I stopped for a quick morning snack and drink for my drive home. I got a couple sausage and egg tornadoes. I went to check out, and I had to wait until the 2 people behind the counter stopped bickering before I was helped. They need to be more careful filling the hot roller case. My first one was fine, but the second one was a French toast and sausage. Absolutely disgusting. This location doesn't compare to the other Kwik Trips I've stopped at.

Love All My Kwik Trip Gas Stations & For Quick Items! & Also LOVE The Steaks From There & The Prices! My Favorite Go To Quick Store! Especially For Milk, Bread, Eggs, Doughnuts, Cappuccino & Some Really Nice Meats To Take Home To Cook! Awesome Stores For Sure!!!!

Great store, big selection along with a walk-in cooler. About mile off of I-90 right in the middle of a small town (New Lisbon).

Pretty bad Kwik Trip. The food there is lacking during the morning hours, the layout is cramped and desperately needs an expansion. The place is pretty dirty, especially the donut shelf. 80% of the time the condiments are never stocked and one employee there is very jaded and rude to customers on a consistent basis.

By far the worst Kwik Trip I know of!!! I stop at kwik trips often even though I’m not a fan of big business... however most have there sh*t together but I can’t say that for New Lisbon... I go in several days and nights a week... Very seldom is there any wide selection of food, the roller items are generally beyond dead... the staff there are less than excited to be at work, except for maybe 3 of them... have made several complaints with in the store and usually get the same answer “thanks, have a nice day” like WTF??? It’s unfortunate that the locals here settle for this lack of motivation... I think it’s time for new leadership here!!! And the worse part, if you go in on 3rd shift and ask for something to be made you get an attitude from the young lady who works nights!! If you could put 0 stars I would

The place is amazing, the staff can grow with the community, I am so happy to see anything can be worked through. The customer service has impressed me on how it has improved. The store looks great, clean fresh food in the warmer display, shelves are staying stocked. Thanks

I go to this kwik trip almost every day after work and an never disappointed with the service. The only downside is because one cashier was very helpful and went into the back storage to grab something for me I wanted to give them a tip and was told that they were not allowed to take tips. Other then that it's a fast in and out kind of stop

1st visit. I love my kwik Trips.this store however did not meet my expectations.cust service was just bad.counter person was surly and made me feel unwelcome. Ketchup was watery and when my daughter let them know they should check it counter rep simply stared at her. Hot dog buns were crusty and stale. Unfortunately i could go on. I rarely go a day without visiting a Kwik Trip but THIS Kwik Trip should not have the "Kwik Trip" sign outside because they are making KT's look bad. Worst Kwik Trip ever!

The staff member today was very rude when I tried to tell her about the Karina gold machine not working properly as it was over filling the cups her response was well you can stop the machine right, I told her I do not know as I don't work here but if you stop it you would not get the right combination of drink. Usually staff here is very helpful and nice but not today

It is gas station that is very busy. Cars coming and going. I am surprised that more accidents don't happen there. Especially backing into another vehicle.

You can get in n out hassle free great people there as well, very great people with a great smile if it's not right they will fix it for you because your the customer n have to make the customer happy most of all that's very important as how I see it
