior is unsurpassed, and Hannah is quite possibly the dog whisperer.My girl Zeta just spent two weeks here while we went on vacation and this is the only place I've felt comfortable leaving my dog. I know she was well taken care of!

Excellent kennel. They took such great care of our two elderly dogs. We felt very comfortable leaving our dogs here. When we picked them up, it was easy to see they had an enjoyable stay. Two thumbs up! I highly recommend this kennel.

They did a really good job with grooming our dog Noah. He is a shih Tzu Maltese or Bichon mix and he gets really long white hair and his face gets brown with those tears. When I picked him up you could hardly recognize him. He is such a cutie. The only problem I have is that they want me to sign this agreement that I'm going to be held liable if Noah or one of our dogs bite somebody. Now our dog is a gentle dog, but if you accidentally nick him with those shears or if you accidentally cut his toenail to short He's probably out just might bite at you. Which I would do too if you cut me. So am I going to sign this paper? Why should I sign this paper if it's your fault that you got bit? So that would be a no. I'll go back to the same place we were going to in Appleton then. 🤷‍♀️ But you did do a good job grooming him.

They KNOW about their dogs! Everything here is safe for dogs and it is great for buying treats and other dog food! I love this little place!

First time visit. Have shepherd and coonhounds. The dogs loved the groomer, no drama! She was quick and efficient with the nail trims. I believe this is the first time my male didn't act like he was being killed! Will definitely return.

My vet office told me to have my dogs teeth cleaned it would be $250 with your dog put under sedation. Sleep Creek doesn't. Maria was amazing and gentle with my babe, his teeth look amazing and his breath is so much better. Service only took 25mins. I waited until he was done the cost you'll never believe $40. One happy pooch and owner will be going back.

friendly staff, reasonable prices. the check in process and nail trimming was quick and easy. in and out in under 20 minutes, and did a great job! my dog, like most others, gets stressed at the vet, but she had no problems with the groomer. 😊

Very clean, with a professional staff. My lab was always stressed both going to and picking up at my previous boarding facility. At Sleepy Creek she's happy when she gets there and happy when it's time to go home so I know she's has a low stress visit.

Very nice, clean, easy to find, and nice staff. Did not enjoy the seminar they hosted: the teacher was lacking in ability to transmit very unusual skills to beginners ( there was no prerequisite for the course), teacher belittled me when I could not do something "right" because he claimed I was not "paying attention" (but if there are no written materials and you're taking notes then your attention IS divided and a $650 seminar should provide a folder of written materials), videotaped hugs which seemed coerced (and why would a male teacher be videotaping dozens of females hugging him after each exercise?), recommended putting beer & egg concoction on dog for 30 mins before bathing (my dog liked that yummy snack....), and advised against using any grooming product whatsoever (start a revolution but will this strategy produce a champion for breeds in which the winners all use product?) and while I did contact the owner about these and several other issues which detracted from a positive learning environment, the owner never responded to my concerns. Other seminar attendees contacted me privately to say they felt very uncomfortable with how teacher treated me, seemed to want to make me be the loser of the class while other students were identified as "teacher's pet" and "she's got the IT factor." Hopefully this facility will offer other seminars with teachers more able to connect with every student.

Love Sleepy Creek Pet Lodge. My Shiba Inu absolutely loves coming here. The staff treat Kali like family. We did training with Candy when Kali was a puppy. Candy is an amazing instructor. So glad we have an amazing facility near our home.

Beautiful facility-very clean. My Westie and Scottie were there for two days. They were very calm and unstressed when we picked them up. Staff was very friendly and caring. I would highly recommend.

They carry Fromm dog food, my dogs favorite food and I found out that they do grooming and stuff!!
