Sure, it might be one of the few large grocery stores you find in New London but it has everything you need and a pretty solid alcohol selection as well.

Had an amazing experience with Zach in the bakery! He helped me order my daughters birthday cake and got everything I wanted done and did an amazing job helping my daughter get the base of the cake perfect for her to just have to add some finishing touches!!! (As she wanted to do some of it!) below is how the cake turned out!! He took his time to ensure I was getting exactly what I needed! We were able to order each layer with no decorations as we had ones of our own and still able to order the bottom with some of the tricky details we couldn’t do on our own. all I had to do was show him a photo of her vision!! We were very pleased and will for sure order again!!

Being the only grocery store in New London, I ran in for pistachio instant pudding but they were out in all brands. It was the day before St Patrick's Day. So that probably had something to do with it. Although I believe I have seen the deli people shopping in the store for the items they need for recipes they're making for the deli. So that may have something to also do with it. But, I could totally be wrong. I just didn't get to make the dessert I was craving. I did buy some delicious marble rye bread from the bakery since I was there. I do miss having other grocery stores around town for variety. Now You have to pick from what they carry and they do not carry the same products they used to carry. But I am thankful that they are in town.

Festival is a good place to sho for a hurry up n get something.. but if there was another store in town maybe they wouldn't be so pricey. Crazy pricing on things you need but I gotta say this week they have a pretty good sale going on. Wish that was always

It has a decent selection of products, but I mostly buy only what's "on sale". Won't go near the deli-everything is ridiculously overpriced. $10 a pound for lunch meat? Give me a break! Even some of the "sale" prices are overinflated. Saw a jar of Miracle Whip on sale today for over 6 and a half bucks! Tag claimed the "regular" price was almost $10!! Spare me!Price gouging.

They had apples from Southwestern Wisconsin that I love. The best. The deli is great too. Plus, the liquor department is quite swanky. Since it's fall, and the apples are back again.

Everyone there was friendly and helpful and the sushi is amazing and all the other deli food they have good quality meat, lunch meat, seafood! They just recently had a major price cut promotion, cut my normal purchase. Price in half! Always good quality and so many things you'd need besides food. Great selection, for all the people who love their alcohol, not in a bad way lol a whole section like a mini little store is located inside and has so many selections and different types, you will not be disappointed going here 🤗

THIS REVIEW WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR BP IN OSHKOSH, NOT FESTIVAL IN NEW LONDON!! FESTIVAL IS A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP!! MY APOLOGIES FOR GOOGLE'S MISTAKE!!I was surprised by a teenaged cashier who came running out and accused me of leaning on her car while I was helping my husband back up a 42 ft camper. Perhaps she would rather I let him back into her car??? I am semi-local and know this store, we certainly won't be stopping at that this location again. It was crazy. Lucky for her, my husband was against my replaying the famous scene from Fried Green Tomatoes.

Festival is going to have to work harder on pricing,,,Pronto. Because a super Walmart is coming. Why do I know, because I personally with key Walmart management, the land, the testing, the proposals are done..Your store will lose 70 percent of your revenue. And 70 percent is an understatement. And your deli foods are rediculous..Your average American can't afford your inflated prices..Cold breaded walley fillets for 15 dollars a pound..Are you from another country or just insane. Uh duh, 15 dollars for cold precooked breaded walley. Seriously, are you stupid.Granted they were huge fillets, for 18 dollars did I get them fresh made with a server, baked potatoes, coleslaw, rye bread, tarter sauce, soup or salad..This odd ex coppersmith owned grocery store under festival is a complete joke..I went under a secret miriage to get a super Walmart coming, and you guys are dealing with some alternate reality..Forewarning.54 years old, growing up in the heart of wisconsin,,we stupid people in New london, not Milwaukee, Chicago, aren't rich. Am I missing something,,,,,is new london a suburb of waukesha?.or Brooklyn NY..Its like a twilight zone episode of stupid people happily shopping at festival , millenials etc,,, like this is normal. It's not normal idiots..A twelve pack of coke shouldn't cost a dollar a can in bulk..Festival is guilty of price gouging. A bottle of ketchup at 2 dollars anywhere else is automatically a dollar more. Not 18 cents more..Going insane looking at stupid people shopping at festival as if this is normal..Dont blame Walmart for over 30 years helping us shop..The corrupt bearded Harley looking mayor, I'm coming after your job. Telling me super Walmart will never happen here. Guess what pal, you're done for interference with fed and state consumer acts.

extremely high prices make it easier and cheaper just to take the new 15 highway into Appleton to save money at Woodmans or Walmart. Now we wait for Walmart to expand a supercenter here in town to encourage competition between corporations so the consumer does not get screwed. The so-called wise of this town that prevent this are truly wearing diapers and should be stopped come election cycle.

My daughter was dead set on a festival cake this year for her birthday. I have never order a cake from there before so I really wasn't expecting much. I place my order over the phone. I told the lady her favorite colors were yellow, white and Gray and that I wanted to have the cake say, "RIP fake ID, finally legal, Happy 21st Birthday." I figure they would just write that on the cake, throw her favorite colors in and be done. When the lady handed me the cake I broke out laughing! It was PERFECT! Zach nailed it! He took my pretty basic idea and created an awesome cake out of it! And the cake was delicious! Will definitely be ordering more cakes from them in the future! THANK YOU ZACH!!!

I've never encountered another store with so many expired, or close to the expiration, products. It's not unusual to find Half and Half with an expiration date within a week from purchase. And, it's full price. I just opened a bag of frozen, boneless chicken, recently purchased, to find every piece was freezer burned. And they seemed to be frozen in a big lump...almost as if the bag had thawed and was tossed back in the freezer. Sadly, I won't shop there anymore. I will now go miles out of my way to shop at a store that rotates stock and safely stores frozen foods. No more

If it's not bad enough that they have more self checkouts open then regular checkouts, now they want you to bag your own groceries as well. Maybe give self checkout or bag your own a discount for doing your job for you

Maps just asked me if my opinion changed regarding this store. My answer: I think they've settled on being a high priced convenience store. That's really too bad, They had potential. Here's hoping the Aldi rumors are true.I keep reviewing this store.Meat selections are gorgeous, but some of those prices are insane. The produce selections are mostly disappointing. The deli has some interesting choices. I rarely shop most inner aisles as I'm a from scratch cook.In any case, here's my latest experienceFrozen chicken wing sections, look inside those bags as best you can so your experience is better than mine. The first bag was okay, though the wing sections were much larger than I like, but that second bag?? Three drumettes. Three. The rest were flats with the exception of the whole wing in the bag that I dissected before I took those pics. Check out those pictures... They say it all.I sincerely thought this store was striving to be a more upscale type market, then they go and stock these obviously bargain wings.Do better Festival.Make up your mind-upscale market or large convenience store with high prices.

Alright selection, produce not the greatest, prices awfully high. Good staff for the most part.

Festival Foods is a great place to shop and a fun place for a little field trip! My students loved learning about where our food comes from, and seeing behind the scenes! They especially loved the box smasher, the forklifts, and the freezer as big as our classroom. The cookies were a big hit too!

Glad they care about the 3rd and late 2nd shifters. I heard somewhere they close so “the store can be properly stocked” which is completely false. Many times i come in to see empty shelves. Wont even come here when it is open.

Excellent customer service, and a person can not argue with variety and good dates on most items. However, prices seem too high even with coupon usage since it was sold.UPDATE:Sad to say, some few (few) employees are rude and outright not helpful. Others, however, have gone the extra distance being helpful by hunting down what I needed. Not always the answer a customer hopes for, but better than being ignored or told, "Sorry, I have other responsibilities right now.Second update requested by GoogleI was looking for two items. Turkey Spam and unfrosted strawberry Pop Tarts. They don't have either. Perhaps these items mean little to you, but they are important to me.I discovered that this store is now officially owned by the corporate entity itself. This is why the massive changes in layout, available items, and the general attitude of the employees have changed from what it had been with my original review.Third update requested by Google. I learned today that check out is NOT to ask the customer if they want coupons scanned. But ask if THEY have any needing to be scanned or entered. Festival requires the customer to be on top of coupons, they no longer want to simply give you sale items... apparently.

If you shop at this store, and the shelf appears empty, and if it's on a lower shelf, just get down on your hands and knees and reach way back. There very like will be product there. They don't pull merchandise up to the front of the shelf.

Wonderful store. We were in luck they had people offering samples of melons. Santa Clause Melon was amazing, and I never knew it was a thing. The store was very clean. 3 people offered help to us. And they had everything we were looking for.

I like how festival says they are competing with other grocery stores when there is in fact no other grocery stores in new London lol like who you trying to kid there is no other stores besides dollar general and dollar tree and they still have lower prices on there food! Definitely like festivals when they where privately owned

Stay away from the bakery. Their donuts are cooked in either extremely OLD OIL, or, oil that is too cold for making donuts. Out of 6 donuts 5 were so saturated with cooking oil that it seeped out and coated everything they touched with oil. The remaining donut was barely palatable. The pre-packaged bakery items had a best sell by date that was the current date. All in all I trust gas station sushi more than I trust Festival Foods bakery

I ordered a cake from the bakery at the New London location. Zach did such a great job on decorating! My mom loved it!

After the new owners took over this Festival, it has gone down hill. Produce is not being watched for freshness. The prices have definitely gone up. The suggestion to use coupons to help only on occasion lower the price to a reasonable rate. Most of the time, they just bring it to what you might find in another store. Not really what you might call a deal if after scanning the coupon it is at MSRP.I feel sorry for the staff. They are clearly stressed and doing their best. All you see when you look at these reviews are responses of "we are trying" and "we are competitive". Followed by the usual corporate canned response to reach out for more information.Overall, very disappointing. Especially when you consider that other stores are not that far away. Even with the cost of gas it is cheaper.

I in general love coming here, even though I do find it pricey. The staff is always nice & helpful. Except for today I was disappointed. The cashier was not very friendly. Which made me sad. I will say, if I see her again, I will use self checkout.

Has a large selection but the prices are high for those on a limited income. You can't get some sale prices without buying a few non sale items. Rather shop at Aldi's

This place was alot better with the previous owners. Its way overpriced and now they've self-check out lines or bag your own items at a maned check-out line. Hot-deli is rarely open anymore. Go to Woodmans in Appleton, heck Walmart Supercenter in Appleton is better than this.

I moved to New London about 5 years ago and have always worked a second shift/night shift job. I found a lot of enjoyment being able to go grocery shopping to decompress after my shifts and befriended a lot of the wonderful late night staff after seeing them for years. When the new owners took over they changed the hours to close at midnight making this location no longer open 24 hours. They recently changed the hours again to close at 10pm. One of the few saving graces of this small town was that this store had such excellent hours. And it acted as such a resource to other people I know with similar work schedules or anyone who needed to make late night purchases. Not to mention if you just want to drive across town for a late night snack.Since the previous owners sold it the prices are crazy high. There were a few things higher before they changed owners but now it’s ridiculous. Generic mac ‘n cheese is around $1 per box and name brand is even higher. The gallon of almond milk I normally buy is almost $6 at this store. I feel really bad for older people who can’t drive to Waupaca or Appleton for better prices. In a chaotic time like this I really hate the idea of how many people’s harder earned money this store is taking advantage of because of its location and lack of other options. If you’re able bodied I highly recommend just going somewhere else and saving your money. This is exactly why people get frustrated when larger companies take over. I wish the owners who sold it the best but it’s just not the same without their ownership. Drive the extra miles and go to Woodman’s instead. Even with the gas money you spend you’ll save more than if you shopped here.

When’s Coppersmith‘s own this I never got any bad milk now that these are owned by the new guys I guess their refrigerator temps are off because it supposed to be 35 and it’s definitely not with the early expiration of your milk. I wouldn’t posted a review but I’ll be getting an in-depth research later with my IR thermometer and if they are off this is why I keep on getting annoyed because not only was I affected so are my friends.Edit: was literally just in California two days ago and food prices are cheaper there then your store and obviously Appleton, yeah we need to get this corporation out!

Always neat, clean and well-stocked, but the prices...yikes! I realize we're all affected by inflation, but I've shopped there for years and it's always been on the pricey side. Now I only shop for sale items from there.
